Very nice. I can see it now. A picture of a guy in a tank top and flip flips giving a thumbs up. Then he would tell you that by paying $25 a month he will help you have a better score than Tiger Woods by showing you how to blog. Of course you would have to go out and find others golfers to join or you will be called a wussy.

I picked this up over on the PS facebook page. I copied the line of comments, Dominic's last two comments are very interesting. Not sure what to make of the comment on the credit card and possible fraud. But the second one is very clear, anytime people are having problems getting refunds trouble is sure to follow. I sent him a PM for more details and have not heard back, I am in the States and he is in Cyprus so it may not have been delivered yet.

One of the EN policies is that there are NO refunds. Of course, if you have tangible products then a refund shouldn't be an issue. If you check out the BBB site there are at least 18 complaints, the majority of them have to do with refunds.

Obviously a large majority of EN affiliates fail. It's a given that large numbers are going to fail but when this group base their entire marketing pitch on living the large life they lure people in with unrealistic expectations. Of course people are going to ask for refunds when EN's marketing paints that type of portrait but doesn't deliver to 97% of it's members.

I wonder how the refund policy will play in with any eventual allegations of this being a pyramid scheme? As you say they are not selling tangible products like Glister Toothpaste, but if I recall correctly a return policy was part of the Amway settlement with the FTC.

There's some rumors that refunds are sometimes issued by corporate, but in a very hush-hush manner.

According to my Bank here in the U.S., flagging the UK for potential fraud is common apparently. It even happens when I try to BUY from companies in the UK using my debit card. I'm not sure if I'd make much of that.

Thanks, I wasn't sure. Whoever has the PS Facebook page is pushing Empower heavy, but deleting just about every other scammer that shows up. Like drug dealers on each others turf.

Too much talking head, not enough video proof.

He could have shown where camera zoomed in on Empowered income disclosure, and do some math on screen

He could have shown some animation where it shows the "pass up" plan on Empowered, then animate what happens to the sales money and prove 100% is bull****

LOTS of missed opportunities here.

He definitely could have dug deeper but at least he made a video exposing them. If it saves one person from joining that awful scam then the video served a purpose.

Drama rule: SHOW, not tell. He told, but not shown. he *could* be that much more effective.

There's a rebuttal "how the moon landing could NOT have been faked" over in the science topic. THAT is a good explanation video.

Someone just commented on his video and said that they were looking into EN and glad that they saw his video before they jumped in. Like I said, if it saves one person from joining the scam then it's worth it.

That dude looks like Butterbean finally cut the carbs or had lap band. It is generating some good comments pro and con which is about all you can ask for these days. Sadly I think a lot of the pro folks will never come to a site like this and think through a decision. If I remember the folks from Zeek are pushing it over on Facebook.

Well you don't usually get to be a drunken heap of flesh $100,000 in debt by making great choices. If I were to look in my crystal ball, six months from now I see drunken heap of flesh and $110,000 in debt. Here is one of the big problems with MLM in my mind, they take anyone with money in their checkbook. Puffing him up with hyperbole to get his money is disgusting. Any human with an ounce of sense or compassion would tell Robert to get all the help it takes to get and stay sober, pay down the debt, and then lets talk.

Soo I was looking at some statistics on Alexa and it looks like the majority of people searching the Empower Network scam are people from the 55-65 age group. I guess that is pretty common with most online scams.

Also, on a positive note it seems as if their rankings have been falling the past few weeks :)

I just received a new email telling me I might be receiving the most important message of my life! MY LIFE!!!!



OK. Well, the part about it being the most vital message they've ever sent could be correct, because it's pretty hard to figure out which message they've sent has been the stupidest, so approximately all of them are competing for the "most vital message" ranking.

Although this could be my last "likelihood" I'll ever get a message like this:

"This could be your last likelihood you will
EVER get like this and i do not wish you
to ignore the prospect of a lifetime..."

Although, considering the message came from the Megan's Income Challenge eMail list, I'm pretty sure I'll have some sort of likelihood to get a message as "vital" as this one again!

Also, Empower Network has fallen 50-60 spots in the Alexa rankings in the past month. Maybe the majority of people are seeing the light.

Why is it that when one of these spammers promises you: "and it will be my LAST time I will tell you this" it never is the LAST time ??
