Hello, my name is Timofey Drozhzhin. I'm the person involved in a lawsuit with Trend Sound Promoter. My case # is 13-2-28370-1 SEA. It's the same suit you guys were wondering about on page #3 :) ... yeah that's me :) Feel free to look over it, Washington Courts - Search Case Records and search by my first and last name.

Before I start, a big thank you to realscam.com. You guys rock for putting people ahead of money!

Using this public forum, I'd like to hopefully shine some light to those of you who consider yourselves a victim to TSP scam. Please do not be afraid of TSP's legal threats. Government is on your side.

Here's what you guys should know

• TSP is not being hacked. Not since July... not since ever. The whole DDOS is false also. I couldn't verify this, but I heard that TSP had a dispute with someone in their team who sent out a negative letter to all accounts. The whole "hacking" was made up to dilute the situation.
• I met Volodimyr Pigida in person several times. We had many cups of coffee together. He's a big guy, soft voice, oh, and a nice watch! I also met Marina Bondarenko in person. She's a smart lady, she has a beautiful family.
• In August 2013, when I met with Volodimyr Pigida and Marina Bondarenko, they threatened to kill me by hiring Russian guys from Seattle.
• TSP considers me the biggest obstacle.
• As of today, I've received numerous death threats. Never thought it would happen to me... I mean, we are in US... but I've faced it and if it happens it happens :/. I've filed police reports as well as filed names of the people who I believe are most likely to commit the crime. Once in a while when I get a message to be on alert, I may disappear. It doesn't mean that I am running away, authorities always know where I am. But it's just that I'm staying safe for my wife & kids.
• Over 6,000 people have invested into TSP. TSP brought in over $20,000,000 in the past year, about half of the sales were made during Summer of 2013. Most of the money came from the Seattle & Tacoma area, WA state. Most, if not all, investors are Russian immigrants.
• Someone claimed that I own TSP. Noooooooo, never
• There is a reason why TSP replaced all of your legal documents without your knowledge. The old legal documents did not require for you to sell stuff to get paid. They also provided enough information to possibly charge TSP with SCAM. Here's a copy of those terms. If you bought a TSP package on or before October 2013, your agreement most probably didn't require for you to sell anything.
• TSP doesn't work with authorities (Police/FBI). Let me be clear, Authorities are not on TSP's side, and you will not get in trouble if you seek help from the government.
• Best place to submit tips is tips.fbi.gov. Please submit your info if you got hurt by TSP, we don't want you to get hurt!
• Volodimyr Pigida & Marina Bondarenko, owners of TSP, are also known online as the scammers behind Global Employement Aliance (glemal.com, glemal.net, glemal.org, glemal.com.ua, etc...), you can read more about them on Glemal (www glemal com ua)
• Most pro-TSP people on Glemal (www glemal com ua) are actually the same people using different nicknames, and most likely Volodimyr Pigida himself.
• Volodimyr Pigida, owner of TSP, is very active online. When I met up with him in February 2014, he was very aware of everything going on online.
• Volodimyr Pigida personally reads this forum. We talked about it when we met up. He was most disturbed by @NikSam's comment, alleging him of being a part of TVI Express.
• Volodimyr Pigida has tough love for Pavel Panfilov, his salesman. Pavel Panfilov's messages online, YouTube comments, rap videos has negatively affected TSP in court. That's why those things have been deleted.

About my court

• The court thing posted by TSP is written in a way to delude you, to scare you. Many things published there about me are plain false statements... things like me somehow hurting their company, it's just plain false. The only thing I've ever done is to tell a few close friends to be alert of TSP.
• TSP never defeated me in a trial.
• Court did not find me guilty of anything and are not preventing me from naming TSP a scam. Judge actually thought I did things in good faith.
• Court actually sided with me on the scam. Here's a copy of the transcript.

• What about court considering TSP not a Ponzi or a Pyramid Scheme? This was not a trial, but rather a preliminary hearing. Judge just asked me "for now" not to refer to TSP as a Ponzi or a Pyramid Scheme. This was neither a final verdict or trial.
• Volodimyr Pigida and Marina Bondarenko offered me to drop suit 2 times. Last time was in February, 2014. Volodimyr Pigida said it's costing them a lot of money.
• Unlike TSP is saying, I never sued TSP. TSP sued me.
• Apparently TSP is spreading a rumor that I have to pay TSP $300,000. I don't have to pay them anything. I was never found guilty of anything. The only people that paid out are Volodimyr Pigida. When I met him in February 2014, he said that he spent over $25,000, I believe those figures are actually $60,000-70,000.
• Owners of TSP, in court, claimed that they were just selling music, not investments. So if you're selling investments, you're in a lot of trouble!
• TSP has an expensive attorney. I do not have an attorney; pro se.

If you're being sued by TSP for helping scamming victims, hire an attorney and mention Anti-SLAPP (RCW 4.24.525 for WA state). Thank me later :)

Letter to workers of TSP
After going to court for months with TSP, let me please explain to you how TSP is structured. Volodimyr and Marina claimed in court that they are only selling music. What this means, is that if you're selling it as investment opportunity, and authorities come after TSP, Volodimyr and Marina can shift the blame to you, and walk free. It's a very thought through company. When you think they are your friends, think twice, think five times... I encourage anyone who is working directly for TSP to come forward and call FBI with truth. I know TSP has put fear into you by making you believe that authorities work with TSP and you will be in trouble if you call for help. Do not be afraid. TSP does not work with FBI and you will not get in trouble for calling.

PS. that tactic was also played by Uinvest, accusing all critics of hacking and blackmailing.

Thanks for posting. At TSP meetings, some blame you for not getting paid. They say things like "advertisers are leaving TSP because of timofey spreading lies, so we aren't making money!". The company had also said that they won some kind of court case against you, which awarded TSP money. I really hate that all my friends are in TSP and they don't realize what TSP is actually doing. Would it be possible to hear the story from your side?

A lot of those legal documents are not signed. It means that they are not valid. Anyone can do the same, here's an example.

Again, Pigida just picks which files to upload. Here's an actual explanation of hacking by Volodimyr Pigida:



If you know coding works, you will understand that his explanation is humanly not possible.

• Viruses cannot just search for promoters. It first needs to know the names of database fields, tables, etc. It's like sending a reprogrammed robot to burglarize the house... it needs to know the layout first.
• Their website is running on Linux Ubuntu. As far as I know, there is no viruses for current version of Linux Ubuntu.
• Uploaded files are not executed. Viruses need to be executed.
• If there was a Linux vulnerability which caused the upload to execute, TSP cannot name a Linux distribution package which fixed it.
• If there was an actual virus, the maker had to know how to be very proficient in C programming language (language of Linux) and very familiar with Linux code itself.
• TSP could never name the virus, show the virus in court, of provide a way how they were able to find it, i.e. which program, etc...

Yeah, like I said, TSP never won a trial against me. I was never found guilty of anything. I was never ordered to pay anyone anything. Many of the documents you see are either temporary orders which anyone can obtain, or unsigned documents, which anyone can make. TSP is only trying to make people believe that I broke down the whole company... it's crazy. It does not matter, "sales people" or operators, all were involved in organizing and attracting public to fraud, all involved are guilty.
The one who gained the most will probably pay the most. But in several cases promoters got more jail time than operators.

As I see this scheme was targeted primary at the russian christian communities on the west coast.
Wanted to tell something.
Most probably still want to keep faith in these people and not do the right thing (complain to authorities) – the time is not on your side,
everyday you delay:
more of your money being spent or hidden in offshores;
gives more chances for scammers cover their tracks or run away;
not raising the priority of this scam for authorities to investigate;

Christian faith might teach to forgive sins of others, but you need to realize that not punishing scammers, gives them a chance to scam more and more people of faith, forgiveness in such cases hurts your brothers, do not let them treat you as an easy prey.

For those victims who met their first ponzi/pyramid which recently stopped paying, please pay attention to what will be happening to you in the near future:

1) you will be pressed not to complain to authorities under many "reasons", such as "you did not pay taxes" , "you are guilty too", "you will be investigated", "you will ruin it for all";

2) you will be approached by various online "services" which will claim to recover your losses but will ask you to pay a fee;

3) you will be approached by various other scam pimps and even by your friends to invest into a new "company" which now is a "sure thing", "great honest CEO", "pays for 100 years".

Do not lower your guard, all are lies, do the right thing.

The dirtbags at Trend Sound Promotions have wild fantasies of removing this fine thread from the Google search engine by means of a very dishonest and perhaps fraudulent filing.

I will start another thread devoted just to that lovely topic. I think all the regulars here know how I love a good fight!
