    Ken Russo/DRDaves' latest barf worthy scam

    Ken Russo aka DRDave on the usual suspect forums is well known for his years of shamelessly pimping fraudulent ponzis and get-rich-quick schemes.

    Russos' latest efforts, however, exceed all his previous efforts.

    See if you can complete reading Ken Russo/DRDaves latest offering without either cracking up or breaking down:

    Re: Ken Russo/DRDaves' latest barf worthy scam

    Rather interesting that this "winner" of a company, the founder lives in an apartment. Both the Whois registration and their New York state corporate filing shows this address:

    The Wealth4All Team, Danny Cianciulli, 111 Lockwood Ave Apt 502, New Rochelle, New York 10801

    At least they took the time to officially register as a corporation in New York. Seems to be limping along for a company that is to be so well put together and sustainable. Now where have we heard that line before? Makes you wonder if Fred and Dave were members and stole the line.

    New Rochelle? This wouldn't happen to be the same man who couldn't keep records of his employees' payrolls, would it?
    http://www.labor.ny.gov/iba/decisions/pdf/PR06086.pdf

    Yes... from reading the descriptions of the members of the Wealth4All Team, it seems highly likely that this is the same guy.

    Mr. Cianciulli, known as Danny Cianciulli, the founding member of

    The Wealth4All T.E.A.M. He has been successfully marketingon the net

    for over 10 years, full time internet marketer since 2009. Past

    owner of a fuel service station and repair shop for over 25 years and

    retired Franchise owner from his U-Haul business in New York in 2009.

    Born Again believer since 1981 and eagerly waiting for the return

    "Our Lord". Christian and family values are very important to me

    so helping others achieve success is my goal while helping our teammembers turn their dreams into reality.

    Christian values? If he's chumming with Russo, I'd be quite dubious if he knows more about Christ than the basic surface facts that any layman off the street (of any faith or lack thereof) would. And may well be getting even those wrong. And after looking him up on Linkedin, I see a very familiar photo that I've come across time and again investigating cash gifting scammers. That's no Christian. He's a better looking version of Sherm Mason, as far as success and honesty goes.

    Here is the truth ! Can you handle it !

    Dear Ken Russo, drdave, admin, et all !

    If you would like to have any information in regards to the wealth4aallteam program Danny Cianciulli or myself, feel free to call the numbers you already posted on the thread and get the information directly from us. We don't have anything to hide and can prove that most of the information on the thread is incorrect. Wealth4allteam is constantly improving and working with our lawyer Keving Thompson (not ken thompson as stated in the letter) to improve our compliance and maintain our program legal and safe for our distributors and customers.

    Your comment about the fact that the owner Danny lives in an appartment in New Rochelle, New York is ludicrous, laughable and pathetic ! What in the world does the fact that Danny "CHOOSES" to live in an apartment in new York have anything to do with the viability of the company or make a statement as you did about a "winning" company or not ? What proof do you have that this company is "limping" along as you posted ?? Talk is cheap my friend, and that is all you have.

    Here are the facts Eagleone, and by the way, those facts we can proven with records, bank statements and filings. Our company is debt free, pays on schedule ALL the distributors that are due payment 100% of the time and if everyone right now decided to quit, we could pay our liability to ALL OF THEM, which means the company is liquid ! Go to our Skype rooms and Social Site and talk to our members and see what coments you get from them. they love the program because we walk the walk and deliver as promised. If we were limping along and a bad company as you guys are trying to portray us, we would not have a base of distribuitors that is growing at a 40% monthly rate, we would not have record month after month of deposits and payouts to distributors, we would not have distributors that are as happy and content with the company as ours are, go and talk to them yourself and see ! Again, we have nothing to hide !

    The problem is, that sites like this allow any joe blow to post whatever crap they want without having to prove or back up with FACTS any of the information. You allow people to twist, spin and manufacture the truth as they see fit instead of actually WRITTING THE TRUTH. Shame on you ! You even go back and post a case from the labor department that has nothing to do with Wealth4allteam other than the fact that Danny Cianciulli owned the gas station at the time but you really know NOTHING about the situation other than what you read on that decision. I guess you guys have never heard of any litigation in your life where a disgruntled employee knowing he could get away with a lawsuit and get some money from the evil business owner did ! Yeah, that does not happen, EVER ! but you use that as proof against Wealth4all of what ?? Again, No fact research anews outlet can actually get slapped with a libel lawsuit of they posted and impliyed what you did.

    I stand by every statement made on THIS post and welcome you to find out the truth instead of spreading rumor and missrepresenting the company. Keep this type of posts going and watch a defamation and libel lawsuit fall on you in the future. Learn to be men, and stop acting like you know something when you so obviously don't !

    Victor R.

    p.s. anyone reading this thread that has questions, do not hesitate to call the company and find the facts for yourselves instead of taking these clown statements when they know absolutely nothing about the company.

    Oh, dear, not THAT old chestnut, again.

    If you or any of the other parties to this fraud feel so inclined to expose the inner workings of the Wealth4All Team operation in open court, feel free to go ahead with your threat/s.

    Discovery is the pre-trial phase in a court case during which each party can use certain methods to obtain information and facts and gather evidence about the case in preparation for trial. It is the principal fact-finding method in the litigation process.

    Almost all trial courts allow a wide scope for discovery, the theory being that all parties should go to trial with as much knowledge as possible, and that the parties should not be able to keep secrets from each other. This broad right can involve the discovery of any material relevant to the case excepting privileged information that is privileged or information that is the work product of the lawyers for the other side.

    This is different from what you've seen on television and in the movies where there is a surprise witness or a missing document is found. The goal of discovery is to avoid surprises and for all parties to go to trial with as much information as possible. Not surprisingly, many cases will settle during the discovery phase as a result of what is discovered and what would be unwise to disclose in discovery.

    In practice, the majority of civil cases settle after or during discovery. After discovery, both sides usually are in agreement about the strength and weaknesses of their cases, which may lead to a settlement that eliminates the expense and risks of a trial. The use of discovery is sometimes criticized as favoring the wealthier side as one tactic is to make requests of information that are expensive and time-consuming for the other side to fulfill.

    Types of Discovery
    The most common types of discovery include:

    Required Disclosures. Parties are required to disclose certain information regarding four kinds of core information without a discovery request that concerns witnesses, documents, damages, and insurance. Parties must also disclose information about any expert witnesses who may be used at trial to present evidence. Any report written by an expert retained to give testimony must also be disclosed. Before trial, the parties must disclose witnesses who will be called at trial and those who may be called at trial including those witnesses who will be presented through depositions. In addition, the parties must disclose a list of exhibits that will be presented at trial and exhibits that may be presented at trial.

    Depositions. A device by which one party asks oral questions of the other party or of a witness for the other party. The deposition is taken under oath outside of the courtroom, usually in one of the attorney's offices. The deposition is transcribed by a court reporter and a copy of the transcript is provided to both parties. The transcript of a deposition may be used as evidence at trial.

    Written interrogatories. A set of written questions about the case submitted by one party to the other party, witness, or other person having information of interest which must be answered under oath, and the answers to which must be provided to the requesting party within a set period of time.

    Production of documents and tangible things. A written request asking the other party to produce specified documents or things relevant to the case. An early request to view documents and other evidence allow for a viewing of evidence that might deteriorate over time. It will also prevent many instances of the disposing of such evidence.

    Physical and mental examinations. A written request submitted to the other party requesting that a physical and/or mental examination be made of a party.

    Requests for admission.
    Written statements of facts concerning the case that are submitted to the other party that the party is required to admit or deny. Statements that are admitted will be treated by the court as having been established and need not be proven at trial.

    All discovery requests must be reasonably complied with, answered, or objected to in the proper amount of time. If discovery requests are not answered or objected to, and sometimes if they are improperly answered or an improper objection is made, the side requesting the discovery may ask the court to compel proper responses, including the production of the requested discovery. The court may assess sanctions against a party not responding properly to discovery requests.

    Conducting Discovery
    Once an answer to a lawsuit is filed, the time for conducting discovery begins. The timing and methods for conducting discovery will vary from state to state and from court to court. There are substantial and numerous rules governing discovery in each case. You should check your state rules and court rules for conducting discovery. Although there is a broad scope of what may be requested in discovery, there are strict deadlines for requesting discovery and responding to discovery requests. It is very important to be aware of and follow the deadlines because of the potentially serious consequences for non-compliance.
    Discovery is conducted by sending written requests in a proscribed form to the opposing party specifically listing the type of discovery sought, the manner in which it will be obtained, and the time for complying with the request. Check your state and local rules for the required form of these requests.

    Each state's rules will include versions of the following rules:

    1. Written Interrogatories
    2. Demands for Inspection
    3. Requests for Admission
    4. Propounding Party (party making the discovery request)
      • Format of the discovery request;
      • On whom the request should be served;
      • Which party retains custody of the original discovery request; and
      • Filing requirement (most discovery is not required to be filed with the court unless pertinent to a motion heard before the court).

    5. Responding Party
      • Format of written response;
      • Effect of failure to respond in timely fashion;
      • Objections to the discovery request;
      • Verification (responding party must sign the responses under oath);
      • On whom the responses should be served; and
      • Filing requirement (most discovery is not required to be filed with the court unless pertinent to a motion heard before the court).

    Each state will have its own rules as to when a plaintiff and when a defendant may serve notice of taking a deposition that is initiated by serving notice on the other party in the required format. The notice will indicate whose deposition will be taken, when it will be taken, and where it will be taken. There will also be rules concerning compelling a person or party to be deposed and steps to take to compel attendance at a deposition.

    Each state will have its own rules as to the production of documents and tangible things. The party requesting the production must serve notice of the request in the required format. The notice will indicate which documents and things are to be produced, and when and where they are to be produced. There will also be rules for steps to take to compel production.

    It is a general rule that all parties involved in civil litigation, whether represented by an attorney or not, should be civil to each other. One of the things encompassed within this requirement for civility is the accommodation of each other's schedules within reason and is particularly important with discovery because of the tremendous amount of information being obtained and exchanged. If either party reasonably requests to change a time for a deposition or the time for exchange of documents, the other party should be accommodating. If the other party seems to make a practice of requesting changes, not complying with discovery requests, or only partially complying, it might be time to go to court and request sanctions.

    Victor:

    Since you singled me out in your post, I felt it was only appropriate that I reply.

    All the information I am going to use and quote comes directly from the official website. What is truly fascinating to me is that the About Us says absolutely nothing about the qualifications of any of the team running wealth4allteam.com. A lot of generalities and platitudes, but no substance.

    The first claim I want to address is the statement, and I quote: "Has been created by experienced Internet Marketers with over 20 years of experience between them. They know the how's, what's and the where's of Internet Marketing success." If so, why doesn't the About Us in the list of their names provide each one's experience? All we get is a list of names with no documentation to prove this statement.

    What is truly fascinating is that Danny says that Richard Brantley is a pastor, but on the website he is listed only as Chaplain for w4at. Rather odd since anyone can be named a Chaplain, and his bio mentions nothing of his being an ordained pastor. Heck, I qualify to be named a Chaplain, but I'm no ordained pastor.

    But my favorite was the claim that you have over twenty-five years of banking experience. Really? Who with? Hmm, a banker promoting autoxten, and 2plus7.com/goldrush, both major Ponzi's. How did those work out for you?

    You would think that Marianne Howard, Mike Clark, Jason Hall, Keith Nelson, Vivienne Russell, pastor Richard Brantley and yourself would show up in the Internet world of marketing success stories, but alas none can be found. Wait, I bet they were all in autoxten and 2plus7.com/goldrush, thus making them Internet Marketing experts. My bet is that all 7 of you can't come up with 5 years of Internet Marketing experience let alone be considered "experts."

    So do come back and list all of the people that comprise the team of w4at.com and their list of accomplishments that make them Internet Marketing experts.

    Hmm, it appears that Victor was a one-post wonder. And here I thought he wanted to "discuss" how w4at.com is not a Ponzi like autoxten and 2plus7.com/goldrush. Guess not.

    Wait, I know. He thought if he came here and made his we will sue you threat we would all cower in fear and promise not to denegrate w4at.com. Think again.

    Considering he could have easily refuted the alleged 'false' statements right here in his long-winded-say-nothing diatribe instead of having people call him.........but then I guess he wouldn't then be able to try and brainwash them.

    Re: Ken Russo/DRDaves' latest barf worthy scam

    I was hoping that Victor would come back so I could have him clear something up for me. I was wondering if he could shed some light if Selena Brantley was the wife of "Pastor" Richard Brantley. Since Selena is a big promoter of WealthCreation, an illegal cash gifting scheme, I was wondering if they were splitting duties by each promoting their own Ponzi/scam.

    I am getting lazy, as I thought he could save me some time. Oh well, will just have to do it myself.

    But please Victor, come back and explain how we all have it wrong, and w4at.com is not a Ponzi; but with real proof not read our website. That is more torture than reading a dark-side comic book.

    WARNING

    WEALTH4ALL is dead in the water.

    Keep your money in your pocket.

    When "payment processor" problems start or when one of the usual suspect payment processors, such as SolidTrustPay starts limiting a HYIPs accounts, RUN, do not walk away.

    Anyone who sends new money off to the WEALTH4ALL HYIP ponzi might as well take a deep breath, bend over and kiss their a** (and their money) goodbye

    They claim to be US based, and are hosted in the USA, so, if they DO become the choice du jour of the HYIP ponzi industry, expect the relationship/s to be shortlived.

    I can't imagine any legitimate payment processor either allowing itself to do business with HYIP ponzis or, more importantly, being allowed to do so by the regulators.

    What a coincidence.

    Of all the webhosts on the planet, how coincidental is it that Zeek Rewards and I-Payout should share the same Washington based webhost:

    Re: Ken Russo/DRDaves' latest barf worthy scam

    Here's the message I got when accessing the website:

    Site down for maintenance! Check back shortly.

    Latest Update!

    Well, after many hours of battle we have arrived at a resolution with GVO. They are right now backing up our whole server and placing the data on a undisclosed location for us to access and bring back our new servers at our new host company which can handle our growth, volume and is one of the top rated in the nation.

    Along with moving our servers to a new farm, having faster, more powerful and high capacity servers, we are also implementing a few extra security platforms that should stop any kind of attack in its tracks. Granted, hackers are very resourceful people, but having a layered security approach will stop most attacks. here is what is being implemented.

    1.- Hardware & Software based solution at host (data center level) this is the security that the host company offers including network hardware traps and both hardware and software firewalls.

    2.- Hardware solution at server level: this is an extra piece of hardware we have purchased that functions as a firewall (hardware based) and filters all incoming and outgoing communication with our server. This type of solution is extremely effective and able to protect our system at over 99% against attacks.

    3.- Software based firewall solution at server level: This is another layer of protection installed in our server (software) that works with the other layers. Imagine having to go thru 5 consecutive steel doors all with locks to get to our site and data.

    4.- Managed Dedicated servers: Our servers are managed at the host company level by a 24X7X365 technical team in a highly secure and monitored environment plus, we also have our own company we have contracted with that will manage our servers remotely. Basically we have doubled up on the tech team managing our systems. Oh, by the way, our second technical support company also have their security software in place on the server to monitor it 24X7.

    5.- Double back-up system. We have our host company doing back ups daily and held off site for 7 days and we also have our technical support company doing offsite backups to their servers daily. This will assure that even on a catastrophicsystem failure, we have two separate ways to get to our data.

    As you can see, we have spared no expense and have come up with a very comprehensive solution to our problem. As a result, we should experience consistent server uptime, better speed and a much better experience for everyone.

    Now, Please be patient as this may take a little time to implement completely. I am going to be safe and pad the number and say we should be able to be up and running by tommorrow lunch time, worst case scenario. If everything works smoothly, we could be done sooner. It all depends on getting three companies together and setting everything up correctly from the get go. We do not want to get the site up without all the security in place. Also, please remember that since we have new servers and IP addresses, DNS, etc., there will have to be sometime for the system to propagate thru the internet. So, some of you may see the site up and running while others that have not received the propagation may not. No need to worry or panic.

    well, there it is. After that is done, we can get back to work on the new site, name and other parts of the projects we are working on so that we can further enhance the program for everyone! You are all going to love what's coming ! it's a new GENESIS

    Thank you all for your patience and understanding in this matter.

    Sincerely,

    Wealth4allteam Management
