Hello dear,
If that really is you Supergranny, I was pointed to your video by that nice young man Mark Stokes.
He is a nice man isn't he, you know caring for the elderly the way he does. He helps them out by finding online jobs for them don't you know.
Anyway whilst you are here and as you seem to know a lot about Banners Broker and the internet, would you be so kind to answer a couple of question?
Who is that nice man Chris Smith who is so kind as to give away huge amounts of his company's profits to you and your son Michael.(he seems like a nice young man)
Do you know where or when he was born, or any schools, collages or university he attended? Or what qualifications he acquired or anything really? Any info you have about him would be really great.
Also do you have an email address for Chris, all the other CEOs of major company's around the world have an email address I cannot seem to find his anywhere. I need to email him about something.
Also those lovely Banner Broker adverts that your business (not a Ponzi) places on millions of web pages on the Internet.
could you tell us where they are? Nobody can find them many people have searched high and low all to no avail.
Looking forward to hearing from you again Supperganny if that really is you.
Regards Joe.

RE: The "Chit fund " law under which BB is being prosecuted in India
Chit fund - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
According to Section 2(b) of the Chit Fund Act, 1982, "Chit means a transaction whether called chit, chit fund, chitty, kuri or by any other name by or under which a person enters into an agreement with a specified of persons that every one of them shall subscribe a certain sum of money (or a certain quantity of grain instead) by way of periodical installments over a definite period and that each such subscriber shall, in his turn, as determined by lot or by auction or by tender or in such other manner as may be specified in the chit agreement, be entitled to the prize amount.
...
Chit Funds are also misused by its promoters and there are many instances of the founders running what is basically a Ponzi scheme and absconding with their money.
By the way and apropos of nothing the "Carlow" in "Carlow court" the address of stellar point in canada comes from the Irish "Ceathair Locha" meaning "four lakes"
Although it could be derived from "four legged" and "lake".

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
The truth about Banners Broker! | Facebook
The important thing here is not that advertisers through BB have their banners published through a blind network. We all know that the advertising and publishing sides of this business is not up to speed yet - but it will add another significant dimension to the business when it is.
The important thing to understand is that the Ad-Pub combo works. This is the bit that is generating cash and its not from publishers and advertisers coming direct to BB - it is from buying and selling space in the market.
The Majority of advertising on the internet is distributed through a blind network which is run through an AdExchange network, which is a bit like a commodities market. Advertising space is purchased in bulk and retailed to advertisers (or more likely through agents) at a profit. The AdExchanges are run on massively sophisticated software to rotate the adverts through the system. This NOT what BB does! The AdExchange networks are dominated by (we are told) 10 main players (including Microsoft and Google, who have bought companies in the network, and I would assume these would be from the big 10). BB have an association with one of these companies (they won't say which one as this they consider this to be commercially sensitive information) and BB have developed a method of linking in to trade through them, through their own sophisticated software.
Our panels represent advertising space (not one specific site or advertising panel, but many over the period that the panel is active, and the progress bar represents the frequency of hits from visitors to your space, where ever it may be, at the time that you are "renting" it. Through our purchase of panels this brings a lot more business through that exchange so they benefit, we benefit by being part of something that would be miles out of our league, and BB benefits by also being a small player taking part in the big league, and building a massive list at the same time - which will take them (us) to another level. That is when the advertising and publishing elements will take off. In the mean time they are working on a software bridge to link in with one of the other big (even bigger apparently) networks.
In the blind network, which is billions of ad spaces, adverts are flipped around at regular intervals (measure in minutes or even seconds), changed for the same website when someone else visits depending on geography and demographic etc, therfore the chance of you finding your particular advert in that is slim - it might happen, but the odds are against you.
You may have heard that there is an association with Clicksor, because when this forum had ads on it they were generally served by Clicksor - I believe that this was a side issue to control the adverts on here so that people could see their own banners. I think Clicksor, who probably not co-incidentally are based near BB in Canada, are actually a display agency publishing independently and were used to ensure that people on here could see their own banners - but that is just my take on it - as I don't think that they are the "big player" on the adExchange that David Hooker referred to.
In short you will never be able to prove that this is what they do, unless you arrange a visit to Canada. But we often have to take things on trust to some extent, say you go to your Pension Provider and want to do "ethical investing". We are told roughly what will happen to our money, but you can never prove that this is what is actually happening, you take it on trust - (probably culminating in great disappointment when you review your annual statement ten years later!) But you have to understand that this is possible, that despite the protestations of some this system is out there, it is the way the world of internet is run and that this is how it is possible for BB to generate such good returns. The details are commercially sensitive as the system is potentially duplicable and BB want to be well ahead of the pack when they figure it out

This is all you need to see in operation on your Canada visit Finch - both ends of this incredible piece of sophisticated software in action, and how it links to the panels seen in dashboards.

Great excuse for saying nothing. Its the algorithm (engine) that's the secret formula isn't it, not how the business is done.

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
From an affiliates website. Still promising twice ya money, I see....
In simple terms Banners Broker works on the basis of what is known as geometric progression. The best analogy is in cell reproduction where a developing cell creates two and those two go on to create four, etc.
People sometimes get a little amazed that in Banners Broker you will get a return of twice what you paid out. If you are in business and you buy in an item at, say, l£10, you would expect a cost/sale ratio of at least 2. That means you would retail that out at for a gross return at least £20. Some retailers use a ratio of 1:2.3 or 2.5. So getting a return of twice your purchase price is well within normal business practice. That also means that if you purchase rental space and get a return of twice what you paid it would be very logical to go and buy two more rental spaces for each to get a similar return, then continue on that basis to build a very large business. That is essentially the way a Banners Broker account evolves.

I just thought of something and wanted to run it by any attorney who might be reading this thread. The talk of late from BB is that they are going to go after all the bloggers, forums, etc, etc that is bad-mouthing BB and shut them down.
Well, since BB has now changed their name to Stellar Point and all the comments are about BB, would this negate their being able to stop any one talking about BB? Now I know they are just bluffing about suing anypone, but did they just shoot themselves in the foot?

All (super)granny's do is spend their days googling themselves, especially when you are raking in the zillions of dollars that high up the liners do because they don't have to work. That's probably how. Not. I. am. fibbing. Realscam probably "required reading" these days...

I'm not a lawyer, but that is a very good point. IMHO they could argue that they do have the right, since they are the same company, just with a name change. Of course that would mean they'd have to explain to their affiliates that the stories they'd been fed about a "new" company being hired to look after their accounts, as an excuse for all the slow/non payouts and poor customer service, would be negated.
In the real world such an admission would have a massive detrimental affect on both the public perception and value of the company. BB, on the other hand, would probably just brush off such a major and obvious deceit, citing it as necessary due to the actions of the "bloggers and realscum.com" and the faithful would simply accept that.

Difficulty is which country and jurisdiction is all of this taking place? Who and what "owns" anything? Do they even know?
Strikes me that BB has evolved over recent months in response to all the little/medium/big holes we have picked in their "business" framework and practices. Hence the changing goalposts which I now recognise is part of the evolution of the "ponzi" as it goes along.
Posting anything about how they could resolve any possible legal problem may allow them to block any loopholes we identify.

That sounds like a death threat to me.
Do I need to worry? Is she going to send a hit-man to hunt us all down & see us, off one by one?
Who'd have thought the first potential death threat would come from a little old lady (LOL)?
Do Chris & Raj approve of Banners Broker affiliates making death threats?
Do we have a team of highly paid lawyers?
If we do we need to get them on the case, making death threats is illegal (probably)
