Well, we do know for a fact that Buster reads over here, so one would presume that they do, or Buster snitches,(something he CLAIMS he doesn't do)...! In the end analysis, LRM likely has the appropriate attitude.

They banned me. When I reported that that is what Adpro had done, on Patrick's blog, I was miraculously reinstated. You could join them and get banned when you make your first post but if you remember to report the fact to Patrick, you might be immune to banishment from the community as I am.

It would be fun to see how long you could survive over there.

I saw a post on MMG over a year ago. Some naysayer had discovered some documentary evidence to show that both “Jake The Snake” and “Dr Mara” were aware that VLane security was already breached and that they were both aware the whole contents of VLane forum (something cafe?) would be in the hands of all the naysayers before long.

I was overjoyed to see this news, as I had been telling people that the stupid VLane forum leaked like a garden sieve for a long time. I copied and posted this news on every forum where naysayers were allowed a voice. I probably posted the news on TG but I definitely posted it on WLD and it remained there for a long time.

I also said that Jake and “Dr Mara’s” plan for a replacement forum was already set up. The Safelist had made an unexpected comeback and the owner Chad (can’t remember his surname) had a very special private area of his forum for VLane members. I had been telling Safelist members that Vee and Mara were a couple of con artists for a long time and I had been severely chastised by the owner for my alleagtions about these two honest business women.

Jake and Mara’s plan went belly up when another Safelist member flipped. Troy Barton who was an ex Kent Black mod and a trusted Safelist member, flipped and started a one man war against me, telling them about my mental illness and personality problems that had been diagnosed by Dr Mara. Chad made an effort to back Troy up in the belief that I was seriously mentally ill but not many Safelist members swallowed it.

Chad eventually closed The Safelist but he is back on MySpace. I have never joined MySpace but if anybody knows the truth about what was going on at ASA when Troy Barton threw a wobbly, it will be the owner of The Safelist.

It has been a while since I last was here starting this thread, and so much has happened since to so many of you.

I pushed the appeal process because the original excuse given for my being banned was because of a post I made in reply to mrGSH, for which I was given 5 warning points. Those combined with my previous one point was what banned me; or so they initially said. I appealed the ban, and twelve days after my being banned, I received a reply telling me that the reason why was not because of my post, as I was first told, but because I have another username alternativeHYIP.

So back to the appeal process I went. I have never used another username other than LynnRE on TG, EVER. I had no reason to do so. Of course when I first joined, Eagle Research Associates wasn't even an idea or in development. It was almost 2.5 years later before the process to form Eagle was undertaken. That made me just a regular naysayer and troll, but not to be taken seriously.

I think what is releveant in all of this is that up until the middle of 2010, Eagle wasn't taken seriously by any of the forums, admins or mods. Then in mid-2010, we started having success in aiding in the shut-down of some major Ponzi's/Scams, and Pedro Dispenza/Peter Roor and his wife.

I think what triggered the all out attack to ban me was due to 4 specific Ponzi'Scams I exposed on MMG. When I showed up at TG and started adding to those already exposing cherryshares as a scam is when the warnings started. I was picking on one of their favorite scams de jour. And then when I joined in on CA, is when they decided enough was enough and I was banned. After all, ticktack made it very clear on the forum he was looking for "any" reason to ban me, real or not. At least he was honest enough to say so openly, which most mods do not have the guts to do.

They were mad there was a thread devoted to my book at TG, and then we had all of the attacks against me and Eagle by TEB, NAN, ticktack, and mrGSH now and then. So much for their not allowing attacks on other members. I think mrGSH couldn't make up his mind if he liked me or not, so he ran hot and cold at times. Now he seems to be on the side of not liking me, or maybe he misses me on the forum.

What is truly bizzare in all of this is that my posts were mild compared to what others had already posted exposing both programs to be scams. They had posted far more substance than I had, and yet I was perceived as the real threat. That part is what surprised me and I found interesting. JungleHunter, Okosh, and LittleRoundMan had done far more damage exposing both of these programs than I ever did. I am just glad they haven't been banned, at least not yet.

As for how major promoters are going to be treated in these scams the feds take down may be established with the ASD case. There is a law on the books called misprision of a felony, but up until now it has been used sparingly. But due to the economic damage these scams/Ponzi's are having today, I think this law will be dusted off and begin to be used in force. If you noticed the information in the press release by the take-down of ImperiaInvest IBC, they clearly stated that they are going after as many people as they can, not just the people behind the scam. They specifically mentioned accountants, attorneys, and insiders and promoters of the program. They also specifically mentinoed MMG, TG, and even ASA in this press release. In fact, both have been mentioned, along with ASA, in several other press releases of these Ponzi's when they are taken down. This has to be sending a tremor through the owners, admins and mods of these mentioned forums.

It is just my opinion, but I do think many major promoters in ASD are in for a rude surprise. Once the legal wrangling over the venue for Andy's criminal trial is over, and the feds have milked all the information they can from the players, then I expect to see more indictments handed down. Of course many of them will make plea deals, if they can, to keep themselves out of prison; which will hurt Andy's case. We don't know who all the feds have talked to, or who has turned on who; but we will one day.

It is clear there is no way my ban is going to be lifted, even when I have proved alternativeHYIP and myself are not the same posters. To do so would be political suicide for them. Besides, if they did, the very first post I made would ban me again permanently with no appeal; even if it was just to thank them for unbanning me.

I just wanted to add that I am fully aware that the more success Eagle had, the more I would be attacked. So this was expected.

It makes me feel really good that Eagle is now seen as a threat to all of them.

Lynn, I thought your supposed alter ego was 'artificial hyip'? If you do a google search on him, you find some of his old posts at TG from 2007.

Hmm, something weird going on. I am still blocked from reading the TG forum from my computer, so I used my other computer to access the link provided by Okosh. Afterwards I made a post from that computer after logging in, but for some weird reason the post did not populate. So I hope it doesnt' magically show up later and make this a duplicate post.

I really like this guy. Only wish I could find him so I could let him know he was banned at TG as I am sure he has no clue why even after receiving their E-mail. I would love to talk to him or correspond by E-mail with him. I am sure he was shocked to learn of his being banned. He might want to really know why. The IP that we supposedly shared is located in Gardena, CA, which is about 65 miles from where I live. Of course he shows a Vanuatu address in his bio, but he does not come up in Vanuatu's phone directory or the address either.

Maybe when I have more time I will see if I can find this guy and have a chat. Now wouldn't that blow ticktack and the other mods minds! Especially if we both sent E-mails to them at the same time. Now that would be fun.

DX was supposedly based in Vanuatu, thus the reference in ArtificialHYIPs' profile.

It was run by an Australian named Mervyn Copperwaite and was one of serial shill Matt Gagnons' early efforts and pimped via Mazu.

No sense of history, this new generation of mods.

Just a correction to my above post....
Searched through my files and did find the link to the other user name...And yes it's still there at TG....

So I now have evidence that strongly suggests that a TG supermod has at least 3 user names at TG....

Hey, my ears were burning. Actually, I still do a Google search on ol' Merv now and then to see if there's anything new about him popping up - like an arrest. I came across this thread, then checked TG and sure enough I've been banned for life. Geez, they could be more considerate. I dare say my posting on the the old DX thread helped liven things up there. With Dx long deceased my scam busting days are over. But I was still checking in on TG irregularly and I follow Patrick Petty's blog. I keep wondering if other familiar DX related names, besides Matt Gagnon, will ever show up in an indictment.

LRM is right about my using Vanuatu as my location in my TG profile. I've never even been there, and don't know why I would as I lack a criminal operation to manage and I don't have enough money to bribe the gov't officials for anything. Vanuatu is quite the hive of scum and villainy.

Anyway, it's nice to be remembered. I'm sure I can live just fine without access to TG's forum, but there is something fishy about my being banned, especially at this point when I hardly log in anymore.

EVERYTHING about Talkgold is, as you say, "fishy"

That is has achieved "frog-in-a-pot" acceptance belies the fact it is illegal, immoral and, quite probably fattening in every regard.

They may have artificial HYIP confused with someone, but not the right someone. I can still log in under an, ahem, alternate username, which should have been banned along with artificial HYIP if they were really making the right connections and banning artificial HYIP for MPD.
