Which I think I did. When it comes to dealing with lawyers and defamation I don't use the "tentative" strategy - I go "forensic"

I agree 100%.. The point was that it was edited after we all posted aggressively about the wiki post. I am just amazed at Lisa Shoman's energy being used to block and delete verses taking 2 minutes to make a public statement on her FB page about this or answer an email confirming this. Simply put.. The whole mess just smells like BB.

Banners Broker is getting caught up in their own web of lies and deceit. They would love to pin this on the affiliates as well.

Actually I was involved in prompting some of the Wikipedia editing because I don't want Realscam involved in a defamation claim.
If you go to the Wikipedia entry you will find that the IP address used the excuse of it not being part of her "legal history" entry
Just click on the "view history" tab to view all the earlier versions.
In the Earlier versions you will see "alleged" being added in and the references to the links with the Ponzi also
You could add in a Heading ==Public Controversies ==
before ==References==

This would be a new section about "public controversies". You could cut and paste in material from the earlier version and add in the references.
You could also add in the Sunday World reference and begin it with "following on from a collapse of a Ponzi scheme in Ireland <Sunday World; Independent; Examiner references> Ms Shoman was alleged to be acting as legal council in Belize for Banners Broker. Emails sent from someone claiming to represent Banners Broker were issued from a shomanlaw.bz address were posted on several anti scam sites <cut and paste earlier version references>

The fact that you trust them and they dint make it up and they actually did get these emails I am not doubting.
What I'm doubting is whether the email is FAKING the identity of Lisa Shoman.

While there is evidence ( i.e. that people sending emails to .blt.net got replies from .bz) linking Shoman's normal email address to the .bz one we have yet to learn WHO in Shoman's office was doing this and whether the firm sanctioned it. At the very least it points to sloppy standards by Shoman's firm.

Look. This isn't about you or me. My interests also extend to protecting Realscam.

No it is not Beacon. It is about you throwing doubt on, and attacking other peoples posts. It is a habit you have had since you started posting. It would not be so bad if you did not post such long and obtruse diatribes. Rambling and impossible to answer. The last word which makes no sense. Can you not post in a more concise manner?
