My apologies, it should be 90-150 dollars NOT 10-15%! Of course everybody blamed but not "legitimate" business...
BTW, I have no errors while rendering this page on Linux Ubuntu

To be pedantic buzinga.ca isn't a Dixit/Smith site, it appears (as our Julie discovered) to be one of a batch registered by a "Kelly Stinson", who also happens to go by the name Kelly Guarini and resides at the same address as BB's "Brand Ambassador", Lorenzo....

Nigel Albright really should pay a bit more attention to what he puts on his site. This is a link on his website:

You must! I boasted that I had not been banned from TalkGold once and "laidback" pointed out that I was obviously no longer any threat to any of their advertisers. It was a hard pill to swallow but he is forgiven.

Thanks, Judy, but I don't remember making that statement...CRS must be worse than I thought...!
It seems like in this "industry" common sense is not all that common!

Wonder if Terry only got paid $100 like everyone else? He did say he would only get paid like the other victims so he is either working for nothing( some would say overcharging), or he is a liar.
Oh sorry just answered my own question.

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
This is an aside and unrelated to BB probably. How common a name is Dixit? I only ask because my institute banned a chartered accountant called Dixit from membership for fraud. see this link:- FD excluded from ICAEW for fraudulently issuing cheques - 01 Mar 2013 - Accountancy Age
Hope it works i'm a bit old for this interweb lark.
Does anyone think it possible he's a relative or is Dixit like Jones (or Smith!).

According to Texas, it means Can't Remember Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh it. By the way, S.H.I.T. is the longest word in the English language when it is said by a Texan.

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Hi,
i am currently in the process of claiming a charge back through Barclay's on two deposits i made into Banners Broker in December. I received the forms last Friday but due to work commitments could not spend any time over the weekend writing a cover letter and compiling evidence. As i have about 3 weeks left on my claim i am going to be spending this weekend doing just that (joy!). Would any of you lot be willing to send me some solid links you may have bookmarked that would help support my case. This is not me being lazy it's just that this thread is over 400 pages long and there's no way i can go through all that in a couple of days filtering the best stuff out. I already have some evidence such as screenshots, links to blogs etc but need more solid evidence. As i am one of the people that decided to keep my money in Banners Broker (which is getting eaten away through subscriptions and non existent panel movement) and have not requested a withdraw i think my case is going to be a bit more difficult to prove as i do not personally have any correspondence with Banners Broker.
Thanks in advance
Jamie

You could also link to a few of the Banners Broker Facebook pages and copy some of the calls and highlight all the excuses about payments. While you are there, post what you are doing to get your refund. Tell them the nice folks at Real Scam are thinking about them, we would tell them ourselves but we keep getting banned.

Hey thanks for the reply. I would but i have already been banned from the Facebook page. This also resulted me being banned from the TalkingBB forum which is funny because i never posted there (apart from one time that was account related) which means they were monitoring the Facebook page.
Anyone else who has got any solid links please inbox me. Would be much appreciated.

Hiya, Jamie and welcome to REALSCAM.com
Unfortunately the "solid links" of the kind you seek are unlikely to be available unless legal action is taken against Banners Broker by a law enforcement agency or agencies.
My advice would be that you inform the bank you have inadvertently become the victim of an online ponzi fraud and wish to withdraw from any involvement and regain your money.
Banks are generally sympathetic to fraud victims and, unlike first time punters, can detect a ponzi instantly.
You may also like to point the bank to the Irish Sunday World article about the Banners Broker ponzi fraud

I understand that no evidence is 'solid' till the authorities step in but basically anything that would help that isn't speculative. Like i said i have already contacted the bank and have forms for a charge back i am pursuing on two deposits i made in December 2012. I have also contacted action fraud and spoke to Warwickshire police who informed me that they had received a number of complaints about Banners Broker and were investigating them. When i asked how many complaints they said only 3 but i'm guessing there is probably more investigations being made across the UK who knows. The police women who i spoke to said that as it was a matter of fraud it could take a while to get anywhere. My personal opinion is that this will probably drag on for months but we will see.
