Unlike 2010 Blessings, this scheme doesn't expand exponentially and seems to stay on a single $98 level; that being said they've picked up a fair number of recruits (32, plus one transferred from someone who left the program), including familiar names such as Ilyce Powell, Eric Irby, and Paul Bellis.

In AutoXTen, Sally sponsored Gail twice (both times on June 23, 2011) and was herself sponsored by Michael Beal (mikesdailypay@gmail.com,
573-205-5880). Her earnings are small, pretty dismal for a scheme that makes claims like this one did. The highest "potential" earnings in any of their 3 categories was $36. So much for her skills at marketing herself and her group.

Wealthy Lifestyles Network... on Twitter, the pair advertised a $3500 bonus. Behind the scenes, they have a nice list of leads, but not much else. I recognize Michael Gagnon and Terry Sauerbier from other programs, as well as Jimmy Hepburn and Ilyce Powell. But all of her capture page results came from a 2 month period in 2011, and she only got a single lone sign-up (Gina Kelly). Another marketing failure for a supposedly "successful" pair of marketers. On the other hand, Gail's inviter here was Randal Williams, the infamous "500kmentor" out of Texas.

I recently entered a cash gifting community called 2010 Blessings. This community is all about like-minded people helping eachother beat the recession by blessing eachother with cash gifts. I began googling cash gifting and found a bunch of negitive things on the internet. Is cash gifting legal? It seems too good to be legal… Is it a scam or a pyramid scheme? I started to question what I had gotten mysef into.

Well, I am going to clear it up once and for all! I got an email yesterday and I just felt the need to share part of it, it was sent to Jon Scherling, Head of Administration of 2010 Blessings;

“Jon,
Your e-mail this evening has prompted me to write to you. I had an attorney that gave me an excellent analogy of the legality of gifting and I want to share with you what he had to say. I really liked his explanation. This is POSITIVE stuff I think you will enjoy his comments.

He started by looking me straight in the eye and saying, “John, were you aware that fishing, hunting, and even driving a car are all illegal?” To which I responded, “I think you are wrong, they are all perfectly legal!”

He then said we could just take driving a car as an example. What if the driver of the car
is 14 years old and obviously, has no license, that’s illegal. When someone is pulled over for driving drunk, that’s illegal. What if you are driving on a suspended license, that’s illegal.

So, he had made his case…driving a car IS illegal, …IF you don’t obey the laws and the rules. He made the same point with fishing. If you don’t have a license and you are fishing where one is required, then fishing is illegal. If you catch more than the limit, or you keep fish that are too small, that’s illegal.

He went on to make the same point hunting and then mentioned a half dozen other activities people do that could be deemed ‘illegal’, if you break the laws.

His point was this, gifting is totally legal as long as no one does anything to break the rules. As long as the Administration does everything they can to weed out the ‘bad eggs’ ( and 2010Blessings does! ) then there is NOTHING illegal here. It’s too bad that there has to be so many negative people that would like to criticize such a positive activity. A lack of information, and education, can be dangerous and some people we really do NOT want in 2010Blessings. We don’t force anyone to become part of our community and we sure don’t need any cry babies.

Let me counter Lisa's misconceptions and Jon's deceptions with an excerpt from the government press release regarding Bello, Platt, and Hopkins:

The indictment alleges that from approximately 2008 to 2011, Bello, Platt and Hopkins oversaw and profited from this Gifting Tables pyramid scheme. The defendants recruited individuals to join the scheme, prepared and distributed materials to recruits that contained false representations, and misrepresented to recruits and participants that Gifting Tables was not a pyramid scheme. The indictment further alleges that in May 2010, the defendants attempted to intimidate a participant who had questioned the legality of the Gifting Table scheme.

It is further alleged that Bello, Platt and Hopkins conspired to defraud the Internal Revenue Service by misrepresenting to recruits and participants that monies given and received during the scheme were legally considered tax-free “gifts” under the IRS code and that lawyers and accountants had approved Gifting Tables as legal ventures that generated tax-free proceeds. The indictment further alleges that Bello, Platt and Hopkins, filed false tax returns that failed to report income generated from the scheme.

Oh, this is too funny. Tyler Mauga cussed at "Hoffman" thinking that he was the rude clown who'd posted on Tyler's video. "Hoffman" was, to say the least, confused about it.

Also, Robert "Big Tyme" Smith had a new video on Dailymotion, but it was taken down in less than an hour. I'm guessing that the administration there did not like the last word in the title, "Prof. Henry Higgins (REALSCAM.COM) IS A DOUCHEBAG"

The issue I have is that whoever posted this picture of me is associating me with April Harris that is part of several other programs. I am only a part of 2010. Is this slander? If you are going to respond, please respond to the full post. What did I say that was illegal?

I would think that if you have enough time on your hands to check peoples' alert pay accounts, you could at least verify my email address and phone number before you go posting false information. Maybe you need a better informant. Just know that adding the words "it appears" doesnt keep you from being liable for slander.

Which of the several April Harris' out there on the Internet am I speaking with?

This is all wrong. You man not have posted my pic, professor, but you gave the wrong info. I dont know about these groups you have linked me too, never seen that email address before, never wrote nor posted that ad you accuse me of posting with the invite 28906. So, I stand corrected about the picture. That seems to be someone equally uninformed. Once again, I ask, what did I say that was wrong?

I am part of 2010. and that is the only gifting program I am familiar with. If you cannot verify information, why would you post it? That sounds like a scam in itself, very misleading, not to mention illegal. Its slander. But, you know what, I have already given this too much energy. I hope you cease posting things you don't know about.

Have you checked with your state's Attorney General about the illegality of gifting? Receiving stolen monies and selling unregistered securities are just a few of the charges they've successfully prosecuted gifting programs on in the past, and the current gifting group in the media are facing charges of conspiracy to defraud the IRS.

2010 Blessings is very illegal. You can't spin it. It's funny that all of these guys claim to be making big money yet they all have grainy videos by use of a cheap camera. In some videos you can see holes in their walls. It's kind of sad actually that people fall for these scams.
