诈欺警告! 威久出 Wiseway Global Education Scam in Beijing, China 作弊者!

Six of my former Gi2C colleagues and myself just yesterday got "New Years Greetings" from Yuri our old boss at Gi2C and he also offered us new jobs for the New Year. He has now decided to swindle both foreigners and Chinese students with a study abroad fraud that is technically legal in China, but nowhere else on Earth. (Because in the contract the buyer waives all his legal rights related to "international matters")

Basically here is his newest scam... He gets Chinese students all excited about studying at Harvard, Yale, and other top 50 schools and "guarantees" to get them in for $30,000 and a "refund policy" that is very cleverly worded. He bought I-20 letters (university acceptance letters) from other students for $1,000 each and claims these are his "happy and satisfied clients" and just like his Gi2c scam, he created fake reviews on line and even went so far as to buy and reactivate the old 2007 business license from Wiseway Education to make it look like he has been in business since 2007, but now he is using the name Wiseway Global which registered their website in 2013! Anyway, the guy is total schemer and now that he was exposed with the Gi2c China internship gig, he has gone for the big bucks - $30,000 a pop. BTW... he also offering foreigners to study in China (easy for anyone to do themselves for free - just contact the international office of any university in China) He is doing the same reverse scam as CUCAS.

Not only is he collecting $30,000 from the Chinese students but $2,000 referral fees from the second tier universities where the Chinese kids end up and they really can't do anything because they are now without money left for lawyers (Families in China will spend their life savings to send their kid to school abroad). I truly regret the day I ever went to work for this guy and I will try to expose him whenever I can. True pond scum IMO. Off course I never shared my real feelings with him and he keeps calling to get me to come back just so he can put more foreign faces on his website which is 80% fabrications.

Anyway, this time we need to warn people in both English and Chinese. At least now maybe we can get the Chinese coppers to shut them down since they still do not have a business license nor registered tax ID no. with the Chinese government. http://www.scam.com/showthread.php?685537

The Ministry of Justice confirms that there are "multiple" complaints filed and pending against Wiseway Global Education but they have no online service to review the complaints. A lawyer named Guo in Haidian District (Beijing) now represents 7 plaintiffs but he could just be one of a dozen lawyers that filed actions demanding refunds. To be fair there are many other study-abroad and job/internship placement companies being sued as well. My personal knowledge is limited to Guo and the ridiculous "guarantee" Wiseway gave to three of my friends. Their self-generated reputation is an obvious fraud and I confirmed this by contacting the Ministry of Education (international department) and they were vehement and angry when they told me that "Wiseway Global Education is NOT a partner nor affiliated with us in any way!"

Now that Gi2c has been fully outed as a scam at Reddit in six different subs, including http://reddit.com/r/chinascamcentral Yuri the owner has shifted to his other alias companies to marketing his perrenial internship scam along with China jobs and study abroad frauds. He is now using WiseWay Global heavily as a shitload of Google adwords are popping up everywhere. He is also using his Laowai Career Center alias brand as well as the old Getin2China brand from 2006. https://www.slideshare.net/LaowaiCar...china-job-scam. But the MO is still the same old bait and switch routine...

The full 30-page report about these professional scammers is here: https://chinascampatrol.wordpress.co...scam-or-legit/

Information has also surfaced that Yuri Khlystov is an alias name of Sergei Khlystov who is a wanted fugitive in Belarus (Minsk) since 2005 for assorted commercial and bank frauds.

Re: 诈欺警告! 威久出 Wiseway Global Education Scam in Beijing, China 作弊者!

This is one of the best-camouflaged scams run by the Russians in Beijing. This company is actually licensed in Hong Kong but does not do business there (or they would be shut down as a fraud) and the company had a really good name until they were bought out by Yuri aka Sergei Khlystov. After buying out the company in 2015 he kept Wei the CEO in his token position because 1) He is a local Chinese face that was well known to the locals in Beijing, and 2) there was nothing negative about the company anyowhere on line in English. He then transformed the company into a CUSAS style scam that collects fees on both ends of his sale... exorbitant fees from students $30,000 just to fill out enrollment application forms (4 hours of paperwork at most) and then collects 10%-15% commission on the tuition monies paid to universities. The problem is that the top 60 universities in the world do not need to pay commissions, so even if they have brilliant students capable of getting into an Ivy League school, he their application will not be sent there because the Russians cannot collect twice - only once.

They lure students with promises of a scholarship, but they do not tell the kids they can easily get them themselves by applying online or that most of the scholarships are less than $2,000 and if they do not get a real scholarship the company has set up a third party "scholarship fund" to make sure every client who does not get a real scholarhip will get their fabricated $1,000 scholarship which is really just a rebate labeled as a "scholarship". Over 80% of their clients get this fake scholarship. The China Scam Patrol throughly exposed the CUCAS study abroad fraud 3 years ago and if you read this report here, just insert the word WiseWay everywhere you see CUCAS because it is a duplicate copy of their scam. https://chinascampatrol.wordpress.co...xpats-say-yes/

It seems that one of Yuri's hackers, corrupted the original scam.com link in the OP, so here is a link that works https://www.scam.com/showthread.php?...-Crime-Partner. The only reason we do not see more warnings about this group is becaue the Russians employ a full time hacker to delete, corrupt, or "redirect" all the links of negative feedback as deomonstrated here: htttp://chinascamreport.wordpress.com.
