UPDATE: This Serbian fugitive being also investigated as a war criminal (Nikic Pedrag) is now in China with his new GF and business Partner Rosie Tang, who previoulsy went by the name of Rebecca Tang until she was released from prison in 2016. They are both engaged in a $5 million scam skimmimg the salaries of over 300 foreign teacher. They also fleece the teachers with fake tax deduction, housing & security deposits (never refunded) and extorting teachers for release letters in order to quit and find a job that pays a full salary with benefits. They gain controlover their "clients" by taking their passports "to process" (a ruse to keep them captive) and then say they will hold the passports tomake sure the teachers complete the crappy one year work contracts in China! They use 11 different alias companies to advertise high-paying tecahing jobs that they fabricate. Dummy teachers only realize the scam on pay day when they realize they were baited and switched. If they threaten to go to the cops or newsmedia they are "reminded" they are working in China illegally on the wrong visa they were deliberately given. But for $5,000 they will sell them a black market Z visa and set them free!

Nikki is both the boyfriend and biz partner of the infamous Rebecca Tang who changed her name to Rosie Tang after being released from prison in 2016. She was convicted of defrauding over 2,000 foreign expat teachers by using the "Silent Scam" she invented and skimmed over 5 million from the foreign teachers she recruited to work in blacklisted unlicensed schools in China. She also used David Valley, Eric Winder, and Derrick Yazwa as her front office agents to mislead people to think they were not dealing with a Chinese scammer, but rather "fellow foreigners who can be trusted".
