Trouble in paradise? Other 19 year olds who are not still having teenage rebellions and making complete fools of themselves online are probably working their summer jobs and preparing to return to college this fall. Thanks to her manipulative mother she is trapped. Zoe has to depend on her parents and grandparents to support her and lover boy. Her mother will be dictating her life for years to come and the long suffering neighbors will be caught in the middle and have to deal with the constant antics going on.

Seriously??? Our Psycho neighbor (the mom) posted this on Huffines Kia of McKinney service department's Facebook page (where my husband works). Funny how we honk our horn only when we are setting the alarm (one beep) & their 15 year old goes out several times a day and lays on their horn about 8 times. Psycho!!!

  • We have tried everything to reason with this woman and her husband that says he can't control her. I have no choice but to complain everywhere on the planet. The rest of the us have work and school and can't be up all night while she honks and makes racket in the middle of the night. My poor kids are falling asleep in class and my husband is exhausted from dealing with this. She honks to get her husband or kids out there in the wee hours to unload her car. She honks to lock it when the lights blink to show it has locked, and she needn't honk at all.
  • They also know my son has serious medical issues and this is causing him serious harm. The police told her flat out last night that they could not help her. If she wants peace and tranquility and no embarrassing public discussion, then she needs to be quiet during the nighttime hours when her many neighbors are trying to rest. Let's help out Gayle's delusional friend. Enom is a web hosting and domain name business. Hubby and I have nothing to do with that. I assume she is going to elaborate on his criminal activities.

Au contraire my little muffin. The inconsiderate neighbors are much quieter now and the other parents in the neighborhood are no longer being verbally derided for their parenting skills by those poor somewhat deluded folks. The parents (nutty neighbors) have let their son go off with his sister Zoe and her sleazebag boyfriend, Frankie. They rolled up and honked. My name is Zoe. I lived next to Heather for years. My family unfortunately still has to live next to her and her crazy children. She targeted me on her site to get back at my mother. She has been bitter ever since my mother no longer allowed us to play with her foul-mouthed children. Ever since, she has been encouraging her children to torment and harass my family. Shortly after I moved out of my mother's home, She began cyberstalking me. She found my tumblr I made when I was in highschool, and used things I wrote there taken out of context and posted them to her site, as well as making false accusations and completely made-up stories and giving out alot of my family's personal info.

I've had people contacting me asking about her site, because they were able to track me down via all my personal info and photos she has shared. I have not lived in that home in three years, but she is still obsessed and is still to this day grasping at straws to update her site about me. My family and I are sick of the harassment. Anyone who is taking legal action against Heather for her cyberstalking and cyberbullying, I would gladly testify to what kind of person heather is. I would be happy to assist as best that I can. What was it that Gayle called her daughter??? Gayle was married in 1995. You do the math.

Gayle is going bananas again. She has her dogs out barking all hours of the night and is honking her horn as well knowing that she is waking up our family and many elderly neighbors who were friends of her parents. Gayle's mother owns the home and is being humiliated in front of her friends by her daughter Gayle, who judging by the posts about Gayle by her own daughter Zoe, has been spiraling out of control for some time. Now, Gayle and Brigham are nothing but shameless moochers sponging off of her parents and creating horrific problems for them. When will the home owner address the antics of her moochers?

The next door neighbors' dogs have been barking all hours of the night for months. We called them and asked that they keep the dogs quiet in the middle of the night. In desperation we called the cancer stricken elderly owner, Gayle Harden's mother, and asked her to do something about the horrific racket that was waking up everyone in the neighborhood.

Brigham Harden came over several weeks ago and promised to keep their 4 dogs in the house and quiet from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. I offered to remove this thread. I thought that we all wanted things to be civil and friendly and to go forward in the spirit of cooperation. He knows both my kids have serious medical issues and my husband has had several surgeries in the last year. Since he stopped by, the all night barking and antics have escalated.

Clearly, Brigham Harden's word is not his oath. He has no respect for the many elderly, working folks and precious kids whose lives are being terribly effected by his out of control howling and barking dogs.

(1) For an owner to keep an animal in such a manner as to endanger the public health or to annoy a person who occupies an adjoining property by causing, suffering or allowing the accumulation of animal wastes which cause foul or offensive odors or flies.

(5) For an owner to keep an animal in such a manner that the animal, by its acts or conduct, exhibits dangerous propensities or creates a reasonable fear of bodily injury to neighboring persons of ordinary sensibilities.
(6) For an owner to keep an animal which, by habitual noisemaking, violates any provision of chapter 22, article V, noise control.

Sec. 22.70 Specific noises prohibited
(A) The following sounds are hereby determined to be specific noises, which can constitute a noise disturbance, and violations of this article are hereby defined:
(1) Animals. Owning, keeping, possessing, or harboring any animal or animals which, by frequent or habitual noisemaking, violate the sound levels as listed in section 22.69, or which unreasonably disturb or interfere with the peace, comfort, and repose of a neighboring person of ordinary sensibilities.

So, the entire family should wear earplugs??? Then we will not hear the alarms to wake us. Both my kids are dealing with serious chronic medical conditions and I have to be able to hear them at night to get up and help them. I want to be able to hear it if someone tries to break in or the fire alarm should go off. We also have elderly neighbors that might need assistance overnight that we need to be able to hear.

How about the neighbors do what city ordinance requires and Brigham Harden personally promised to do and keep the dogs in from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. so that all of the people in the area will be able to sleep as well. There is no reason to be letting the dogs out at 11:30, 12 or 2 in the morning. Everyone else with dogs has them in and sleeping at the same time they are.
