Indeed it is. The BB Excuses Department must have a wonderful, creative time coming up with the next one that is, for the technically challenged, almost believable. My mate would certainly swallow that nonsense for sure :(

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Just a little evidence of earnings, should the US authorities do any clawbacks.
This guy has been a BB pimp, always harping on about how BB always pays. It wasn't until the other HYIPers on there started recently giving him grief about his broken record posts that he started to change his tune. Now he claims he hasn't introduced anyone to BB since Sept last year... I reckon he's full of it (no proof, but he's a money hungry player).

They can park the domain for a nominal fee and come back as Banners Broker when most people have forgotten about them.
I doubt they will; but anything is possible.

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Dear few remaining BB faithful. I applaud your resolution. If you are in the UK can you please take note of the following. Under UK law as BB is a "trade" you must pay tax on these earnings wherever in the world they arise and Whether or not you have sent the earnings to the uk. The tax year ends on 5th April so can I suggest that you speak to a QUALIFIED accountant, not one of the buffoons that post on the various BB forums saying what a bloke in a pub told them. Many QUALIFIED accountants will offer an initial meeting free, so take all of the details of earnings you have and ask them for a ballpark figure of your tax. Do this before 5th April as you will need to make sure you know what details to retain. When you find out the truth i then suggest you immediately try to take as much out of BB as possible as this will reduce the amount you will have to increase your mortgage by to cover the tax bill.
Have a happy Easter.

No need to take the website down. Just look at Raj's previous scam he was involved in that shut its doors years ago. Website is still up.

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
for 12 months there have been predictions that bb was about to die any day now. But it has limped on and on. Morphing every few weeks to avoid action by authorities, from cycler doubler to investment, to advertiser to publisher to broker. Changing their contract with investors, clients, affiliates, without agreement or consent whenever they felt the need to.
Cleverly making it easy to put money in, but harder and harder to get money out. They have done everything possible to drag it out. Even recruiting in Bangladesh and Cambodia, where a months wages might be $100. Still it is not dead.
But since Mastercard pulled the plug, and the compulsory 36 blog rule, there is a different feel about bb. No one is getting any of their money out, Nothing on their official facebook page, or official twitter, or bb blog for couple of weeks now. Website gone into the twilight zone. Silence from the top level. Even the normal shills have gone to ground.
I am sure bb will try to drag on for a little while yet. If only to gather up the last available dollar, and to cover tracks, and manufacture alibis.
But I think this goose is nearly cooked.

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Just found that on "isitdownrightnow"
"I love everyone's enthusiasm, but THIS has gone beyond a joke now, I truly believe that BBI have done a runner with our money, there is NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM, I have tried EVERY contact number and also emailing all the contact i have over the last 3 days, the phone numbers there is NO REPLY, and no reply on email either, somehow i have to explain to my wife why i wasted £2500 !!!
Think this might end in LEGAL ACTION"
Anybody else tried to call them and not reach anybody? I think that has not happened before. Maybe they really have the runner.

One thing interesting here is one true believer is from Cambodia and can still get someone on the phone. However, dissatisfaction of BB affiliates appears to be increasing. Not scientific to be sure, but some are really starting to wake up. Even Napoleon Dynamite is losing faith, won't be wearing a Vote for Raj shirt anytime soon.

looking at the page, it seems the last post was 26th Feb so wonder has it been closed since then?? If so, wonder what was the reason for it being closed so long before the rest of the skeptics starting asking questions and long before all the connectivity issues?
24 members is a significant downline, would hate to be in the shoes of some of those recruiters, this one must be getting 23 phone calls everyday!

That exact same Chris Smith message is on a couple of other facebook pages too (like this one).
Then you get dropkicks like Stephen Parry making comments like this:
Stephen Parry: Message from our very Honest and Humble CEO Mr Chris Smith; Hey everyone, Rajiv and I had a little legal problem and my phone was confiscated so the engine is down. Don't worry, IT is on it. We are here for the long haul!

Saudi Arabia, jeepers imagine if they got their hands on oil money.
Although in Saudi, thieves have a habit of having their hands cut off.

Thought all the shills had gone to ground. 1 over on Bannersbroker.com - Is Banners Broker Down Right Now?. Again no argueing with logic. Just the usual "I put in $145, and have taken out $10,000) Its like saying "its the blind network" Simply a mantra that you are supposed to just accept.

There was a young guy on there from Cambodia. Just wanted to get his money back. "I invest $700 we are poor so $700 is big for us" Probably has his family savings in it.
It would make you sick.
