Banners Broker collapses - along comes a new scam - Beepxtra

Rant alert. Slightly off topic but related.

No secret How I feel about NWM "opportunities". It's not rocket science, as there is a pattern when you know what to look for. This morning I was recollecting about a scam I followed called "The Customer Advantage" run by a serial Networker and self proclaimed expert. Lol. It was like groupon and "free to join and always will be", BUT THEN they brought in "founders positions" for a price. I knew the thing was bogus from day one, I tried to warn others as usual, and of course this company is GONE now. Anyway, Beepxtra is now the new "free" opportunity trying to take over Flexkom. I've posted before about free not being free and I knew this would come eventually. It always does especially when you run with a crowd of serial scammers like the ones in banners broker, flexkom, and now beepxtra to name a few. I did some digging this morning and well, what do you know......

    Beepxtra...THE MEMBERS PROFIT SHARE PROGRAM!!!!

A limited number of shares and a very special opportunity. £600 upfront and £100 a month for 30 months.
    Blah..blah..blah

Another very sophisticated (they have to be to be convincing) and if you can suffer through this video you will see why. Skip to 13:44 to learn about the profit sharing offered.

Video presented by non other than former banners broker and Flexkom pimp Lyndon Farrington.

Re: FlexKom - legitimate MLM or scam ??

They are only 'free' to harvest people's information so they can suck them in to future scams when the current one goes belly up. Uninformed people are sometimes leery to part with cash right off the bat for something the know nothing about - especially if there are known scammers promoting it and are exposed for what they are on websites

Re: Banners Broker collapses - along comes a new scam - Beepxtra

I guess in light of their new money taking I mean profit sharing option, beepxtra finally earned its own thread. That first post of mine was originally over on the Flexkom thread which is another loyalty card app opportunity that has scammed thousands of people. Mentioned above, many former banners broker and flexkom pimps have jumped ship and moved on to beepxtra notably Brian McGinty, Russell Longcore, and Lyndon Farrington. Check out this guy Bill Toth, another former flexkom now beepxtra pimp, posting his war of words on Facebook. Also, the ploy seems to be that Flexkom was a scam but we're not and it's free. Well "free" but...

I received the following additional information on BeepXtra via email:
Information about the price of the Cards and tablets can be found on beepmarket.com also beepstores.com is the online directory for all the affiliated businesses.
BeepXtra no longer mentions Karatbars and the full board of directors is now available there.
    1000 cards for $100 or 5000 cards for $500, and tablets are $230 to $395 + $250 “integration fee”.
Board of Directors is listed as:
    -Lyndon Farington (Managing Director)
    -Angelos Hadjiphilippou (IT Director) and
    -Michael Wilstrop (Commercial Director)
The Karatbars stuff is gone, not sure what was going on there.
    Additional information:
20% of 60% is 12% of the 2.75% transaction charge. The business owner receives 12% commissions back each time they give a cash back and pay the 2.75% charge.
The person who signed up the business also receives 12% of the 2.75% charge.

Especially when they are already paying that, at a minimum, to the credit card processor. AmEx use is usually higher by almost a point.

So who monitors those 300 shares available for sale? As an investor, I'd want to know all the details. Where's the money being held, how many shares do the founders have, etc.. Are these certificates of shares notarized and by whom? What account is the money held in? I assume these are valid questions even with a private company but I don't know the laws. Anyone like to add some info who knows?

P.s. I don't for one minute think these are anything more than "virtual" shares, but the believers should be asking these questions I think.

For the genuine believers who are new to NWM and considering Beepxtra. Think about the old saying, "The company you keep".

Bill Toth, former flexkom rep now beepxtra, referenced above in the spat with the Flexkom fellow, is now posting on facebook about bbemail aka iqkonnect. See link here: http://www.realscam.com/f9/iqkonnect...man-scam-3175/

My point to those who think beepxtra is legit. You're putting faith in people who have promoted scams before and continue to do so. Is this who you trust with your money and time?

Re: Banners Broker collapses - along comes a new scam - Beepxtra

See if you can find the humor in this blog which should instill some confidence in Beepxtra investors, NOT.

BeepXtra : Beep Xtra and Karatbars
    Beep Xtra and Karatbars
    My Blog update:

Hello its been a few months since I lasted posted on this website, partially due to other committment's that have taken me away from my online activites and also due to there being an uncertainty about some of the programs that I had been taking part in and had been blogging about.

Over the course of the last year I have looked at a number of programs and unfortunately some of these programs have fallen by the wayside or were simply not what they claimed to be.

Bannersbroker has had problems for most of the last year, panels not capping quickly enough, changes in site and traffic packs and payments not being made to affiliates. Some of its affiliates have decided to call it a day and have simply walked away and their accounts will have or will be running into the negative through lack of management and this simply compounds their individual losses.
My Bannersbroker account however has been managed and its grown reasonably well over the last 6 months so I'm now at a point where I could take a reasonable monthly income out. Hopefully with the launch of V3 imminent and the promise of a new payment processor coming on board I should start to see some of that money. I will update you in the next few days about Bannersbroker.

I started with BankonTraffic as it promised to be Bannersbroker without the problems that were besetting BB. It started of well with some really good growth panels completing quicker than BB. However this was short lived and now growth is almost non existent. Its painfully slow. So it was one to miss.

Rippln was promoted to me as being free and that's how I promoted it to others, but once it launched and it became evident that there was a monthly subscription needed I decided it wasn't for me and my downline.
Having said that it appears that it seems to be going well and I wish them all the best,It just wasn't to be for me.

Hourlyrevshare went into total melt down and the program is still struggling to make good its promise to pay back all initial monies to members who didnt take a penny out of the program. It really was too good to be true.

You may think that given my experience with the above programs that I wouldn't still be looking to make money online but like I've said before You should only put in what you can afford to lose and I havn't lost that much.

I believe that we learn from our mistakes and we make better decisions as a result and we look at things differently but I'm not giving up on internet marketing, just taking more time looking at programs first.

I will be back blogging on a regular basis with some of the most exciting opportunities that are currently available on and off line and I will continue to support my team with their endeavours online as well.

I'm excited to be involved in a completely free opportunity *that everyone everywhere should be involved in and thats Beep Xtra and their partner company Karatbars. Please follow my blogs to keep up to date with both these programs and if you decide to join me in one or both these programs I will be here to help.

    All the best.

Educate yourself with whom you are associating and plan to do business with. Think before involving your friends and family and introducing them to folks that run with Ponzi players. Beepxtra is no different.

Beepxtra is NOT free if you spend any money on cards, tools, devices, rallies, and shares!!! Don't forget about your time too.

Another internet marketer that "thinks" or "claims to think" he has money available for withdrawal from Banners Broker. In any business an account receivable that has aged 18 months is almost never collectable at face value, if at all! The notion that he has "not lost much" seems a bit of a canard. Time, credibility, and a chance to earn real money all lost forever.

Everything else listed: BankonTraffic, Rippln, Hourlyrevshare have proven to be failed Ponzi/Pyramid recruiting schemes. Which makes me wonder if he is learning from his mistakes and what metric he is using to evaluate Beepxtra?

I certainly want to earn passive residual income with no cash outlay on my part, who doesn't? Potential affiliates would be wise to ask if that is reality? Or are they being set up for yet one more too good to be true confidence game? Do they know any business owners in any industry that have no skill and without money were able to "build a team" and just sit back and cash checks?

All I see with these "internet marketers" is a group of folks that want to build a downlie and hope that someone else goes out and places this overpriced garbage with merchants. Problem is, that is all anyone wants to do, hence 50,000 members and 11 merchants.

In reality, a distributor would be placing terminals in so many businesses that they need to HIRE someone else to help them service the accounts. Maybe if they meet someone with a lot of skill they bring them on as a partner. I don't see my plumber, insurance agent, attorney, mechanic, or grocer taking to U-Tube or Twitter inviting the world to partner with them.

Re: Banners Broker collapses - along comes a new scam - Beepxtra

I would say yes to unregistered securities, but what else is new for these folks? They really need to take a page from Bre-X and at least make the story sound plausible.

One thing that jumped out in the valuation blurb is the notion of an average bill of 100 Pounds. I can't think of that many merchants other than food/provisions where I spend 100 a toss on a regular basis. The warehouse and the grocery where I and suspect many others spend the most have their own rewards and coupon programs. What is left, pizza, the roller rink, and the tattoo shop?

    Then this...

BeepXtra has 94 US-based merchant vendors interested in or currently using the BeepXtra payment system.

With a purported 37,000 members, that equates to roughly 2368 US-based BeepXtra affiliates.

Am I reading it correctly that 2368 affiliates were only able to sort of close 94 merchants? Maybe I am just overly sunny, would think that one or two top salespeople could close that if there was really a need and demand.

Is Russell Longcore American? Wonder what he has to say about unregistered securities? He felt so bad about Flexkom duping him, surely he will investigate the legalities of this as he wouldn't want to again lead his team down another wrong road, I should think.

Patrick Pretty (Internet crime reporter PatrickPretty.com: Ponzi Schemes. Securities fraud. HYIP Schemes. Pyramid Schemes. Investment Fraud. Internet Crime.)
made an interesting post in behindmlm's comment section:BeepXtra offering affiliates shares. Unregistered securities?

    PPBlog
    June 19th, 2014 at 11:02 pm (Q)
    "Hello Oz,
BeepXtra is similar in some respects to WCM777, what with the reference to “shares” and the asserted BVI venue.
One of the earliest “programs” I remember that used the “share” story (or language about IPOs or pre-IPOs) was known as Bossteam, which operated in Canada via Hong Kong and became the subject of an action by the British Columbia Securities Commission in 2012.
BeepXtra also sounds similar to CKB and CKB168, which encountered regulatory action by the U.S. SEC.
One wonders if the next step will be claims by BeepXtra and/or its affiliates that it is registered (or soon will become registered) with the SEC.
If so, that would channel Fleet Mutual Wealth Limited (Mutual Wealth), which the SEC said made false claims about being “registered” or “duly registered” with the SEC.
Apparently there’s a new page in the fraud playbook in which the scammers file Securities Act Forms D with the SEC that purport to give notice of offerings of securities that are exempt from registration with the Commission under Regulation D of the Securities Act.
“But Mutual Wealth’s offers and sales of securities do not qualify for the exemptions cited in the Forms D or any exemption under from registration under Regulation D of the Securities Act,” the SEC said. “Consequently, the Forms D are invalid and of no legal effect.”

    FlexKom Bribery

How is one owed commissions if there weren't any stores to shop in at the time with Flexkom? Maybe it's all about the recruiting? Have to wonder then about Beepxtra.

Slight correction from post #10 and #20. Bbemaildelivery must be a video link service of sorts and not the name of the company. It links to Bill Toth pimping IQKonnect which is the name of the company.

Not to be confused with THE Alex Rodriguez - steroid king - which is what he is trying to allude to. He didn't thank the other person that liked it also. He got into the beepextra scam too late. Let this be a lesson to those researching. You don't know how far down you are and will never get any money out of it.
