Yeah, we've found that vid already
    http://www.realscam.com/f8/flexkom-l...html#post59102

Word is that Flexkom had some sort of meeting in Munich today. They've told some bullshit stories about how Flexkom is going to start, but this time for real. Only for about the sixth time they've told this story in the past two years, I guess. Amazes me that people still buy this ****.

Asker Sakinmaz has resigned as CEO of Flexkom, so says our big friend and allround scammer Ian Driscoll:

    Flexkom Updates | Flexkom

Ofcourse, Sakinmaz was greatly rewarded for all his efforts of scamming people, so he recieved a cheque worth just over 667.000 euro's.

    Asker-667000.jpg

So, everyone who wants his Flexkom money back, can now call Asker Sakinmaz to receive his money back*. Asker has plenty of money to give. How generous!

From the above link I see FlexKom are going to make their own smartphone in the future.

There are huge plans for this in the Future including a Flexkom Smartphone that will have all the Flexkom Features built in and there will be no need for Google Play or the app store at all !!!!!! Great.
Lots of exclamation marks so it must be true !!!!!!

Interesting article in the UK Mirror today about Flexkom.

    HEADLINE:
Is FlexKom REALLY ‘the future of business’ or just another hopeless ‘get rich quick’ scheme?

It makes you wonder about their model. What is the real story about the lawsuit in Turkey?

“FlexKom is a sort of loyalty scheme that is supposed to benefit shops and shoppers – and, of course, the licensees who flog it – and it has already launched in Turkey.

So how does the company respond to reports there that 40,000 people have lost their investment?
It gave me a statement reading: “We have a court decision against that newspaper, but a law in Turkey does not allow us to make that official.”

It seems our erstwhile friend, "Ian Driscoll of the Banners Broker online fraud" has seamlessly morphed into "Ian Driscoll of the FlexKom online fraud"

re: FlexKom aka Flexcom aka Weeconomy - legitimate MLM or scam ??

This post is not from corporate. This is just what has been shared with us in the field.

FlexKom has opened several pilot stores in AL and TN in February also some new pilot stores are also open in Paris. These are the first of many stores that will open over the next 4 weeks. After this weekend and the event that took place in Paris, Paris now has 5,000 terminals paid for pre-ordered to go into stores in March at no charge to the merchant. POS 4S is completed and first shipment of the terminal has arrived in several countries.

Store owners in the initial testing phase are very excited and pleased with how the terminals have been bringing new customers to their stores. FlexKom is pleased to announce the transactions have been going through with out any problems and the testing phase is a success.

Over 300 stores in TN and AL have signed a letter of intent to purchase a terminal as soon as the 2nd shipment arrives in USA.

FlexKom has been working on the POS 4S and new features on the APP and solved some issues in regards to the pin code being blocked by the carriers. They have a new mini APP that will be the initial APP to be downloaded. It is much smaller in size and will download in 20 seconds. The APP also solves the pin code issue they had. As with most technology solutions there is always a process to get it right and we are pleased to announce we are at the point where we feel comfortable to roll out to the main stream. We learned a lot with POS 3 what was working and what we needed to improve. It became clear to us we needed to design our own hardware for the machine to be easy to use for the merchants. The new POS 4S starts up and launches the platform without the merchant having to do anything. We have simplified the set up process and speed up the registration of new customers to not slow down the customer turnover to much.

In our first markets in USA we have had a very warm reception by the merchants. We have had very few businesses reject this new concept. They all agree they needed a better way to reward their customers and a better way to reach their customers in this new smart phone environment.

"The system FlexKom makes available, allows us to reach our personal customers right away through the app with intraday offers and promotions. The marketing is requested by the users so we know we are reaching only the ones that are looking for our services. We did not have a way to do this on our own, so this is a great solution for us. With this terminal software I can upload a marketing message send it out and it reaches the customers through their texting function, not email, in real time. The added incentive of earning a residual income from our customers shopping in other stores is really just icing on the cake for us.We are used to paying a lot of money for various services to reach a new audience but with FlexKom we can send out a message for free and only pay on customers who take advantage of the offer in the form of cash back and fees on transactions completed. We can track our expense and find the right promotion strategy with out risking any losses. The residuals can be reinvested into our promotions so we really have no marketing expenses. In turn if we earn $1,000 this month in commissions from our customers using FlexKom in other stores we can give back some of that in our promotions and give our customers an even better experience. It's a great way for our community of small stores to compete against the chain stores and internet stores. When our customers start receiving the rewards from the loyalty account, the TV's and Vacations etc, I think we will see a lot of growth in our industry this is the part that I think the chain stores will not be able to do since they can only reward on sales accumulating from one chain not multiple stores with multiple products and services. This is a perfect system for our size business."

So my questions would be, how many "distributors" are there in TN and AL? In the US in total?

Are distributors prepaying the cost of the terminals and then collecting from the merchants?

Perhaps most importantly, what are the economics for the distributor. I checked out the Peak Fitness site last night, they have a membership for $1 per day or $365 per year. Assuming (rather generously) 1000 members enroll at a 10% discount for a total of $36,500, how is that money allocated?

Watsco, was hoping you might be able to do a comparison of Flexcom against Geebo https://mygeebo.com/for-business-owners/.

The only reason I know about it is Barbara Corcoran advertises for it on Bloomberg, have not heard similar ads for Flexcom, but maybe Donald Trump can put in a kind word. From the site, the platform looks pretty robust for business owners, and they offer protected territories for licensees, something that seems alien to Flexcom as we saw in Turkey.

That tablet won't work for our purpose. If they buy it it wouldn't be useful for what we need it to do. So don't buy it for FlexKom terminal use.

You missed the point watsco, that is exactly same tablet without flexcon price tag and flexcon-branded box :)

That's correct. Flexkom uses the Sanei N78 tablet. Basically you pay Flexkom over 300 dollars for just a nice box, a tablet stand and a pre-installed app.

Flexkom wants their sales reps to purchase these tablets at 300 to 500 dollars (mind you, the prices listed in a screenshot ealier in this topic were excluding taxes. If I'm not mistaken the screenshots where Dutch, what would mean that you've got to add another 21% sales tax on that)

Now imagine the Flexkom master guru pimp Asker Sakinmax, cashing 670.000 euro's. That's at least 10.000 of the Flexkom POS 4S that he's taking home. Of course, Flexkom sales reps think it is normal that their pimp takes this amount of money even before any shop has been signed up and working with Flexkom and the reps think that they should pay the extra-overpriced POS 4S, in stead of Flexkom themselves paying for the tablets.. Brainwashed much?

As you might know by now, all of these stores turned out to be fake demo's. Any thoughts on that? Were you lying to us back then or did Flexkom lie to you?

I didn't miss the point. The tablet on amazon wont work for our purpose because it is not exactly the same unit. The tablet we use was altered. One thing is clear in the pictures is obviously the stand isn't included in the Amazon tablet). But if you turned the tablet on the differences are obvious. There are functions that we needed to be able to do what the initial test POS 3 didn't do so well. Set up and start up had to be altered to only work for our software. This terminal does not ever go to any other platform but FlexKom. I am sure many have seen the different version of the POS terminals FlexKom has used in the past. The black one (pos3) had some issues that needed to be solved hence the new one was altered internally to work better for our purpose. So to be clear again. The tablet on the Amazon website won't work for our purpose. The same as you wouldn't put a stove made for a home in a commercial environment. We needed a unit that was seamless in it's performance. Ease of use and speed is essential. For the same reason we have just created an mini APP that is 1/5 the size of the main APP This APP downloads in 20 seconds or less so the store owner can sign in a new customer in less than a minute. When the person goes to use the other features on the mini APP it will prompt them to download the "full" version. These where some of the final details that where completed. The mini APP has been approved by Itunes and is in final stages of testing and will be released in a few days. The mini APP also solves a verification pin issue we had here in USA as some of the carriers where blocking the text (originating from Germany) that was sent to the new customer to register the APP. This process was essential because the APP also has a phone built in so we have to abide by strict FCC rules to identify every person who uses our APP connected to their phone number.

We will call them Pilot stores. The black POS3 was only ordered in limited amount. When it was used and tested it simply wasn't going to work the way it needed to. So then it was decided to be fixed. If FlexKom had a different business model no one would know about FlexKom yet, no one would care when they had delays and "tech stumbling blocks" But because we have a lot of people financing our roll out as more or less partners in this company we have a lot of attention directed at us. So when we have a delay it gets more attention than a traditional tech company like the above mentioned Geebo would. If this was a contest in being liked by everyone we would be in trouble. This is just business and we are aiming to dominate this m-commrce space. It really does not have to be understood by everyone. We do have a lot of people who understand what is at stake. Last weekend close to 10,000 terminals where sold to mostly business owners in Paris. These terminals will now be placed for free in stores. This puts 10,000 stores (access points) in Paris and surrounding areas on the FlexKom map. Looking at this with very conservative numbers each store gives 3 APPS a day for a month. FlexKom will have 1,000,000 new customers in France in less than 2 months. This is what is possible and probable. the hard part was the selling terminal the rest is much easier.
