Reports on this programme landed on my desk yesterday. It appears that Domonique Barbee has re-created Harvey Joseph Dockstader Jr.'s old Elite Activity scam in a Bitcoin-based form, with a false façade of claiming to be crowdfunding and sale of traffic. Investigation is ongoing.
