Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Can it be more blatantly obvious of how much of a scam this is??
What advertiser or advertising company is going to allow you to generate fake hits to the website that is serving your ads? Fake traffic such as say... a traffic pack? a monthly subscription to a traffic pack, one where if you miss a monthly payment, you loose all the hits your traffic packs have ever generated (but thats another topic for another day)
Everyone keeps mentioning clicksor, lets have a quick look at clicksor publisher terms and conditions...
"2. Company/Individual may not artificially inflate traffic counts using (including but not limited to) any device, program or robot."
Im pretty sure every advertiser has the same terms and conditions.
Now how would banners broker manage to be the only business to manage to find a profitable way of generating fake traffic to their ads??

What you can do is recoup your loses at the expense of new victims. This is exactly why you will see people trapped in the scam lie through their teeth to outsiders (even family and friends) about how rosy things are. The constant fresh blood is required to get any sort of money out of the scam at all.
Out of interest - When you were determining whether to invest, how as an accountant did you reconcile the fact that BB's reported profits are more commonly seen with the sale of illicit drugs rather than any sort of legitimate business?
I joined the system as I really didn't know too much about this type of industry. I also know quite a few people locally who werebin it and it seemed worth a punt. One of the keys to it is that it was not strictly MLM which suited me well.
I guess in hindsight I should have done my due diligence beforehand. However, I would say that I got stuck in straight away asking questions about the it.

It's probably small comfort at this stage, but, you're not the first and certainly won't be the last to get caught out by an online HYIP scam.
It's easy to become wrapped up in the back and forth banter with true believers and shills, but, IM(very)HO it's important to remember the people behind these scams are not just good-ol-boys having a gamble.
The faceless people behind these things are big time criminals.
They're dealing in hundreds of millions of dollars.
They have access to the "latest" software, techniques and psychological tools and will not hesitate to wring the last dollar out of their victims.
Think about it.
At least six hundred million dollars passed through the Zeek Rewards accounts, that we know of so far.
Six hundred million, much of it through unregistered payment processors, most of it not recorded, all of it unregulated.
Banners Broker might be small potatoes in comparison, but, how far do you think the people behind it would be prepared to go for even a small percentage of that money ??

Just an FYI: I saw your post at TG and you should know that no company can legally lock your account and refuse to pay you what they owe you just because they don't like what you said about them. I bet if you had a solicitor/attorney send them a demand letter they would return your money. I would discuss with a solicitor/attorney what your options are about suing them for a return of your money. I do hope you can get your money back.
I just don't think they want all the "negative" publicity they would receive by not returning your money, and believe me we would make sure everyone knew they didn't. But you need to do this immediately as time is running out before they run with the money, and they are going to run with the money and soon.

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Sadly I can no longer access Talking BB - I assume they have IP blocked me or something.
It is a shame because I would like to know what they are saying about me - apparently they are giving me pelters over there, judging by a few messages I have received! (most of which are supportive!). Generally the few people that I did get on with all now take a backstep on that forum.

All these programs start to bann people at the late stages of the scam. They are just trying to milk the last dollar that they can.

I wouldn't be fretting too much if I were you, hendyphilhendy, it's not personal.
By the sound of it Banners Broker is your first experience of HYIP ponzi scams.
Stick around a bit longer and you'll come to realize what's happening is straight out of the "HYIP Ponzi Operators' Handbook"

Just saw this on MMG. Looks like Raj is about to do a runner again:
For example, Raj has a $180,000 withdrawal pending that will be paid out this month
They are also claiming the following:
“We are following the business model of Google
Anyone with any sort of a brain will see this is a complete lie. Problem is, most of the drones don't have a brain...
