Clearly A Restraining Order

Doesn't quite seem like an actual court document now, does it, with all those inexpertly crossed out words.

not really. I have never seen a hand written (much less illegible chicken scratch) official court document.

One might expect the official document to be typed, and formal looking.

Hmm. Looking up the bar number, I would say that the attorney for the plaintiff was James P. Ware. Is he handling the Florida case, or is someone else the attorney there?

If TSP is a scam how come I don't find anywhere on the website it claiming to be an investment opportunity...?

Im pretty sure next time the Judge will type up a TRO instead of hand writing if it is important

Judging by this court order Timofey Drozhzhn has obviously violated his restraining order. With that said, he has no right to perpetuate any false statements against Trend sound. Seems like a very notorious online criminal to me, a great manipulator who is preying on a legitimate company that is only trying to prosper and give others a great opportunity to embrace. I have personally used their services which in fact helped my business grow, these people really need to look up the definition of "Scam" and put it through their heads. I do not see what his reasons are for such an audacity, but my guess is because of envy and self recognition. But it sure is very clear to me that the proof is in the pudding

on Sept 04, as this doc dated, i see filed in court document 32- PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION ORDER

the case is still ongoing , last activity is on Feb 28.

Whatever TSP tells you is whack, the more likely will turn against them.

it's certainly public info that the case isn't even settled yet from the looks of it so how can there be a decision?

A lot of motions, declarations, order for a change of judge (I guess TSP wasn't getting their way) and hearings up to the end of February so far.

I cannot read whatever hell it says.

But funny , does it look to you that TSP won or its over or they even close to winning anything? as far as i see people testifying against TSP in numbers :)

What does declaration mean? Is that the same thing as testifying?

that handwritten order is PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION ORDER doc 32, look it up :)

it is not final, you would be surpised where your TSP will end up in the end :)


In case you did not notice, Judge was replaced after it by Timofey request ;)

Exactly i see your point Anthony. Tsp has never presented themselves as an investment opportunity..All of these people who are bashing Tsp sound like schizophrenics. They need help!
