Previously it only showed up under a fast track court of Mapusa.
The case status is showing as Pending, then in brackets "ADMITTED".
Maybe I'm adding 1+1 and getting 1,000, but that looks to me as if she's ADMITTED the charges.
Look for yourself at
The District and Subordinate Judiciary of North Goa
You want case status/party name in the menu on the left.
Maybe it means the case was 'admitted' into the court schedule?

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Hi there.
I became aware of this whole Ponzi Scheme when my girlfriend let me know that her mom had been contacted by an old friend and he was enthusiastic about getting her to invest in online advertising so she could make a load of money, just like he had. So that immediately set off alarm bells, but I didn't know the name of the company until recently, so it was too late to convince her that this was a terrible idea. So yeah, she's already scanned in her passport and "invested" over a grand. So I'm just wondering if there's somewhere I can read all the important things you guys have figured out, like how it actually works, so I can be a bit more convincing. Also, if you know of any way for her to get her money back safely. I realise the last part is a long shot, but hey.

Gosh, don't the Bbers making comments on the Mirror article show themselves up. Obviously, nobody has warned them that they are in real danger of libellous behaviour. That's a bit silly, really more than silly.

I love the bit about us manipulating the newspaper, amazing the power we have. The whole fourth estate must be quaking in its collective boots every time we log on to RS

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Manipulating newspapers lol. We can give a heads up, or a tip to a reporter. But reporters will then go on and do their own investigations. But gathering a bunch of gullible old people in a rented hotel room, and flash mobbing them into parting with their hard earned money. Now that is manipulation.

Yup, why would we manipulate reporters for no monetary gain.
The things they say never make sense.

Good headline :-)
Whilst I agree the article is a bit evasive and light in terms of investigation into Banners Broker it is still accurate and true!

No idea, last I spoke to them was before Christmas. I was surprised to see it today as they didn't tell me they were publishing yet. I hope they do as I think there are a lot of people affected.

There have been a number of comments previously about the likeness of the two. Some even thought they were the same person.
