Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Hi Google,
Thank you for taking time in replying to me.
If you read the front page on my blog at Jason Clark Investigates you'll get a small back story of my involvement with posting critically on a suspected Ponzi scheme called Banners Broker. Who claim to be 'just like Google'.
I have been targetted by shills who are trying to besmirch my good name by posting these claims up.
o I am not a scammer.
o I have not stolen anyone's laptop - you can check my criminal record.
o I have never swapped a laptop for another one whilst repairing one.
o You can see they're trying to implement SEO for my name and general location.
o They state that I am messing with the wrong people and they're coming to get me.
This is hurting my reputation as a computer engineer; and has already lost me in estimation of around £3000
I hope this clears things up.
Jason Clark

If you don't "lock" the panel, the sales credit doesn't happen until the panel caps. Again, the longer it is taking to go through the system, the longer the upline is having to wait. Wouldn't surprise me to find out that downlines are now being pressured to do this regularly.
Why are they needed if real people are seeing the ads in the real world?
And all the more reason not to lock anything and pressure the upline to get **** moving. Make them work for those fake bucks.

I love it. I hope they do many, many, many more before this implodes or law enforcement shuts it down. Makes it easier for law enforcement to do their job finding them.

Raj Enquired about it, their product was penney bid auctions, zeek or its members promoted it as an investment, sold investments, earned money by profit sharing by points which you can turn into cash. U.S. Security shut it down because they weren’t licensed as an investment company.CEO had to step down, can all be read about online.
Is BB similar?? Absolutely not! BB is not an investment, you do not put in money and then do nothing. You have to be active, you have to get your panels active, advertising is constantly active.
Effective this morning, zero tolerance if you promote bb as an investment, you will be terminated..!! Your site will be locked down!! You change your website and then contact bb to get your site active again..If your promoting bb with a management company, shut it down..
BB is an amazing opportunity, do not throw it away.We do not want government reps contacting us about investment queries.
Chris is making tabs to report website promoting bb as investments. BB will then lock it.
We need to make sure bb is being promoted in the right way. Affiliates need to comply with this as we grow.
BB is not officially opened in the U.S., no public info sessions. We do have teams where private and info sessions.
I.D’s are still needed; business licence is needed if you are corporate.
Panels: Panels are fine, had to take down live sales engine for programming. New admin tools and tweaking but the panels are still moving, just not live. It will not affect the panel completion time. There is nothing wrong.
You will see an update when it is live.
9am eastern time, site down for 3 hours today.
Managing accounts must be done by stopped by Sept 1st. Anyone done so will be violating bb. You cannot charge money for managing accounts. You can assist family member, help your team. Don’t log in and do the work for them. Cannot manage their accounts even for free. Can help your team but not manage them. Zero tolerance! Why? It’s perceived then as an investment, like zeek.
Sept 15th.bb will no longer offer corporate sales..No longer want to continue, its good for bb short term, but not long term..Again it portrays BB as an investment.
Payouts have gone out..Payza and stp are every 2 weeks..BB cards are goin out on time..
Great find. Raj needs to look up the definition of the word "invesstment." No matter how he, or anyone else at BB, tries to spin this, people are "investing."
Hopefully the India case will be a test of his theory. I just hope that BB does not buy their way out of these charges. But since they "supposedly fired" the rogue employee, I wonder how they would still be able to defend themselves in this case unless BB was charged too.

Been out of the loop for a few days, all sorts of stuff going on with BB! My snoops have come up with a couple of things...
I don't think this has been posted here yet. This is how a handfull of BB faithful intend to drive their organic traffic -

Perhaps if everyone clicks each link on that page 10 times, they'll think its working!

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Some of you by now will have read the last blog on Banners Broker
There is a story about Arijit Chaudhury and how BB has helped his life. It would appear that this is him - photo's are extremely similar, background in commerce, and two BB pages 'liked':
http://www.facebook.com/arijit.chaudhury.9
Arijit-Chaudhury.jpg
Arijit has had his comments replicated on here before, as a contributor to several BB pages like these:
[11:26:19 AM] Allan... | Facebook
[12:40:32 PM] Allan... | Facebook
No mention of life saving surgery on his or his wifes page, although that doesn't mean it didn't happen.
This particular Arijit Chaudhury has a history of get rich quick programs, as per his Twitter feed (not used in a long while):
https://twitter.com/arijit2007
Arijit-Twitter.jpg
Can anyone read Indian? What does the newspaper article on the BB blog say? (NB the photo in the clipping is of two doctors, not Arijit).

There was a post on that Mirror article pointing to a German forum. Nice to see there are people standing up to the pimps over there too. They all sound the same, regardless of the language!
You'll need to use the Google Translate tool on this site - Ist BannersBroker eine Schneeballsystem? - ant marketing
If you've not used Translate before, just go to the Google search page, select the 'More' menu and select 'Translate'. Then just paste in the URL, it will detect the language and display the page in english for you.
Here's the start of it...

Hands up who'd like to see what a StellarPoint letterhead looks like?
Looks created by the arty Ms. Farquharson in her Church St. condo-cum-studio, one might suppose. (Loving her new shoes.)
Only, thwarted BB publisher Phil Smy has received one of them; it bears a spurious 'Policy and Procedure Violation' complaint from their Department of International Contrivance Compliance.
Go gander, gang: BannersBroker - the plot thickens (or the waters muddied?!). StellarPoint?? | philsmy.com

I'll bet "shocked" is an understatement.
He must have been slightly interested then....

Correct, it's not an investment, except in the legal definition of the word. Otherwise it's just a game of Monopoly for the hard of thinking.
Effective this morning, zero tolerance if you promote bb as an investment, you will be terminated..!! Your site will be locked down!! You change your website and then contact bb to get your site active again..If your promoting bb with a management company, shut it down..

In what way would one be "throwing it away", I mean if it's all legal and above board what difference does it make if the "government reps" make contact? All that would be necessary would be to explain to them how BB works. I mean, it convinced the police in India....
We need to make sure bb is being promoted in the right way. Affiliates need to comply with this as we grow.
BB is not officially opened in the U.S., no public info sessions.
We do have teams where private and info sessions.
Because we saw what happened to Zeek and we don't like American prisons.

Not registered in Belize any more, now registered on the IOM. David Tree is on video boasting that they have a plan in place to keep moving the registered office (Dubai next according to Tree) to stay ahead of the authorities. Sounds legit, doesn't it? Jason, you're right they were there for the reason you gave, and so was the blanket. I especially loved the part where she was reading about it not being an investment, not a pyramid scheme and definitely not a Ponzi. As if she would know what a Ponzi is, let alone a pyramid scheme. The listing of the people's ages was a nice touch to convey this is for Seniors. Whoever signed her up should be shot. Wonder if it was our friend Iain?

RE the traffic packs
Theseus has posted something about how BB works (or used to work). I'll try and recap, but I am likely to get this wrong as I (hands up) really am unable to grasp this fully.
BB supply you with space on websites owned by BB which already has traffic going to them. You then buy a traffic pack to drive more to the ad(s) on the websites. Now correct me if I am wrong, but isn't sending/generating/buying traffic for websites (especially to your own) not above board?
But wait! We are also told, remember, that the ad is placed on a blind network so no-one (allegedly) knows where it is sited. It is also able to be moved around regularly - is that on the same site or just in the network? A site or network that BB own?
How the heck can you direct traffic to an ad that nobody knows where it is regularly enough for the panel to complete in a network that is blind?? And for it to earn enough revenue to double your money. It's like pinning an imaginary tail on an imaginary donkey...
You all got that? Nope, me neither. No doubt I will be accused of "not understanding the business". Well if I can't understand how the h*ll are people who are NOT internet savvy going to.
Back to the locking of panels:
So when your upline wants you to lock your panel when you set it off, you are giving them the "commission" (paying them with traffic, whatever you want to call it) before you earn a cent. The only way I can understand this is it's a bit like paying the bill in the restaurant BEFORE you've eaten a thing.
The trouble is, Whip, that if you start pushing the uplines, then you will be seen as being negative and putting the company in a bad light and they'll take your account away, just like a surly waiter taking your food away from you whilst you are eating it in a restaurant. Fake bucks or not, nobody will be willing to jeopardise their accounts.

Have you also noticed that, without fail, they have always "looked into Banners Broker and rejected it" then gone back for a second look and "realised they were wrong and it wasn't a scam after all"?
She mentions a lot of quite elderly people, so it's no real surprise to see the "MS" for "Mark Stokes", in the top corner.
