It's traditionally a time when savvy HYIP ponzi players keep their money in their pocket as a far greater number of HYIPs either collapse due to lack of new money, or the owners run away to protect whatever money they still have before people start withdrawing for Christmas.
I love black december....Best time of the year to watch the shills and reff whores do their money...

Theseus,
That post has just made my day.
If companies like Eventbrite know about Banners Broker - it surely can't be long!

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
And now second half-time of the multibillion $ adventure could take place...if not already... verified members personalities could be offered to all scammers on the Planet...especially verified passports are extremely high ranked in undeground world ,especially all kind of drug dealers, terorist and people traffickers will be more then happy to get one of these...not only they will have verified pass numbers and addresses but verified photos as well.....up to 2000 $ for every passport details. The price rockets to 7000 $ when it has been copied and adapted by the counterfeiters to fit the new identity. It is scandalous that so many passports could be falling into the wrong hands and potentially being used fraudulently. This could have a huge impact all over the world...however let's hope this black scenario will not become reality

Not a shill to be found anywhere, on any forum. Very strange. Waiting for orders or running for the hills?

the "official" FB page has not been moderated since 23rd October, many critical posts, all out mutiny and - very few shills left just maple communications, who is stepping out of line himself but now seems to be a moderator with no mod powers.. , no one can get hold of anyone in BB, phones unanswered, chat off line, engine not run, payments stopped, 1 lady is banging on about her Mastercard not working.... can't wait for the weekly webinar

Oh, yes it'll have been discharged years ago, I was merely adding it to the pool if information. It would be interesting to know which business caused his demise though, the garage or one of the get rich quick schemes.
The questions that float through my mind are as follows:

Yes to both of these points, it has a company number, directors and a registered office, albeit one that is no more than a mail drop. They were, however, allegedly using a fake VAT number (I've checked the number in question and it doesn't exist) but now appear not to have one at all, although I'm happy to be proved wrong.

I'd imagine they probably would be creditors, the question is, of whom?
The panels etc aren't bought from BB UK, or Driscoll, but rather from the Canadian company via the bank in Belize, so I'd imagine that's who they'd need to chase for compensation.

I checked the same VAT number, Thesus; you're right it's invalid. And they don't have a current VAT number - spoke to a friend in local government ...
It does have a registered office, yet I've not had chance to visit Bradford to have a look inside!

You'd be wasting your time going up to Bradford, the registered office is
BOTANICAL HOUSE
15 GUYS CLIFFE ROAD
LEAMINGTON SPA
WARWICKSHIRE
CV32 5BZ
and, as I've said before, it's just a mail drop. I'm not 100% on the VAT registration rules when it comes to this sort of business, as it's questionable what (forgetting the potential of it all being a scam) service or product they actually supply. They certainly don't have an SIC code listed with Companies House, which would indicate which industry the purport to be in. My personal feeling is that they are providing financial advice and/or services, but declaring that would bring them under the auspices of the FSA etc, hence the stern warnings from BB about referring to it as an investment.

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
I just looked at the FB page, Papaponzi.
It seems that Ian Sherriff (who is also very active at TalkingBB) has appointed himself as the sole defender of BB on that FB page. He's attempting to answer questions and defend criticisms and save the sinking ship..how very gallant!
Probably worth a dig around on this fellow. His own FB page: https://www.facebook.com/iain.sherriff1
Note: one of his major acheivements in September 2012 is "Proved to myself BB works" https://www.facebook.com/iain.sherri...ter=3&ustart=1
I'm sure glad those worries about BB have been put to rest now ;)

Someone is now claiming that BB have paid out $200 Million! https://www.facebook.com/pages/Banne...49799701733019
The choice network must be truly on fire!
Oops, this guy also claims you can "Double your investment". Bad affilliate! Should I call BB community watch?

McCarthy and Driscoll certainly have motor trade links, does Sherrif too? I haven't done any digging on him.
