BB WILL TAKE ACTION ON ALL PEOPLE SAYING THINGS THAT ARE NOT TRUE INC BLOGS AND VIDEO'S ,NEWS CHANNELS AND RADIO,
Um, Mr Smith. You say you are going to take action against "all people saying things that are not true" (as reported).
Well, there are people who your company owes money to, which means you are a debtor, that you have a debt. Those people who have been denied refunds and/or had accounts taken away from them.
Call me picky, but it seems that you are not telling the truth.

8 million panels... 8 million panels...
As far as I know (feel free to correct me) it's not an automated system for panels to be updated. Which is (probably) why people moan and groan that they have taken forever to change/cap/whatever.
Allegedly, it's 1 person doing this.... 8 million panels....
Not the best job in the world to have then. If it's you, and you're reading this, you have my utmost sympathy - sheesh!!

The Garda need to arrest these criminals Chris Smith & Raj Dixit (for starters) before they leave the country.

Have you ever heard from a company owner saying - We are cash rich company???...or from a person - I am very honest guy - in fact if someone would be telling me how honest he/she is,I would run from this person milles away and would seriously avoid any action with him/her where this honesty should be proved

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Some interesting stuff, particularly that coming out of Ireland. One key thing still seems to be this lack of advertisers.
To massively improve credibility why don't Banners Broker approach their top five advertisers and ask them for testimonials. Even if only a couple of them agreed this would work. It is just common sense and business practice.
(Rhetorical to the general members here, asking the pro BB'ers)

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
If this was a legitimate business, you would be able to pay and withdraw using all the normal mainstream methods, credit card, bank transfer, paypal etc.
The only online "investment opportunities" that dont use them, are the ones that know they will fail eventually, so why use a method that has some customer protection.
Only scam companies only use Payza and stp etc

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
How was this sheik allegedly allowed to put in $120k. My understanding was that you were limited by the black panel and this 'business' was not geared for large investors.
I have just been watching Dragons Den and I was thinking would any of these guys invest in Banners Broker. Surely they would with those kinds of returns? #sarcasm

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
I was thinking the same as I was watching the den phil. lol smith would have them in stitches!! I think nearly everybody who is in bb knows that it is a ponzi by now. The revelations of the last couple of weeks have ensured that. But even now the victims are afraid to speak out about it. And bb compare themselves to google?? lol. If the things that were said in the newspapers this week, were said about google, They would be in the high court today!!! But the newspapers were speaking the truth. So dont expect bb to be taking the Sunday World to the high court any time soon. But they might be up as the accused before too long.

Trading Standards Officers or the ASA can refer persistent offenders to the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) for action under the Control of Misleading Advertisements Regulations 1988.
For example, on 21 May 1999, the High Court issued an interim order stopping Simon Stepsys, trading as Win-Star Direct of Nantwich, from advertising homeworking schemes containing false promises of earnings.
He had previously given voluntary undertakings to the Director General of Fair Trading that he would stop the publication and dissemination of misleading advertisements.
Before that, a complaint against him had been upheld by the ASA and the Cheshire Trading Standards Department had investigated him.

So...why are you losing most of your precious time on this forum and talking about BB instead of thinking at your job?
Any REAL reason?
I surely don't waste my time in something I don't believe...
Ah...yes...you want to save people...you are the saints...
So why don't you go on the streets and catch all the criminals out there?
It would be better....
For someone who "detests assumptions" as you have now explained to us, here you are making "assumptions" about what we do or don't do offline. How do you know that we "don't go on the streets and catch all the criminals out there?"
You see we use a blind network to do our catching of all the criminals out there. That's why you don't hear about us or read about us doing it.
Glad I could clear this up for you.

One of the hardest aspects to understand about large online ponzi schemes is what I can only describe as a "cult like behavior" pattern. Think about the people who are basically honest and forthright but are introduced to something like Banners Brokers from a personal friend or from someone who goes to the same church as they do. We let our guard down when we're in comfortable, familiar surroundings and among friends and family. And it's the nature of ponzi schemes to deliver on their amazing promises until the money slows down. Take those two things together and you have a veritable army of kind hearted people who have been operant conditioned into thinking BB is mana from heaven and the best thing that's ever happened not only to them but to everyone they've shared it with.
Up until late last summer Zeek Rewards was the reigning champion of internet ponzi schemes but even after the company owner signed over the company, all it's assets and pert near all the money he had rather than fight what the American Securities and Exchange Commission alleged about the program there is still an active body of affiliates donating even more of their money in a hopeless and misguided effort to get Zeek Rewards reopened. Who are they donating money to? Some of the most prolific promoters in the company and it almost brings me to the brink of despair how willing these people are to swallow each and every lie those promoters tell them.
I hate to say it but hope is a two edged sword and some of the most contemptible people I know are those able to wield hope as a weapon against their victims. I can't think of a better reason for websites for this one to exist than that.
So your prophets of finance have fallen on their collective proverbial face, and you hear muffled voices calling: Welcome to the human race.
You made a killing dealing real estate at NASA selling cemetery plots in outer space til some falling coffins crashed upon your doorstep: Welcome to the human race.
Open up your heart...
Welcome to

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Hi. I'm new here but been following this thread with interest for a while as part of my due diligence for potentially investing in BB. After looking at all the info for and against, I'm probably about 90% certain that I won't be investing. The only thing that isn't making it 100% is that I personally know the person who would be my sponsor / referrer and he swears by it as a legitimate business and has drawn down thousands of pounds in the year he has been in the scheme (that's drawn down hard cash into his bank account, not just the "value" of panels on his account.). However, searching the web, he appears to be quite tight with UK leader - Ian Driscol so it's hard to decide if he has been drawn into it as any other punter and really does see it as a legitimate business who happens to have got into it at the right time, or if he is just a very accomplished scammer...which knowing him, I really find hard to believe. I think the 90% is going to win this battle at the moment.
On a seperate matter, if BB is such an obvious scam, why aren't the UK authorities all over Ian Driscol?

Iain,
with claims that Banners Broker use Clicksor you would expect some correlation of the Alexa statistics, wouldn't you?
Banners Broker's most traffic is from Russia (23.5%)
The Russian traffic for Clicksor is only 0.6%
Does anything about this smell bad?

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
DevaEboracum. Have you actually seen the money he has supposed to have withdrawn? They are in the habit of making ridiculouse claims. Here in Ireland, 1 guy said on radio that he made 74thousand in a couple of months. He revealed his identity on air. And low and behold the next day the bosses were denying that he had made that money at all. Im sure the tax man is looking into it. As for the UK authorities, I dont know. But I would be surprised if some investigations are not going on. Here in Ireland there are certainly a few investigations going on into this ponzi..

There are so many scams and ponzi's out there and the authorities only have so much resources. They do what they can with what they have available.
