I am not definitely on yet so not counting chickens. She (Shiobaun) did say they were getting messages of people losing a lot more than I did.

Well, I do hope someone from RS.com does get on - we need someone with a blue lightsaber to be on the radio.

Can people like Poyol and Samuel please talk with Phil in case he gets on the radio. We may not get as good an opportunity for a while again. I know its your story that you want to tell but I think the 10 points that Samuel makes could be vital for the argument.

To be honest I had never heard of it but it does sound quite good. Had a very good chat with Siobhan. Looked at some of his previous topics and it looks like he has quite a good following.

Samuel has the 10 facts as his signature. Let me know if you can't find them. It has one of the highest listener figures of any radio show in the country. This really is a big opportunity.

My research is scattered throughout Scam.com PDF archives and through the 90+ pages here.
I'm going to try and collate it - one day.

Yes one of the most listened shows in Ireland. He wont let you say name names unless they have been through the court, or say anything slanderous. He is legally constrained. But Im sure you are a measured person. Lets hope you are called.

Phil Hendy: my "10 facts" post is here:
http://www.realscam.com/f8/banners-b...html#post31224
In retrospect it sounded like I was chastising you upon your entry to this site; not my intention at all...the tone was meant to be educational not punitive.
I really believe that if Joe Duffy were to hear these 10 facts, along with the sterling example of this fellow's firsthand experience on the publishing front, there are no meaningful arguments from the BB leadership that can prevail. They end up saying things that sound similar to a three year old child trying to explain why the leprechaun in their armoire is real.

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Just listened to the podcast, that was pure gold! I was cringing / laughing at Paul McCarthys frantic spur of the moment replies and answers. And that shill - "I'm buying space on the Internet". Lol!!
All in all, it came across to me as very poor advertising for BB. That digital media expert at the end obviously didn't know much about BB's modus operandi, or he would know that they don't buy impressions on any exchange.

I managed to catch the end of the broadcast and agree it was good. One of the two guys who spoke last actually made more sense than anyone else. Asking what the CPM (CPN?) was completely floored Paul (oh that's taken care of in Canada) as it was obvious he did not have any idea of what the bloke was asking. Similarly the one who said why go to BB when there is Google and why does BB need so much money to be put in.
In fact most of the comments from people other than BB-ites made most sense. It was interesting to hear Paul getting flustered and the other bloke who'd made the astronomical return (oops!) in 6 months getting really angry when challenged. The reality is that it is simply not possible.
I also want to respond to Joe's comment about targeted age group. I think you are spot on here Joe. People of a certain age, perhaps not internet savvy, and with money... In reality probably the ones who have most to lose as well :(

I can see imagine new warnings on talkingbb etc. now
'Do not talk to to radio stations or your account will be locked'
Would be good to get some coverage on a UK consumer tv or radio programme.

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Guess what guys..... more technical difficulties over at BB
Our support department is experiencing a technical difficulty due to a server upgrade. Currently our ticketing and Live chat is unavailable and we have limited phone support.
Our IT department is working to resolve this issue in 2-3 hours.
I wonder if that's because lots of people from Ireland are asking for refunds as per Paul McCarthy's promise today on the radio ..... Well he did promise a refund didn't he. I wasn't hearing things was I?

Me, too... Mister McCarthy with his galloping gabble. Reminded me of this classic clip: Strabane Man interview - YouTube
"There's a sucker born every minute"... which wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't a sociopath to exploit them born every hour.
