You all are so worried about people being scammed and not once did you think that hey maybe the people you are pointing the finger at is one of the ones that were scammed. That is very crazy, and since it was "reposted" here where was the information originally posted for him to be able to "repost" it?

Well I wasn't aware of this, and from what I read it was legal. And how it was explained to me seemed legit. I don't watch TV or read the news. I have enough things going on in my personal life to want to hear about the bad things going on in the world. And you shouldn't name and shame anybody unless you know that they are seriously out there trying to scam people. I wouldn't scam anybody because I wouldn't want to be scammed. These people are church people (so I thought) along with people in law enforcement, so why would I think it was a scam?

That's what is called "affinity fraud," when people use ties (such as religion, community, or race) to deceive victims into trusting them. The SEC has a good article on the subject at Investor Alert: Affinity Fraud . And, while it may be a painful truth, a surprising number of scams out there are run by corrupt pastors using faith as a weapon to cause harm for their personal benefit.

And what you are doing is causing more harm to the victims of the scams by doing you little "name them and shame them" thing without knowing the facts. And lets be real if people were out to scam people would they actually feel shamed? The same effort you are taking in shaming people you could first contact them and see if they are aware that these things are scams. You don't know how much harm you are doing to people who didn't know it was a scam and you get on your high horse and label them. I don't crack to easily but there are others that it could damage very badly with you doing things like this. Its a shame all the way around.

Obviously not as you clearly aren't and chose to argue and justify your criminal behavior. You are not 'innocent' at all. You're just worried about missing out on your cut.

See, it simply doesn't matter what we here do, think, believe or otherwise.

I've tried in the past, to contact and reason with them. But many times they refuse to listen to reason, even if their scam was something as painfully obvious as the Oprah Paypal chain letter. I've been yelled at and accused of being a "hater" more times than I can count, just for pointing out to people that they've been deceived. I've watched supposedly pious people flock to the banner of a scammer who uses a few sound bites from their holy writings, and seen them refuse to face the truth even after their leader was sent to prison for his illegal activities, building up new scams in the image of the one they'd fallen for.

If anybody tries to name and shame a person who was not involved in a scam, it becomes an excellent opportunity for the "shamed" person to speak up for themselves. I chose a name (path2prosperity) about four years before Nickers Smirnow launched his pathway2prosperity scam. The concensus of opinion (when Nickers was revealed as a con artist) was that I was a part of his outfit. A person who has become a RS member even suggested that I had planned to play the part of an innocent with Smirnow, years before he launched his scam. That person was entitled to the opinion but got no support from others so the person could have changed their mind or produce evidence to show that an opinion stated several years ago has turned out to be the truth. The person who made the comment on another forum is a RS member now.

The attempts to name and shame me for my association with Smirnow gave me a great opportunity to say that it was rubbish. I was delighted to be named and shamed as a Smirnow cohort.

It appears that he used to be part of the Teamworx International gifting pyramid, with a tie to Eric Stober there. But the website itself is unreachable to confirm, so I'm going by a partial Google cache of it. As Teamworx spun off from the organized crime group Connecting Us All not long before J.J. Ulrich managed to spring founder Harvey Dockstader from prison, I consider this connection a serious one.
He had a Youtube video up about 2010 Blessings, but I could not see his account number clearly enough in it to post. I could, however, see his phone number. It was deleted within minutes of my noticing it today.

All the evidence seems to indicate that he's bought into the cash gifting lies, hook line and sinker and cannot face that he's in the wrong. I hope that I'm misreading him there.
