    Re: Blessing Gold Club

Well, it seems that in addition to making his cpaclik Facebook page disappear from the general public, Charlie did successfully convince the leaders of PWI to remove his membership there. That doesn't eliminate the evidence that it existed, however, courtesy of Twitter.

His tweet of Oct. 7, 2012 read "Come join our club and get cash" followed by a link that appears onscreen as lnkd.in/uRQw94 and as http://t.co/bOQf6cRo when one hovers over it.

It led to his 2010blessings account.

    Re: Blessing Gold Club

Please, please, please remove my phone number and address from above. That is my home number. I have young children and my husband is a police lieutenant. Plus, I'm a former actress and have had two stalkers. I really do not need them to start contacting me again. You are putting me and my family at risk.

You misinterpreted the tone of my blog. First off, I am NOT in any MLM company. Yes, the checks I post on my blog are to show people that I have actually earned money working from home. You disagree with it, that's totally fine. Whatever. I have never had success with MLM companies nor direct sales. I work in consumer direct marketing for a company that is A+ rated by the BBB and has been since 1985. I sent in my $109 to BGS to prove a point, which will unfold throughout my blog.

I constantly get accused of being in a pyramid scheme, which I am not. I am going to show my reader exactly what a pyramid scheme is. If you read my blog thoroughly, you would have read this:

So, guess what I did? I filled out the "here's your $109, and I don't want anything back" form and will be sending it in tomorrow. Do I expect anything back? Absolutely not.

And you would have read this:

I am not expecting any "blessings" back, to be completely honest with you. I really wanted to connect with people that are looking to earn money from home-- And these people clearly want to bring in money.

And, finally, you would have read this:

People that I can bless with a real way to work from home-- And you don't have to sign anything that says you don't expect to receive any money.

The fact that you are putting people's personal phone numbers up is really terrible. I have small children and you gave out my home number. It even states in the rules when you register that you CANNOT give out your phone number. You gave mine. You put me and my family at risk.

I truly could care less what you say about me-- It isn't true. I don't need the validation of a stranger. If you want to think that I'm in an MLM company, feel free-- but you're wrong. If you think that I'm a scam artist, feel free-- but you're wrong. Talk about me all you want; just don't put me or my family in harm's way. And you've done that by posting my personal information.

    Thank you,

Sorry Candice, but you put yourself and your children in numerous pictures and your information online. Everything here is public record. With all the crap you have posted anyone could find your phone numbers and a whole lot more in seconds. Not to mention you posted one of them yourself:

SOMETHING is telling me to do this, and I always listen to that little voice, so I'm doing it. If I get my $109 back, fantastic....if they ask me about what I do, I'm happy to let them know. Who knows? Maybe the Blessing Gold Club is going to be a bigger blessing for me because it put me in touch with the people I want to connect with.
If you had had stalkers and were truly concerned then you wouldn't have the huge internet presence you have created for yourself. So, I will not be editing or removing anything. And, do you really want to connect with people involved in illegal activities???

Which you've posted (at times along with your address) all over the place. Here, for example. And here. Here, too. Oh, yeah, and here. I'm sure there are others. And that took me five minutes. Anyone who wants to could find you fairly easily. Which is, I guess, the point. But it makes your complaint about others pointing it out ring pretty hollow.

    I have young children
And they're very cute. I know that because you've posted what appear to be pictures of them. If you want to preserve your privacy, you need to, well, preserve your privacy.

I have no position other than poster with this board. However, I am an admin of another board dedicated to financial frauds. Were a poster on that board to request what you do, I would answer that I would remove the contact information from the board when you remove it from all the various sites where you've put it up. And, if you remove it and than start posting it again, it's fair game from then on.

You misinterpreted the tone of my blog. First off, I am NOT in any MLM company.
Then why are you so coy about what company you're involved with? Why not just tell us?

I removed my home number from the other site-- I didn't even know it was there. I don't even know what Manta is. Please remove the 286 number. Please.

I'm not here to promote my other company. I'm not being coy about it. I was accused of being in an MLM company, which I'm not. Honestly, I don't care what you say about me. I don't care what you say about my business. You folks don't know me, nor do you know what I am involved in. I have no intentions of trying to help any of you work from home-- Chances are that you aren't interested. I would just appreciate if my home phone number isn't online.

Cash gifting is illegal in every state of the USA, which is where you reside, Candice,

yet here you are, the wife of a police lieutenant, publicly admitting your involvement in illegal cash gifting and encouraging others to become involved.

Hello, Mrs. Cain. Welcome to Realscam.

If you are not in any MLM company, why is your primary business email address one connected to Melaleuca? Now, there is nothing illegal about this company that I am aware of, having heard good things about their products and bad things about management practices, but they do seem to fall within the multi-level model. I have nothing against Melaleuca, nothing aginst PRTTRavel, nothing at all against your weddling planning business. Even though you were in the rolls of a Facebook group devoted to something illegal, I would not have listed you here unless and until I saw evidence that you had (or intended to) join in that illegality actively.

Which, this weekend, you posted on your blog. The knowing intent to send funds into a group that handles stolen money. Ask your stalwart husband what 'money laundering' covers, Candice.

Melaleuca is not an MLM Company. Please visit http://www.2ndcheck.com/mvsmlm.pdf

I am not here to defend myself. I do not want to engage any of you. I just want my home phone number removed.

Melaleuca is run by a lying goon, Frank VanderSloot, that is math impaired. Frank calls it consumer direct marketing, but the pay plan is clearly a multi-level marketing set-up. Lipstick on a pig! 97% of those that participate will lose money and only the tiniest fraction are making a living with it. The products are overpriced and way over-hyped.

Heather, it's fine that you feel that way about Melaleuca. I don't, and I've made over $23,000 with the company in less than two years. However, I'm not here to talk about Melaleuca. I just registered here to ask you to remove my home phone number from this forum-- Something that you still haven't done.

Please, Heather. Please, please, please remove my home number. Part of the rules on the board is not to post your home phone number, yet you are allowing someone else - a complete stranger - to post my home number in this forum. I have young children. I don't need people popping in nor calling my house at 4am. Please remove my home number. Pretty, pretty please.

SBM, I am not adverse to honoring Candice's request and removing that phone number. Her history seems to be far, far less stained with grief done to others than the majority of gifters who come asking to be removed.

    Re: Blessing Gold Club

I haven't caused ANY grief to ANYONE. I go above and beyond to help people. I donate to charities. I volunteer at my kids' school as much as I can. I set up non-profit organizations with monthly donations. You are ripping me to pieces because I posted about sending $109 into what i believed was a club. I didn't do any sort of research on it. Someone added me to the group, and I watched what was going on. I won $115 on a scratch-off ticket, so I figured "why not?" I blogged about it-- And I am absolutely NOT expecting to receive any money back from them whatsoever-- Something that I mentioned in my blog, and plan to blog about in the future.

What I wrote in my blog about the BGC was very tongue-in-cheek. Clearly, my dry humor was lost in translation. I even said that I signed a "here's your $109, and I don't want anything back" form to send in with the money. My comments about watching the group grow was because I was trying to make a point about word of mouth advertising... Referral marketing, if you will. I even mentioned that in the blog entry, which was also ignored.

I am going to document EVERYTHING with the BGC, which has been my intention since my first entry. I want to demonstrate to people what happens when you think you can just send money somewhere and collect a check.

I get that you don't like Melaleuca. That's totally fine. I don't like soccer, but you don't see me attacking your job. Let's agree to disagree. Please remove my phone number. Please.

You might want to look up the old FTC press release, "GIfting Club Gotcha" about those gifting statements, Candice. The term "donative intent" also comes to mind as a way in which they are deceptive, through lack of donative intent by the vast majority of the members of any such gifting group.

On the other hand, we might get to sit back and watch the Streisand Effect make your home phone number a popular meme at this rate.
