What is even more fun with our boy is his claim of naivete WRT the Club Asteria Scam:

I never said you dont have a right to post here. You started the personal attack question then when I asked it back you pretended you are the victim. You like conversations like this, turning JBP into a warzone. But I dont, so dont expect me to degenerate into the level of discussions you want.
Now about CA...I was a victim of that failed program too. I was too naive as I was new to the online program back then, so I also believed that CA really will make people grow their lives. I invested more than $1000 to CA and only got back about 1/4 of my money. Yeah some people signed up under me, but none of them upgraded, so why would I pay them back? Again, you accuses without any proof. I referred people through links and other techniques much like many members today are doing. Now to condemn me for that you may as well condemn everybody here who did the same.
Sorry to everybody for this personal remark of mine not related to JBP, since I feel I have to defend myself from somebody who thinks he was too righteous yet keep on coming back here for more.

(Laidback)This is a bit more off topic, but needs to be said. The problem with public forums is that they retain a posting history. Maybe you need to review yours here and in TG, dating back to 2010 and then claim how naive you were with CA.
JBP is playing a game, it's call redeem the last cash before we close up the withdrawal system for a few weeks after restart is done. People fight the time to get their cash. This doesn't mean JustBeenPaid is going to close up right away, they're waiting for the right moment to leave with people's money, but now it's not the right time. People lose out with restarts and matrices takes months to place. JBP will always procrastinate doing their duties such as servers, matrix placements, withdrawals. They're playing a game with withdrawal processors, giving members a time to play with processors at certain odd times before restart hits. Restart will be cutting off users daily activity, and JSS will keep procrastinating with Matrices placements or servers. It might last another year to continue to maintained more money from people then leave off with the money.
I wouldn't call JBP a scam yet, since they do pay their users. Just think of it as KEEP PEOPLE CURIOUS THEN RUN AWAY NOW

Welcome to RS.
Just because it is still paying, though selectively, and if you can catch the times the PP's are open and haven't reached their limits does not mean it is not a Ponzi. All Ponzi's pay in the beginning. If they didn't they would never get off the ground.
Now a scam is a different story. A scam is always promising payment at a future date and time if certain events/conditions are met. Of course the future date and time and the events/conditions are never met, but by then years have gone by and people just give up trying to get their money back.
Here's the problem with JBP, and has been since day one: There is no outside revenue of "ANY" kind. All people are doing is giving their money to other members and vice-a-versa through Fred who gives it back at 2% per day weekdays and 1.5% weekends. He can't even do that anymore. The only reason why the payment processors are only open for a limited time, at constantly changing times, and has dollar limits when they are open is because that is all the money Fred is giving them to pay members.
The members are finally waking up that those who get paid first are always the mods for JBP as they know in advance when they will be open, the monitors and of course the major promoters of JBP. Then if you are lucky, the average member who just managed to be their at the right time the payment processors were open to get paid. The vast majority of members are not getting paid.
Ask yourself what happened to all the "big" heavy hitters that were in this that were on the forums bragging about how much "I got Paid?" They are no where to be found as they know this is going down. They always get in first and get out first. The only risk they have is their referral commissions. That's it.
My only question is will Fred even try to bring it back after this restart on the 30th? If he does then it will be a race between him running with the money or the feds moving in and shutting it down. This is not going to end all wonderful for everyone. There are going to be people who will lose their life savings, possibly their house/car, and possibly homeless because they "bought" the hype that Fred has managed to do what no person in recorded history has been able to do.
Look forward to your continued presence on RS, and your input.
Let's all try to work out if this guy is a cheerleader or a bona fide investor.
Remember, you only get three guesses and the first two don't count.

LOL....Every morning he wakes and there is money in his account....
I guess the words,"Just numbers on the screen" don't mean much to this guy.....
My friend who posts on MMG has informed me that they are now moving all posts which talk about the legal aspects of JBP, and I guess other programs, too, to a special place called The Warehouse: Off-topic Posts. What a lowlife thing to do! But I guess this is to be expected from a ponzi-promoting forum.
I don't post over there and will not, due to this kind of stuff. I have invited my pal to come over here, but I think he is so fed up with all this that he's about to bow out permanently. I think he's tired of even talking about it.
It makes for good entertainment, in my opinion. But I do hate to see people get hurt by these scams.
This member is getting a lesson in exactly why HYIP promoters encourage "compounding" or leaving the balance of the account without making withdrawals.
Six months and now he's discovering all he has is numbers on a screen.

Have yall check the MMG forums, they got slammed with a greedy restart hit from Fred..
Hang on to your hat, it's gonna be a bumpy ride from here on.
The shills and cheerleaders are out in force trying to re assure the members, but many of them are waking up to the fact "indefinitely sustainable" simply means "not paying" AND "we stole some of what is in your account as well"
It remains to be seen if Freddies'tactic of frightening newbies into injecting more money to avoid the restart has worked, or whether it is still running out of new money and members.I'm predicting this latest restart has left Just Been Paid somewhat wounded, but it's not quite ready to lay down and die just yet.
One thing's for sure, though.
Anyone who sends any new money now has a snowball in hells' chance of getting it back, much less make a profit

Lots of members seem to have missed Freddies' announcement:HeHe, "randomly selected"Quote:
The JSS-Tripler positions to be converted will be randomly selected
In HYIP speak that means "none of the cheerleaders, shills or heavy hitters lost money, only the ordinary members"
Yes! JustBeenPaid is here to stay with now over 2 million members and Alexa standing at under 210.JustBeenPaid is and going to be the hottest money making program from home anyone has ever seen.

Perhaps, richardfedes, someone ought to contact the Padre Conceicao college of Engineering in Verna-Goa and ask why you aren't in a remedial math course. Much less a remedial ethics course.
