There are plenty of colleges in Oxford that are no part of the University. A particularly good one is

Ruskin College.

Ruskin has educated some very famous people in the Trade Union Movement. History of Ruskin College

There are some very famous agricultural colleges in the Shire of Oxford and surrounding shires including one in Cirencester which is actually Gloucestershire. Google agricultural colleges Oxford and find some of the best. There are also colleges that do extremely good teaching degrees in the shire of Oxford.

Harper Adams University is on that list but a new one on me.

If you went to Oxford University then you can tell us what College. My father and my son went to Queens College Oxford, which is part of the top echelon Oxbridge Universities. Equivalent to your Ivy Leage, I think. Which one did you attend?

Let's see... you claimed to have attended an institute of higher education in the United Kingdom, so let us begin with the UK's law against gifting, Gambling Act 2005.

43Chain-gift schemes(1)A person commits an offence if he—

(a)“payment” means a payment of money or money's worth, but does not include the provision of goods or services, and
(b)it is immaterial whether a payment is made directly or through a person responsible for managing or administering the scheme.

(b)a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, or
(c)both.
(5)In the application of subsection (4) to Scotland or Northern Ireland the reference to 51 weeks shall have effect as a reference to six months.

Let's see now... you openly invited people to join cash gifting. You received a portion of the "gift" from those you invited, and in TPP, from those who your invitees invited. This exceeded the amount of money that you put into the programme. Ergo, it meets the requirements of the law to be a chain gift scheme, which is illegal.

Incidentally it was a bit of a drag going to my son's graduation ceremony as the whole thing took about three hours and everything was in Latin.
