I think any prediction on that point is a little risky. I would imagine that unless they think they are about to be raided by some (?) authority, as long as there is still a dollar to be made the principals will keep it going as long as possible. If they continue trickling payments out and the new guy Hooker can drive a lot of new members to sign up, it could go on for a very long time. Years, not months.
I will say the long holiday vacation excuse is a new one. Though, I guess all the others just never made it to that week. lol.
They (banners scammers) learned from Ad Surf Daily when the scammers were abusing the internal selling of 'ad packs' so they could get out with money before the collapse.
When someone has a lead on an address let me know - Manchester is just around the corner for me.

Don't hold your breath....An address to find them is not part of the exit stratergy.....This one is over and you may find that the 2 weeks break is just enough time for admin and the bigger players in this one to vanish...
Last one to leave don't forget to turn off the lights.....
I see the active one lurking in the shadows, come out and tells us all about your "extensive due diligence", Roger
That involved checking the moneymakergroup and talkgold hyip ponzi forums and looking for "I got paid" posts...
Once such posts were found, Due Dilligence was complete and BB was deemed as a great "investment"....
Did Ian Driscoll walk or was he sacked? Also does he still have a BB account?
I cannot believe he would willingly leave this 'business'. More particularly if he is going off to 'pursue other business opportunities' surely he would be contacting his downline to get involved?
Anyone know the answers, although I suspect we will never know the real truth!

I would say Banners Broker definitely qualifies as a 'trading scheme'. The maximum amount you are allowed to put in is £200.
I have some other comments and will quote direct later as am on phone and heading to a client in a moment.
I suspect that theonly way it would apply is if UK members' contracts were with Driscoll's firm, however (and someone who has been a member can set the record straight) my understanding is that they are ultimately with the brass plate company in Belize, which is probably outwith the scope of the regulations.
