They are still talking about "panels moving" as if they are real and the website being down as being one of the reasons for them not being paid.

So, no, while many of them are complaining, not many have "seen the light"

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam

I don't think much is going to happen (in BB terms) over Easter.

The good folk over at MMG are quite clear that this one is over and done with. Over, all bar the shouting, as they say.

Over on MMG, Acrylic1 made this pertinenet comment:-

"Its fine for people like on this forum because we know it is a HYIP and will only last so long. When it moved beyond the boundaries of the usual 'investors' and into the public realm, it stopped being a HYIP and became a scourge that IS and HAS ruined many unwitting (and some thick) people and communities."

I think that's a good point. As many people have pointed out, BB began life as a "straightline cycler doubler", didn't it, and you can find evidence of that on t'internet to this day. It was pushed amongst people who deal with this kind of thing, people who knew what they were dealing with.

But I'd like to know who decided that it was a good idea to take it out into the wider world and pitch it at ordinary Joes? People in hard times are grasping at anything that might make their life better. It's sheer wickedness, in my very humble opinion, to trick others, knowingly. And if anyone is still trying to get people into BB at this late stage, well, I think they are just downright dirty! Even the true believers in their hearts must realise that.

George Dorn sounds intelligent. Positive thinking has obviously got him this far. So in the spirit of positive thinking- George I'm positive you've had your last BB payment.

Bruno is right, all Charges on BB account has been made, no "panels" movement (however they call it) can be seen.
Of course no payments made by BB.
I give them 2-3 weeks max....

How can they do that with a business model that is based on paying out more than it takes in?
Well, it's actually a business model that takes in more than it pays out, although it owes far more than it has.

It might be over but the thugs are still out in full force. Have it on reliable source (BannersBroker - groesster MLM-Betrug mit "Internet-Anzeigen" - ant marketing) that last week about 500 people were present at a presentation in Koeln/Germany. Wish I`d been there with a Maga-Phone shouting out loud: Liars, Scum bags, Betueger.

I bought myself a shotgum and hired mercs to go hunting for chris smith and Raj. I have gone to all the 3rd world countries recruiting for my cause and handed out AK47's. My cause is just no panel movement in 3 weeks and they cut up my mastercard. As all victims are in poverty recruitment will be easy a bit of bread is all that is needed.

Over on Bannersbroker.com - Is Banners Broker Down Right Now? A few people have asked the bb cheerleaders to buy them out of BB, if they really believe that BB is so good.
1 affiliate, Linds Lewand, has expressed interest in doing this. Is this possible in BB, to transfer panels etc for original investment price?
Would be a godsend to many disenchanted affiliates if that would take off.
Have my doubts, Probably BB would put some block on it.

Website down again. " After a week of server maintenance we are pleased to say we are now stable again" NOT

I tried reporting BB to action fraud yesterday and they directed me to the FSA. I got fed up of listening to the options... Press button 1 etc..so if anyone has any other ideas of reporting them please let me know.

Hmm, I wonder if that has been anyone else's experience. I do think that they have been reported to action fraud in the UK already, perhaps someone could clarify? Oh, and I guess by referring to the FSA you are in the UK?

Can I ask you what are your thoughts on BB and it's credibility? Do you believe it to be a legitimate business?

Yes, I'm in the UK. Action fraud said because it seemed to be an investment programme, then it should be firstly referred to the FSA, who would investigate and if found to be a fraud, would refer it back for action.
I am convinced it is a Ponzi scheme. How can it be a legitimate business? What legitimate business allows you to invest money, and then if you question any of its actions, (deemed to be non-compliance), it freezes your account? That in my view is theft.
Also, a business which is reputedly turning over millions of dollars, cannot keep a website online for 24hrs without problems.
I've looked up the people involved in BB and each and every one of them has a shady history so I'd guess the odds on it being legitimate are pretty long.

If you are ever on a phone call that gives you options, IGNORE them and wait. Nine times out of ten the call goes STRAIGHT through to a real person.

Thanks , I guess you have now seen the light! How long were you a member, did you personally recruit? How much are you in the hold for if you don't mind me asking ?

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam

I put a few hundred in just to see what it was all about, viewed it as the cost of a night out. I went in with my eyes wide open and never really believed it was for real. I've been in since mid Nov '12.
I refused to recruit anyone as I would not wish anyone to be ripped off on my recommendation. If it had been a legitimate investment which I had personally made money from then I'd have recommended it, but it certainly isn't! I wrote off my cash on day one to be honest.
The quicker the authorities shut it down the better because I've heard of people putting thousands in, in fact taking out credit cards and maxing them up to invest, it's scandalous.
The guy who recruited me was constantly on at me to invest more money and he only stopped when I became abusive to him and his cronies.
    It makes your blood boil!

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam

Something that has been floating around today:-

    [9:25:29 AM] beaches777 (Linda Lane): (*) Friday Q&A Webinar:

    Chris Smith speaking:

    Payout Update:

(Sorry I joined 2 minutes late) Chris was mid-sentence.
... Raises red flags when you try to send over 8 figures in small period of time. We can't send a wire without raising eyebrows. Because of these lmitations, before we were using the BB card.. now we are behind in payouts. Its no secret. What we decided to do is, based on the money sitting in the eWallets, rather than continuing the way we've done and being 8 weeks late.. we have decided to do partial payouts on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, until we get caught up. This will give people a chance to get caught up.

For example, if you withdrew $1,000 and you get a partial payment, this will appear in the log as a partial payment. the theory behind this is the best we have right now, to get the payouts all caught up and get payouts going on a more frequent payment schedule.

This will begin this week. Payza will be first, STP will be next, beginning this week.

We appreciate your patientce. we know people are in need of payouts, and we know this. We understand. Please understand that there are emails that I cannot possibly personally respond to, there are only so many hours in the day.

I understand your problems and we are addressing them as quickly as we can. We are doing all we can do on our side to facilitate this.

    Panel Movement:

Last week and this week we had some server problems, and we were able to migrate to a new server. the problem with the new server has to do with how the engine was structured. The BB application (software) version 2.9, there are several components. the sales engine is kind of separated, and once we did the port to the new server, we need to reconnect everythng to work in harmony. this reconnection has not been completed, that's why you have not seen the visal display of the movement. Your ad space sales are moving forward. Your visual display will JUMP to where it needs to be when you are able to see the display visually. Do not worry. The programmers are working on this as fast as they can, and this should be completed at the beginning of the week.

    Caching of the System:

You may see weird/strange results. Example: if you qualify a panel and cannot see it properly yet. This is due to server caching. In order to display everything quicker for you, we store this on the server. Server site caching (techy stuff). The negative side of this is that what you may be seeing may not be fresh. It works well on all the other pages, but the panel pages are not working as we planned. We need to adjust this so you can see fresher data as quickly as possible. this is all a load on the server. So if you see anything that doesn't look normal, we are aware of this. I have just explained the global answer to this. We will be relaxing the caching and the display problem will be fixed.

    Server uptime:

We are now more stable in our new server. We did have a few blips, caused by the enormous amount of traffic. We should be more stable now and be able to stay up more.

    Tickets for Niagara:

Ticket purchases should be available this week coming.

BB Millionaires club awards at the convention. We are looking forward to all the festivities we have planned for you.

Make sure you get your tickets and travel plans and passport taken care of in time to attend.

    Q&A:

We mentioned that we will be going live April 1st with the TP allotment, the 1:3 ratio. This has been POSTPONED..

THIS WILL NOT BE HAPPENING ON APRIL 1st. THIS HAS BEEN POSTPONED

Seeing odd things on your screen: explained the "caching" above.

Bank Deposits for US?? That is available at this point.

    Panel movement? explained above.

In order for the complimentary panels to move you have to have active campaigns. You can use a BB campaign and banners.

Is there training on campaigns? we will be having webinars throughout the week for training. Watch your website for these and register.

What is the partial payout? We will divide it out among all waiting payouts.. No set percentage.

Can we buy tickets through eWallet? No, only Credit Card or STP

We want more communication? This is necesary on our part. We attempt to do this as often as possible. This webinar was originally cancelled due to the holiday, but I decided to do it anyway. We are trying to communicate more with members.

Alternative card programs: we are looking at many options. Please send in your suggestions if you have a good option. WE know this needs to happen and will be doing this shortly.

    Lots of repeat questions.

Thank you so much. We still have a full house here. we appreciate your time and effort with BB. I wish you all a Happy Easter. STay strong.. keep promoting BB. We love all of you.

What on earth "red flags" is he talking about moving money unless it is illegal money being moved. "Eight Figures" is nothing for a company claiming $4,000,000 A DAY in revenue. Partial Payments? Anyone who still thinks this is a real business?

Well this was written by an affiliate but it doesn't surprise me if Chris used those words. Unfortunately I wasn't able to watch the webinar and miss him sounding like the police have let off the dogs.

I just did a very quick equation and figure my company has a weekly payroll of $100,000,000 give or take. We get paid either the 1st & 15th or every Friday and not only have I never missed a payday my direct deposit is in my bank the day before the official pay date,

I have moved money all week to pay bills and several larger chunks from various places for business and personal taxes. No problems anywhere, even bought some crap from EBAY with paypal that went through just fine. These people are nuts, I think the ONLY time I don't do things electronically is when I am in a restaurant where I would rather not hand over my credit card.

Chris is treating his affiliates like they are children who know nothing of the world of computing.
