The Wall Street Journal was the first to report that the FBI was investigating Mr. Ackman, but it seems that the probe has not progressed further than the FBI interviewing some of the company's consultants.

Seems reasonable the FBI would be investigating the Ackman camp. This is a high stakes game for both sides. No matter who comes out on top, the real winner is the consumer. All the scrutiny of Herbalife has been finally exposed it for what it really is - a dark cancerous growth on society.

Since most of us here know the real truth about these product based pyramid schemes, let them do the investigating for a change. LOL
