Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Re this from Mr Stern:-
He stated that it is part of his duties to ensure the payment situation is resolved so that affiliates are getting paid on time. He actually had it included in his contract that if affiliates didn't get paid then HE doesn't get paid either. It meant that when he stood in front of us and said something like ''trust me, I know what it feels like when you are not getting paid and what a pain in the butt it is'' it was not just 'lip service'. He is in it with us.
He gave us a little insight into the fact that he had to change his home phone number, was having his home watched, receiving pestering phone calls all hours of the day and night, having his children photographed and a number of other things, all as a result of trying to fix things on the s**m forums. He mentioned he is moving house this week but I am not sure whether this is also a forced move related to the problem.
My response is: We only have his word for that. He may indeed be telling the truth.........but how on earth does anyone know? Anyone seen his contract for a start?
Words are very cheap and easy, aren't they?

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Ah, "The Guardianuno" over at MMG, has this to say:-
Seems the Terry Stern arse kiss write up came from someone on Skype called Lillian.
Lillian of Lillian and Dilip ?
Who are long timers in BB, they started with Lieven, then fell under Kul Josun's wing, when the Kul situation happened they got in with Raj and Chris. Their role since end of last year is to handle the AdCo (account management) system and training around the world before Stellarpoint claimed sole rights on account management. Despite the fact they have crashed peoples accounts in Ireland and then ignore said people. Banners Broker have allowed them to ruin peoples accounts who are in the current AdCo system and protected them to this very day.
As I said Mark, I have some awful tales from the AdCo system and their methods, buying blacks and reds when accounts need lower colors (tying funds up for longer), overbuying traffic, not responding to emails and tickets, not doing liquidations for people and spending all the funds so they cannot do it themselves. Ask any of your guys to check their campaigns if they are having their accounts managed. Every single one I've seen doesn't have a single campaign done in the past 5 months ...
What does this mean ?
The BBI/Stellarpoint AdCo system has done ZERO advertising in the those account since the AdCo system was created, which means they are managing money ... financial regulations ? This also breaks the terms and conditions of the AdCo contract as no advertising means they have not done their contracted job of always having a running advertising campaign in every single account that is in the AdCo system, which you're paying them for !
Make of it what you will, but another poster says:-
I totally agree with the majority of what you have posted here. From time to time I pass along anything I get from our group that seems worthwhile. To be clear, I am NOT a Stern or BB defender.
Regarding managed accounts, our group used to do them and we did VERY WELL until BB decided to stop them. That speaks for itself.
Some of our group then went on to use AdCo and ALL are disappointed with the results--or lack thereof.
Make of it what you will

The Sterns quote reminds me of what you would hear at a car dealership, as if they will have to shut down at the price you are asking. Who falls for this junk? And more to the point there are literally TRILLIONS of dollars that circle the globe every day with a mouse click. It is not as if this is some new technology. In my mind there can only be one valid explanation for delayed payments NO CASH TO PAY. Any time I have been stiffed on money that was owed me I got a million excuses, but it always came down to one thing.

What would be any logical reason behind him or Stellar Point to insist on that term ?
I can understand if he insisted that he is always paid (no matter if others are not) as a term of his contract, but the opposite seems just dumb.

LOL I know it's 'cos he is a lying SOB! and it ain't true. If that was the case so far he wouldn't have been paid a bean so far.
Or does he get paid if only one affiliate gets paid, or one hundred get paid or one hundred thousand get paid or all of 'em
What would be the number?
Would love to see this "contract".
Come to think of it do scammers & lying scumbags have contracts of employment? Somehow i doubt it.

Stupid as it may appear to be, it keeps the members happily thinking Terry is one of them and on their side.
Goodness knows, with the state of payments as they are, members will cling on to anything which gives them even a glimmer of hope.

After all the years I have been around these scams it is still amazing to me how mesmerized the numbers on a screen/phoney/monopoly money will draw people
to donate money time and again to the different scams. Some people will donate to the same admin time after time after time. Once or even twice is more than enough to teach a reasonable person. Just my opinion.

People believe because they WANT to believe
They WANT to believe there is such a thing as a "passive income"
They WANT to believe they are not condemned to a life of 9 to 5 and drudgery.
They WANT to believe "positive thinking" will override logic.
They WANT to believe it's as easy as Robert Kiyosaki / Tony Robbins / Donald Trump et al make out.
They WANT to believe it's possible to turn $80 into a million dollars like REALSCAM.com member Fendaril says in THIS POST
They WANT to believe there's a widow of a recently deceased Nigerian diplomat who wants to share $12 billion with them.
Fraudsters unashamedly play on peoples "hopes" and "desires" and recognize that for many people "logic" has very little to do with it.

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
The big shindig in the UK may have blown up in their faces if what theguardianuno had to say is true at MMG, and I quote:
3 more big players reported in today about this weekend -
A waste of time, wouldn't have traveled by plane if I knew it was going to be like that (others only had to drive a few hours but felt the same)
Organization was a joke from the managers and people running the event
All icing no cake
Food was horrible (2 mentioned this)
Lots of negativity and concerns in private between people (new rules, 2.9, slow downs, liquidations, restrictions ect)
All in all, they just cannot be bothered anymore promoting the business, they feel this weekend has hurt them more than anything with people who aren't drunk on BB. Seeing how slimy and just amateur the whole management is and avoided questions and gave very thin surface reasons to keep people happy on the big issues. This event and 2.9 additional slow downs have hurt them badly.
I also don't think they were that successful at getting new people signed up either from some comments on other forums. Kiss this one bye in a few more months.

Exactly.
I learned a long time ago, what "I" believe is irrelevant.
People DO believe positive thinking will get them through.
People DO believe it's possible to double their money overnight on a regular basis.
People DO believe a ROI of 1% a day is possible.
People DO believe what shills and pimps tell them.
In fact, HYIP ponzi fraudsters are the only people who DON'T label people as naive, greedy, stupid or saying victims deserve to be ripped off. (at least in public)
They are quite prepared to leave that up to internet trolls who seem to get great delight in blaming the victims of these things.
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing

Certainly sounds like the criminals behind Banners Broker were completely incapable of whipping up the sort of frenzy of the type AdSurf Daily, P.I.P.S. and 12Daily Pro did just before their demise.
