SEC obtains judgement in ponzi fraud run by former NFL player

The SEC has been granted final judgement against former Miami Dolphin, Will Allen, his partner Susan Daub and related companies:

So, for a $32 million dollar fraud, Allen and Daub were each sentenced to six years imprisonment and ordered to pay $16.8 million in restitution as well as requiring them to pay disgorgement of ill-gotten gains of more than $15.7 million plus prejudgment interest to the SEC.
