6. I dont do Porn. Not my cup of tea and I do not go around looking for it either. I am mentioning because who knows what else I might be accused of - so this is now on record! There is a great tool that is being used by Dave Cotrall that is proving very useful in helping people to stay safe. 7. Please get your facts right... I did NOT say I was going to sue or otherwise take legal action. I did tell you that I have a friend who is a lawyer who was very upset by this particular post ( I never mentioned the others) and suggested that I take action. I have contacted you to let you know that this is something that I would rather not do as I feel that any monies spent on such an endeavor would be more useful going to kids, grand kids etc.
8. I have sat back far too long and seen what is written on here and the total hate being thrown at people dead and alive and it sickens me!
9. This forum thread is a hate thread nothing more and nothing less.

Diane I posted this on another thread here, but in case you didnt see it, here it is

Sad to say this all looks like a "he/she is my friend and so cant be a scammer" kind of thread. They happen all over the place on forums and people have still not wised up to the harsh realities of the internet. We do not really know each other and anyone can be anything whilst sitting at their computer in their pjs. Not everyone is hiding behind a false identity, but there are many more who project the side of themselves they wish to present and do and say things they would never think to do face to face with people they know.

People frequently believe that their internet friendships have the same quality of commitment to loyalty and integrity as their offline ones and that these commitments are clear. They are not. People have many agendas for writing on internet forums and having internet faces and friendships. It does not mean that they are all bad, many can be positive and life enhancing, but internet users need to understand that it is far easier to cheat or lie and get away with it on the internet than it is face to face. They also need to understand that people have many facets and on the internet in social forums we only see one.

IMHO (not very H really. lol) social forums with "business" mixed in are especially pernicious as people think they know who they are dealing with and they do not. They only know one facet.

When is comes to ad hominem attacks on people, they probably wouldn't have the guts.

This part of the conversation did catch my eye though.

The part in bold is a truism (as has already been commented on another thread) because the solution is to cut off the head of the snake. The problem is with the founders, major promoters and enablers of scams and the rest are just sheeple of varying degrees of innocence or knowledge of what they are doing.

P2P, 12 Daily Pro, AdsurfDaily, Zeek rewards, Adventures4U, NarcThatCar, and an infinite list of other schemes that have either been closed down or have imploded beforehand have all been widely promoted on AdlandPro and by people you know. They were all scams and therefore illegal. JustBeenPaid, ProfitClicking, and another long list of similar schemes that will either be shut down or implode are still being promoted on AdlandPro. It may well be that some of the people who promoted and them are either naive or simply negligent in doing their due diligence, but I am afraid the truth of the matter is that many people we all know on social media do promote scams (whether by accident or design)

Secondly, your comment about defamation is fine, BUT there is a world of a difference in an ad hominem attack and reasoned criticism of a program that someone is promoting.
in that case

Neither can the promoter of an online program which is accused with factual and mathematical evidence of being a fraud, illegal, or unsustainable cry "not fair". They are obliged to defend their programs with solid facts that prove the accusations are false or own up and admit that maybe their "businesses" are not so clean as they are claiming them to be. What they cant do is have it both ways.

what is not professional is to attack the accuser. The professional solution is simply to show hard evidence that they are incorrect. If someone on social media repeatedly promotes schemes which are unsustainable or illegal or both, then is hard to understand why they consider themselves deserving of special treatment because they are "nice people" in their social media lives when they continue to promote something to their online friends which has been demonstrated to be risky, illegal or unsustainable

If this isn't enough to send any decent honest person running from Boggy's sleazy site I can't imagine what it would take. Bogdan apparently had no interest in removing the porn, illegal cash gifting, forex scams, HYIP scams, illegal pyramid schemes, MLM crap or anything else from his site that generates income. He was hell bent on attacking anyone who dared to expose his forum for what it is. I spent a tremendous amount of time dealing with his lie-filled attacks and garbage posts across the net. Judy Hortin had to deal with a high-priced London lawyer hired to harass her.

So, it is incredibly simple in my view. Those that associate with Adlandpro are doing so knowing full well just what a lying, vicious goon Bogdan is and exactly the what the true nature of the site is. One is known by the company one keeps. If Bjorling can't take the heat then she shouldn't be in the kitchen plain and simple. I don't think that those of us who have been victims of Bogdan's chicanery will be backing down or apologizing for sharing the truth.

Just one other issue which is worth a mention and that is DENIAL. The hardest part of being caught up in a scam is the acceptance that it has happened to you and that you may even have promoted it in good faith to your friends and family. We have seen many instances of this. AdSurfDaily is one example. We know have sufficient information to know that ASD was set up to be a ponzi by a serial fraudster together with a group of other experienced fraudsters. Most people have taken on board the fact that they were scammed and took part in a scam, in light of the information now available, but there are still a few who are unable to face the fact that it happened to them and that they either earned money through a fraud or were responsible for others losing money through a fraud that they will do anything to deny it was a fraud. We are now seeing the same conduct with Zeek Rewards in spite of the fact that the owner has never contested it being closed down

This happens with every scheme that is either prosecuted or simply implodes because of its lack of sustainability, but the facts remain the same, whatever spin you put on it.

What should be of concern to anyone involved in any similar scheme is that the law does not make a difference between a naive promoter who has not done their due diligence and a promoter who knows exactly what they are doing. The Receiver in the Zeek case has sent out 1200 subpoenas for clawbacks to net winners so far (which is a far cry from the token clawbacks made in the CEP scheme). Law enforcement has wised up as to how and where the internet scams are promoted. They are recognizing the important role of promoters in keeping scams going and a few have already been prosecuted.

Anyone who is involved in an internet money making scheme which is being called out as a scam or unsustainable should be making an effort to do some thorough investigation on the business they are promoting, involved in or thinking of joining. Remember that some 800,000 human beings lost their money in Zeek Rewards, some up to 10,000$ or more. Many of those people joined because of what they had been told by friends, family and internet friends on social forums. They will not be as lucky as the victims of ASD as there is not enough money left to pay all the losses, only a percentage. In some schemes, especially the ones that fold, people lose everything. There are thousands of examples all over the internet for those who really want to know.

And, Diane, please try to understand that people on forums like Real Scam do not generally write about possible scams in order to score points or defame. They usually do it to provide information and warn people of the implications and dangers that are intrinsic in joining and promoting them.

The message I had drafted to post here was for all good intentions but I don't take kindly to threats and commands. I have the proof of the 'talking with lawyer thing' and that can mean only What? - and the command where you told me what to do, Diane Bjorling but I had rather not post it here. If you insist, I will do it.

It is my opinion that this exploded from being a friendly conversation to a threatening legal action situation. As you know, I ended all private contact with you at that point. If you had not gotten so upset and carried this to that extreme your name would not be continuing to be posted in here. Yet you took the freedom to post my name. You are concerned about YOUR business, what about MY business and My name being slandered again. It does not concern me because my true family and friends know me for what I am and none of you from Adlandpro can hurt me again.

I was there at one time and just so happy I had all these wonderful friends!! Those glasses did not look good on me either and I thought I was doing so much good and spreading hugs and warmth all around. The Adland Art Gallery was a big success and I promoted artists, poets, and encouraged people. I know at least one person (hopefully others) came out and exposed their love of art and even took up courses and began to write poetry. Now that person has really done great with their artwork and I am happy about that. I suppose had it not been for the cruel people there I might still be doing it - not sure and I would never have been here in RS.

It is a fact that there are a lot of people in that place who are being ripped off by signing up for the numerous 'programs' that are tossed about freely. What the heck - I can spend $5 and get some other fools to spend $5 and I am suddenly going to become RICH!!!! Until I was scammed a few times and learned not to give away my $5 did I start trying to alert others.

It is a fact that I am happy to not be a member of Adlandpro anymore. Some still think they can help and I wish them well. I would encourage to have the message presented in a different website and other places but maybe this will help ALP members in some way.

Absolutely! I have been sued twice, helped several victims fight in court and been endlessly harassed by the Bogdan's of the world. So, I have very little sympathy for characters like him or those that actively support them. Anyone that chooses to associate with someone of Bogdan's caliber should not be surprised to be caught in the line of fire. The lawsuit threats were an ignorant move as well. Didn't Bogdan's embarrassing antics teach the Adlandpro members a lesson???

Hi all, my main forum is "POST YOUR MONEY-MAKING OPPS HERE," where I have a thread dedicated to ads, however you are also welcome to post your ad in a new thread. You are okay to post an ad in any of my forums in any thread, or start your own thread.

However I do encourage other topics and dialogue rather than just money-making stuff. Now one exception would be my forum "Share if a Website is a Scam or Not?" In this forum I strongly prefer that you do NOT post ads, but rather focus on the topic at hand.

I think we were typing at the same time...lol, got to love conversations

You hit on a point that needs to be made that is how people used to do things offline..They actually made the effort to join something, get training and if things were not working they could talk to real people and get help.

You are soooo right, now a days people join anything and everything with the expectation that they will make a million bla bla bla. If I am sounding facetious, it is not my intent. I am concerned to be honest that people are indeed sheeple, but more important people are also desperate and they think that they do not have to do the work. After all they have been sold a bill of goods perpetuated by smooth talking hawksters saying so many things it is hard to know what to think!

The people who are to be respected the "true" marketers know that just like any job, it takes work and learning all aspects to the craft and then making it work for them and others.

The reality is that marketing in general, internet marketing specifically is something to be seen with suspicion and yet what people need to really understand is that there are so many products and services online that are reputable, that are of value and can be used by many and if you can make some extra money, by talking about them, using them..then yay!

As I have said before and will say again, it is through talking to people ( such as yourself, Stephen and I know others) that people can learn how to do things, that people can share their thoughts and get questions answered.

There are always going to be those who are going to be poison, who will do all they can to bring a person down..that is a fact of life off line and online..we can give up and be angry or we can make a decision and show them wrong!

It has been good talking to you Kathleen, but now I have to get more Christmas baking done... have a great day!

I have not been sued but I have had more threats of legal action by scammers than I can count on both hands including Bob Krimm, Autosurf Authourity and MyCashForum mods then some idiots from Terry Kurtis and Nickers Smirnow domains. Smirnow objected to the name "Nickers" which I gave him and the slogan that I used to describe his "voice" in the cyberspace world which was. "Knickers to Nickers." It seemed a very inoffensive remark to my mind and Smirnows lawyers failed to establish the fact that this was defamation.

My comments on BoggyBoy are not the most lady like but my thoughts on the matter remain as they always have since I first announced them on a public forum. If anybody wants to know what they were and Scratcy does not get too upset I will repeat them to the ponzi promoting world and his dog.

what is not professional is to attack the accuser. The professional solution is simply to show hard evidence that they are incorrect. Sorry... this is BS. It is the job of the accuser to prove his or her case, not the job of the one accused to prove his or her innocence. Once the accuser makes his case with EVIDENCE, then the accused can try to defend himself. This whole site seems to be full of this kind of opinion based BS with no decent evidence of any kind... just a bunch of people with time on their hands and egos that need to be stroked talking back and forth to each other.
