Have they had any legal troubles? Do they really live in the mansion where they shot the video? Even if some of this stuff fails to check out, there are plenty of "gurus" that have been caught in a web of lies and not many people seem to care. (If I were truly thinking about plunking down $5000 to invest with them I would hire a private investigator to do some real digging). But how many people are going to do that on a review site with money out of their own pocket to protect folks who would probably chastise them anyway?
With all the gushing reviews I would think the "Daves" are able to walk on water. Then you look at the promo and think hey they only want $25 for all this good stuff, and then the hook is set. Unless someone is naturally skeptical and asks good questions, happens upon the right information, or a central repository of the actors misdeeds then what to do? Most people I suspect would quit looking after three or four sites.
Ones again, personally I have nothing against HYIPs. We are free people with free will OK. But F*&^&%@#s from BB told me Im going to invest in on-line advertising. As we know in "real" HYIP You just "invest" 100 dollars and after a week You withdraw ie 110 dollars. With BB it took me almost a year to withdraw my principal that`s why I believed its "legitimate" business but it looks like its not even legitimate HYIP as said before...
And there is thousands people like myself... but this time I woke up on time and want to help to save few souls if possible...

Was there any reason/excuse why Niagara convention has been cancelled ?
Did Hypnotist Cyrus refuse to share the venue ?

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
There is only one reason why the Niagara event was cancelled: No-one has any money to go because BB is not paying them. People don't have enough "extra" money to fork out for this event. Many now are waking up to know it would be a waste of time and money because they will just be stroked with more promises that will never materialize.

Yes. Buys stuff from himself also. Something odd going on there. He has a listing for BB also, someone has bid 2cents. He mentions that "BB Online Business requires an investment". I didnt think Ebay allowed such dodgy listings.

What is the spin they are trying for cancelling Niagara, or are they even bothering?

I'd say it's just a poor attempt at Ebay fee avoidance....

$.02 will put you over the top for your own BB business Harrison, and you can purchase a Cable Stripper to mine copper from old toaster cords to pay for all your ad packs.

Latest news from BB:

From bannersbroker 2013-05-02 16:35:08
Due to the various compliance issues that we have been addressing there has been a need to review our entire Policies and Procedures.
You will thoroughly enjoy the new format as it is now much easier to locate and identify specific content relative to your enquiry.
The first major change is the very lengthy and in-depth index page where every subject has been listed. Simply click on the subject and it will take you immediately to that section of the document. To return to the main index page again simply click on the back to the top link and you can start searching again.
These Policies and Procedures will be subject to change from time to time, and when this happens a message will be placed on the dashboard for your information.
Thank You.
====================================
So, You took a loan in a bank right and instead of paying 20% interests a year You can expect that Bank can change the rate "from time to time"
Im sure every one will go for this loan....
Just wonder why do they not announce?: Want money? You must bring 1000 dollars to withdraw 100 dollars, or bring 10 new members, nice and clear.
So I dug up and found nice NEW Policy under section:
====================================
Withdrawal Policy:
d) Processing time is 90 days and funds must be available in the E-Wallet at the time of each request.
====================================
It has been 15 days for "standard victim" and 7 days for "premium victim" before.
In reality (my case) No less than 25 days.
I guess next step would be 540 days according to their calculations. (6x15=90, 6x90=540days)
Nice move to keep alive this zombie for another weeks... Well done.
What a degenerates!

#1-Niagra convention has been cancelled.
So much for "convention/ World Tour/ ten year lease is proof of our longevity and determination to be in this for the next twenty years"
Hooker who took the "ten year lease" ( well he claimed to but didnt put a copy anywhere) does not even mention being in BB.
Anyone who has already bought tickets and does come to Canada will be entertained.
By the RCMP? :)
#3-We do have a new processor that we are working on, however these things take time to implement . The previous bb card took 10 months to implement . We do not want the new processor to be a "here today gone tommorrow" thing. We want a permanent solution.
We are NOT going to mention the new processor as the last thing we want is for bloggers to get a hold of this information and start making negative comments.
LOL @ "permanent"
They are inept at even running a scam! Ten months to get a bank to set up a payment process. LOL!
And they claim that "negative comments" entirely destroyed their electronic payment processor and genius foolproof mathematics algorithm ?
Wonder what the negative comments will do in court? :)
#4- The trafic pack rule: We want our program to be an Affiliate based program , thus the new trafic pack rule is to make it look les attractive. Our original goal was for our program to be an affiliate based program and NOT a passive income program.
LOL changing deckchairs on the Titanic with a view of squeezing the last drop of money out of the faithful dupes.

No, the official version is we're afraid we will get the crap beat out of us from angry members who haven't gotten paid. It wouldn't look good to have twice as many security people as members at the event. So we had to cancel the event for everyone's safety.

There comes a time in the life of a failed HYIP ponzi fraud when even the most cocksure HYIP ponzi admin or pimp just KNOWS if he/she announces in advance that he/she is going to be seen at public meeting that the constabulary will make up most of the front row.

I was trying to establish that just the other day - the case is still listed on the Goa Courts website, but its just the same status as two months ago.
Presumably Ana reported to the investigator in early March as she was instructed to, and the investigation is ongoing. No court date listed that I can see...

I don't know if it is possible here but it would be helpful if the site would keep us logged in. This is how it works over at MMG. I understand there may be security issues but I am not a techie and do not know how it works.
