Virginia Beach "Bitcoin Mining" Company Declares Bankruptcy
.
According to the Chapter 11 bankruptcy documents, Bcause LLC owes nearly $1.5 million to Dominion Energy, more than $950,000 to Norfolk-based Professional Heating and Cooling, and more than $330,000 to Pro Window, Inc. in Virginia Beach.
Oh yeah ... plus this one folded up with investor funds and $500,000 of taxpayer money:

Re: Virginia Beach "Bitcoin Mining" Company Declares Bankruptcy
So
1) They haven't fully paid their equipment supplier
2) They have run up an power bill of $1.5 million.
Doesn't sound to me like the problems only arose after Wesgos' garnishment order was filed
Trading while insolvent anyone ???
