Re: JJ Ulrich, serial cash gifting fraudster served with restraining order over MLM deal
That letter was written during Rudy's attempt to go up against John McCain in 2010, littleroundman. I spotted Mechelle Tucker's fundraising event for him and raised a hue and cry before it could happen. Mechelle and her cronies (Miriam Cosey and Michael Burke, according to my notes) were very active in Elite Activity's final two years as well, and during the ConnectingUsAll period Ulrich put her in charge of CUA's recruitment activities for the entire state of Arizona.
Mechelle Tucker (~nee Jackson?) is part of Belinda Grandberry's downline and cult following, and often goes by the nom de plume FirstClassConsultant online in connection with her actual businesses.

Re: JJ Ulrich, serial cash gifting fraudster served with restraining order over MLM deal
There is a lengthy thread on Quatloos about these guys, all of it tracked in real time - Elite morphing into Connecting Us All morphing into dust. It even contains the contributions of one of the scammers-in-chief. It documents the distortions and outright lies as they happen.
It exposes the scum for what they are.

Cue Barbra Streisand:
Memories, light the corners of my mind
Misty watercolor memories of the way we were.
Scattered pictures of the smiles we left behind
smiles we give to one another for the way we were.
I wonder whatever happened to official ConnectingUsAll mouthpiece and apologist, Valerie Lambert

Yet another pathetic piece of trolling from LRM. Dude, you can't even keep on topic on the forum you are an admin. What kind of example are you to the lesser trolls?

So, in your mind it's the conviction that establishes ones reputation or title, not the acts they perpetrate? A bit on the naive side I would say. A murderer is a murderer irrespective of any conviction, same with a fraudster, thief or whatever.

So they accuse JJ Ulrich as a serial cash gifting fraudster. Serial defined as multiple offender. Yet, after checking his rap sheet, he has ZERO convictions. Not even a speeding ticket in the Utah database. Doesn't sound like a serial fraudster to me. Looks more like a lynch mob of unhappy people with nothing better to do with their time

Re: JJ Ulrich, serial cash gifting fraudster served with restraining order over MLM deal
Ah,
so you're saying JJ Ulrich WASN'T the CEO of the illegal Connecting Us All cash gifting fraud ???
http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/c...ams/yatedo.jpg
Here's a tip for ya, "legalrep" don't do a Google search using "JJUlrich + Connecting Us All" or you might frighten yourself while simultaneously making yourself look more like a complete and utter fool than you already have.

Re: JJ Ulrich, serial cash gifting fraudster served with restraining order over MLM deal
He was also member #5 (practically at the top of the pyramid) in Elite Activity Resurrected, as was uncovered in July 2009.
Elite Activity was ruled an illegal pyramid scheme in 2005 or 2006, by the Texas courts, but continued to operate for some years afterwards.
That's quite the contrast with Iwowee, where the matter between Ulrich and the TalkFusion company was, if I'm not mistaken, a civil matter relating to business practices and agreements.

Re: JJ Ulrich, serial cash gifting fraudster served with restraining order over MLM deal
In looking over these posts on Ulrich, it seems pretty obvious to me that a smear campaign is going one here. Cash gifting (which I believe should not be illegal but treated as an acccepted choice; it is not fraudulent - some promoters are) has nothing to do that I can see, with Talk Fusion. So why is that screaming headline being used.
MLMs in general have a lot of rules and regs that favors them and screws around the rep. So this "restraining order" appears to be a violation of contract rules between Ulrich and Talk Fusion. These same Contracting rules usually state that a
distributor can be terminated at any time for any reason. again - usually with a 30 day notice. This has also been executed may times to highly successful distributors. THAT RULE SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FRAUD; but, it is not because of a
signed contract. So give this guy a break. If you chose to join a "Gifting" program that he was involved in, then your success in a gifting program is your responsibility not his. The Failure to be successful is YOURS, not his. I bet if you had been
successful you would not be creating that post unless, as I started out saying, you are just running a SMEAR campaign for your own edification. Get a life.
been done many times to many successful distributors.

Irrespective of your belief, cash gifting IS illegal for reasons that you obviously choose to not understand, and MLMs unless operated under very strict guidelines are nothing more than thinly veiled pyramids. Even the so-called legitimate MLMs have a dismal record regarding how many "distributors" make an actual living income. HOWEVER, to cut to the chase, yep. it's a smear campaign, and rightly so, JJ is likely a crook and should be treated as such...!

Not only is "cash gifting" illegal, Mr. McManus, but J.J. took over a gifting programme as CEO after it had already been ruled a pyramid scheme by the court system, continuing the very activities that put his predecessor in prison. That is not what I would consider a smart business move.

Nor was publicly announcing himself as being the new “PC Executive Director” of the JustBeenPaid / Profitclicking / AdClickExpress failed HYIP ponzi fraud.

It's called due process. If you've ever watched a news report where anyone has been charged with a crime, the reporter always says alleged (insert crime here). If they were to call someone, say, a murderer without a conviction or guilty plea, they would be opening themselves up for massive legal action. Whether you think the person is guilty or innocent is irrelevant unless you're on the jury that returns the verdict.
-
Re: JJ Ulrich, serial cash gifting fraudster served with restraining order over MLM deal
A person who was scammed is allowed to call a scammer as "scammer" (not alleged scammer)
That person is neither can rule as court, jury (only court proceedings legally should prefix "alleged").
News media does it because they not sure, have not enough information, afraid of being wrong.
Show me one case when news media was successfully sued over not using "alleged" before the final ruling on the scammer/criminal.
If any person who knows for sure of a crime, and not in positions to legally decide the faith of the criminal - they free to call a criminal - criminal.
"Hello 911, There is alleged gangster, allegedly killed my dog, allegedly raped me and allegedly says will kill me if i go to cops"

Re: JJ Ulrich, serial cash gifting fraudster served with restraining order over MLM deal
BTW, JJ Ulrich, an idiot scammer from Utah, was behind JustbeenPaid/Profitcklicing and other "Frederick's Mann" ponzis, there is enough evidence to lock him up for good.
Just inactivity of authorities and him crying around that he only did it because a member of his family is terminally sick keeps him free outside.

Re: JJ Ulrich, serial cash gifting fraudster served with restraining order over MLM deal
forgot to mention that he was also caught as one behind ClickPaid scam.
