Not getting your facts straight is a form of ripping people off as well.
Actually no it isn't. RS does not charge you money and then fail to provide a service for it. And RS havent made any factual errors anyway. Care to point out any you suggest they have made?

Keep it on the facts - when you start talking about you guys and making up stuff - then the creditability is lost.
Just what "fact" are you suggesting RS made up?
If you are going to accuse someone of something get it right. Who has been ripped off - when have they been ripped off - how have they been ripped off ad by how much? Very simple questions.
No actually nobody has to cite or prove cases the courts can di that. But maybe you can consider the following. If this is a reputable business with a reputation as you claim and if a registered company like Realscam is responsible for defaming the good name of that company then they have recourse to law and they can take Reasscam to court for making false claims which damage their business. Now I haven't seen you produce any false claims made by RS yet but assuming they have ( that's not a FACT just an assumption).
So why havent your assumed real business done aythong about it? Can you give me the name of their lawyers and we will contact them directly if you like .

You would think that after 10-years they would try to come up with something new, but sadly that is not the case. It sure would make it more interesting than the same ole, same ole BS.
Young blac doesn't know he is in over his head and under water. He just thinks he knows where the stumps are. I was just waiting for: it is my money and I can do with it anyway I want. It is not the business of the government or people like us naysayer to tell them what they can or can't do with it. And then we should soon hear that since this is on the Internet, they don't have to be registered anywhere to do business offering their securities/investment program. Now that I have mentioned it I am sure blac will avoid saying them like the plague, but if I hadn't he would have. So I won't say any more so he will come up with the next mantra de jour of the Ponzi pimps and shlls.
This program is just the same old pig wearing a new dress and lipstick making the newbs think it is something new and different. Stick around, things are just warming up.
the next will be that they were hacked. It's getting around that time.

That will always be true, no matter what we do or say. If you want some interesting perspective, take a look at some of the responses from scams that have imploded, are imploding, or are shut down by law enforcement. Some people just want to believe.

This is where I would disagree, their credibility has very much been disproved. If I hire an electrician, plumber, HVAC company, mechanic, attorney, doctor, accountant or daycare center I expect them to know the relevant codes and be in compliance with applicable laws. Investonline.net is not in compliance with the law, that has been undeniably proven.
As for going to the sites and muckraking we could do that 24/7/365 and barely make a dent. EVERY ONE of these programs claims the same thing as Investonline. It would be as fruitful as going to the dog park and checking each pile to see if someone dropped a chocolate.

Second perhaps more important thing is most of us are not here to save the world, or with any belief that these scams will stop. It is some combination of fun and public service, like chatting about Fly Tying, but with money. An active program may receive 50,000 or more views, others a few hundred. So to say it leads nowhere is not true, it is the same reason doctors stopped making house calls, this is the most efficient way to get the message out.
PEOPLE who read the forum need to take the action. It is after all THEIR MONEY.
When I ask if the funds are segregated, who clears the trades, who is the auditor, how can I verify my account balance, and who processes withdraws those are serious questions you should ask in ANY investment situation. And to demand INDEPENDENCE in this area is a MUST if people don't want to get scammed. Whether this is the guy at your church claiming to be doing hard money loans, or some trading gurus claiming 182% returns.
Even with real world brokerages this is a consideration, especially when trading futures. If a farmer hedging his crops in the futures market, I would certainly say use several reputable well financed brokerages.

All someone as to do is go here:

And go here:

When they get no hits, they pretty much know they are dealing with a sham. If they get a hit, then the rest of the digging needs to start. Or not, probably making this stuff up, and its not like building a life savings is hard or anything.

This SCAM is being run by the same scammer(s) who ran VIPBank.com HYIP scam in 2010 and LightInvest.com HYIP scam in 2012

Hmmm, CharlieGraham said,
Seems like their credibility isn't provable by us over here.
and then
ribshaw said,

Actually their credibility cannot be proved or disproved because they have none...!
It seems like in this "industry" common sense is not all that common!

Yeap, LRM since i already preped screenshots i will put them up to :)
Some think that because forum posts on InvestOnline.net dated as back as 2007 they disregard that this HYIP only showed up in Jun 2013.
What this group of scammers does since 2007 is, they just take their forum posts from one of their scam to another, replace the names of the scam within the posts and names of posters.

And here is nice alert from BVI on VIPBank (they claimed that they operate in BVI): VIP BANK, INC. - Advisory Warning No. 3 of 2010 > British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission
For those brainwashed who still think there is no indication of the scam, research those old 2 in HYIP PONZI forums (Talkgold,MMG) to know your future :)

Re: investonline.net - Invest Online Ltd. - HYIP Ponzi scam
Ripoff Report | VIP Bank Inc Complaint Review Internet: 622756
If you click on that link you will read a review by a customer who was ripped off by VipBank. The customer explains the process that VIPbank required to deposit funds over $100,000, they send you a paper contract that you must sign and fax/email that contract back to them and it bounds you to their local terms and service, this contract supposedly requires that they promise you atleast the principal back if stock and forex trading doesnt go as planned and %5 profit a day returns werent possible.
This is important because currently investonline.net requires the same exact process (literally word for word) if you want to invest quantities over $100,000. They email you contracts, you sign contracts and fax them back to investonline.net. I dont think VipBank exists anymore, I would love to know how that scam burned to the ground.
Conclusion: investonline.net, VipBank, and LightInvest have all the same scam artist behind them. Wow.
VipBank and LightInvest have already imploded. Im floored, I never knew stuff like this actually goes down. Yes I know Im a newb!
p.s. blac I hope you are reading this

Re: investonline.net - Invest Online Ltd. - HYIP Ponzi scam
You know one of the best things about being a long time member of REALSCAM.com ??
It's an easy gig.
All you have to do is sit back and wait and eventually all the HYIP ponzi programs that promise 1% a day or more implode and their shills such as "CharlieGraham" and "blac" disappear and life resumes as it was before they joined and spouted chapter and verse from the "Newbies' Dictionary of HYIP"
If anyone believes a group of anonymous genius forex traders can deliver returns of 1% per DAY, much less 5% per Day, good luck to them, I say.
I think they should sell the farm, cash out their parents' retirement funds, contact all of their friends and invite them to join the InvestOnline opportunity of a lifetime and then email Warren Buffett and Bill Gates and get them to chuck in a kewl couple of million bucks and rake in a minimum of 365% a year in interest
As for "CharlieGraham" if he truly believes anyone would invest amounts of $100,000 or more with either InvestOnline or VIPBank / TheBigInvest.com, there's nothing we can do for him, other than wish him good luck with his investing future and bid him a fond farewell ahead of time for when he disappears, and he WILL simply disappear
The phrases "I was wrong" and "I'm sorry" do not appear in any edition of "Newbies' Dictionary of HYIP" so disappearing is the only option for them both.

I will appreciate if you ask victims to report investment scams at
a) IC3: Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) | Home
b) US SEC: https://denebleo.sec.gov/TCRExternal/disclaimer.xhtml
+ to any jurisdiction authority where the scam claimed to be based in
+ to your local authority (fin. regulator)

Re: investonline.net - Invest Online Ltd. - HYIP Ponzi scam
Good evening to all,
I'm new and I found your forum by accident.
And too late I might add.
I registered to make my contribution on this post .
I found investonline.net about 4 months ago.
Initially I was skeptical about what was promised from the site, but any verification on the internet made not reported any problems with them.
Eventually I joined and I started sending emails to their support with many different issues to see how and if they responded .
They always answered all my questions and I have also sent ( at my request ) form needed to open a basic plan premium .
I joined then, with other people, in the beginner level .
For two months everything is ok. Regular payments ( directly into my account egopay ) every day.
At the end of February I decided to go to the next floor ( advanced).
For 2 weeks the payments were made .
Then they stopped .
Not only to me.
I asked about seeing riucivo not even access my account investonline . I had to do password recovery .
In the first email they said they would investigate . In later they informed me that my account would seem to have been an unauthorized access ( with Chinese IP ) and that their automated script consequently had blocked my account for the safety of my funds.
They told me to wait and that in the following days I received an email from their security department with a questionnaire complile to ascertain my identity.
Never received anything. I continued to write, but in the end I do not answer even more.
I know that other people were receiving regular daily profits, but the amounts were low.
Yesterday another person has not received the payment, and after that he sent two e-mails, they said they will investigate.
I think that they will find another excuse to justify himself.
That said, of course I do not recommend anyone to invest just $ 1 with investonline.net.
I'm pretty disappointed because we have lost a lot of money, but let's say I'm fine. It was too good and I had to realize that.
I will surely serve as a lesson.
I hope my testimony will prevent other people from being deceived.
ps: sorry for my english.
greetings.

There is no question about it.
Welcome to the thread, and thank you for contributing. It is sometimes difficult to forewarn people about problems when all these folks have to do is change the name of the opportunity, and the story about how they make the money. Creates a squeaky clean record, and they will no doubt be setting up shop again.

Re: investonline.net - Invest Online Ltd. - HYIP Ponzi scam
Investonline.net I is not paying for more than a month. I sent about 10 emails to all the addresses detectable from the site but only replied to the first saying that they investigated the missed payments. After that, nothing more, are gone. If you try to do the phone number that appears on the site, answered a record stating that the number is blocked. So it is clear that they are gone and they have no plans to resume payments.
I talked to other investors and they also confirmed to me everything. Some have received an e-mail where it was said that there was an attempt to gain unauthorized access (from China) for which the system will automatically had blocked the account and that they would send a form to confirm your subscription. Of course none of this happened.
With this post I want to be of help to those who are planning to invest on IO, please be very careful if you do not want to lose your money!

Re: investonline.net - Invest Online Ltd. - HYIP Ponzi scam
Welcome to RS, NemboKid.
It was an obvious scam and just a matter of time till they stopped payments.
Please do not forget to report it to authorities, see my post: #67

Re: investonline.net - Invest Online Ltd. - HYIP Ponzi scam
Wish I had found this site and listened to what you lot were saying before finding InvestInBullshitOnline.net. I consider myself pretty well educated and not a moron but I now need to re-think that after falling foul of InvestOnline LTD. Now that I look back at it it's painfully obvious that it was a scam but I can only blame my greedy self and that's exactly how these schemes and scams work - playing on people desire to make a quick buck.
I think they have shut their website down entirely as I can no longer reach the main website or any linked sites. Unlike some people my payments stopped straight away with no replies whatsoever to my emails. I only sent one though I knew I was screwed over very quickly. Expect another 'InvestInSomething LTD' to pop up soon from the same bloke.
Anyway, luckily didn't lose a lot and have now learnt my lesson, and also joined this forum so I can laugh at the cheek of all these other scammers. Ridiculous

Re: investonline.net - Invest Online Ltd. - HYIP Ponzi scam
Welcome to RealScam Nedeh, sorry that you did not find us early.
Please report your losses to authorities, mentioned above.
It will not help you to get your money back, but it will change the crime statistics and perhaps more resources will be allocated
for the fight against HYIPs. And maybe this HYIP admin will be punished one day and be unable to enjoy your money.
If you see some of your friends "investing" online, do them a favor and warn, do not pass by.
