According to him he's been scamming people since 2009, he's one of illegal cash giftings leading "mentors" and he's bringing his children in to get the sympathy vote from intended victims err, prospects.

I want to thank Brad for viewing my Linkedin Profile a few months back. Hope he learened something.

But I have to confess, I am really disappointed. We only cost him 90% of his income? Sheesh, I was hoping for 100%. Bummer. But the good news is we still have time to improve our results.

But Brad, if you really want to complain contact me. I'll give you the names of several federal agents you can contact to complain that we are hurting your cash gifting business. I am sure they will be sympathetic to your complaint and make sure us cyber-bullies get our just due. But then again, you may be the one who gets his just due. Want their contact info?

I would put the 4 bz opp team build he is involved with for all to check out.....cept I dont want his name to come up w/it in a search.

I"M actually a member of it. I was using 3 of the 4 programs for my brick and mortar bz online presence anyway. (I sell above ground pool in New Orleans, LA area/do my own financing)

Asking folks to report me to my good friends at the Texas Attorney General's Office is a hoot! The AG's office cannot act as an individual's or group's private attorney and they do not get involved in any issues such as scammers wanting to file a civil case for a libel / defamation issue, which again is clearly a tort and not a crime. Braddles ignorance on display once again! Hilarious!!!!

The Peoples Program

There has NEVER been a program that has produced as well as The Peoples Program! Not one! That is why I have promoted it faithfully since 2008. Yes, I have had times where I thought maybe I would throw in the towel and then the Happy Truck shows up and drops off an envelope with two or three thousand dollars in it and I lose those thoughts of quitting pretty quick!
What makes The Peoples Program stand the test of time in my opinion are several factors. One is the name alone. It's for the people! Two, there are TEN gifting levels starting at only $150! Three, you have a LOW $50 ONE TIME ADMIN fee! Four, there is a residual income component so it creates Teamwork and a Sponsor/Mentor (in most cases) who is willing to help! The reason I said in most cases is that there are still some dirtbags that will NOT answer the phone after they got their gift! I assure you I am NOT one of them! Help! I Can't Feel My Face!


Two Hours In The Saddle!
Yesterday I did something I have not done for over twenty years and I will NEVER wait that long to do it again. Now, I already know what you are thinking with the Sub Headline but I can assure you that you are wrong and you need to take your mind out of the gutter! LOL
I was at the Dentist for a good two hours! Getting my teeth cleaned and my oh my did they need it! The hygiene specialist numbed me so much I could NOT even feel my face! There was good reason for the numb face. It had been so long that I had some severe plaque forming after all those years and my gums had strong signs of gingivitis! It was a blessing in disguise because my wife works for an amazing dentist and we have NO insurance so the procedure was discounted and it was time. I really needed it!
Next week they will finish the work with two wisdom tooth extractions and then it will be a long term maintenance but no more face numbing sessions like yesterday! My teeth are healing well with the saltwater rinses and they are really a lot whiter! That is a great side benefit in addition to the health benefits I will start to see. Long time over due! Thanks for reading my blog and be blessed!

Brad Kamanski Talks About Protected Speech


There are a lot of people on the Internet today saying lots of ugly things about people who are involved in Network Marketing or home based business opportunities. The problem? They are telling lies about those people. In many cases the people that are being dragged through the mud are great people and work very hard to make money from home! I happen to be one of them and it sickens me that people who I have NEVER done business with call me a scam. They say I cheat people out of money! All kinds of lies!
What those folks need to understand is that they can be sued in Civil Court for a lot of money and that the burden of proof is really quite easy to get a judgment against the Cyber Bullies. You see, it's alright and falls under "protected speech" if you are relating YOUR personal experience with a certain person. However, it is against the law to tell unsubstantiated lies about someone you have never done business with!
My suggestion. Let the Government agencies do their job and if they prove someone or some program fraudulent then they will close it down! Shut your damn mouth unless you have actually done business with the person you are discussing!!!

Opinions are not generally actionable. Braddles, as we have explained numerous times to numerous numbskulls, is going to have to identify false statements of fact to have a chance in court.

Braddles should quote those laws he references with such certainty. Let's have all those judgments and injunctions against these "Cyber Bullies." Braddles knows full well many scams and schemes never get shut down as enforcement agencies don't have the manpower and resources to take care of all of them. Just because law enforcement hasn't acted doesn't mean his deals are legal, ethical opportunities.

Of course, his lifestyle of the poor and infamous, that left him without dental care for years, won't afford him the services of any legal help. If he did hire legal counsel they would be laughing all the way to the bank. The scrupulous ones will tell him he has no case. The ambulance chasers will have a delightful time filing a case he can't win and then dropping him like a hot potato after they have cleaned out his bank accounts! What a laugh!

Yes, and he cited that members of realscam are illegally obtaining addresses by signing into "back offices." Doesn't he realize that it is STILL public record even if someone is doing that?

Nor, it appears, does Brad comprehend that once someone has obtained information from such a back office, they can then look up the information elsewhere and find matching data in public records and databases that do not need "signing in" in order to access. A recent case in point, Lawrence Michael Young of Michigan advertised The People's Program, affiliate name residualpro. Looking at his contact page gives a phone number and an email address which can be researched, locating his websites, address, businesses, and past activities including a Zeek Rewards membership.

Personally, I would encourage Braddles to go ahead with his complaints and petition.

If he likes, I'm sure the members of REALSCAM.com could assist him by finding the contact details of other agencies to whom he could send his complaints

Can you imagine:

"Dear sir,

I am participating in an illegal cash gifting scheme and those nasty people over on REALSCAM.com keep pointing that fact out in public"

Heather Dobrott AKA Soapbox Mom And The Real Scam Forum Petition To Texas AG


Time To Take Down The Haters At Real Scam!
It's not too often someone makes me real mad but the Hate Culture at Real Scam has effectively done it! It's time to fight back and I am asking the whole Internet community who has ever been harassed or lied about on her forum to file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General. It takes five minutes to file and hopefully the end result will be the taking down of the forum once and for all! I am for FREE SPEECH but to go online and tell lies about people who have home businesses I draw the line in the sand.
The haters and liars are making slanderous comments and destroying peoples' good names whom they have NEVER done business with and that kind of slander DOES NOT fall under "protected speech". Please take just five minutes to file a complaint if you have EVER been slandered! Thank you and may God bless you all!
