On May 24 Bureau of Decisions ruled that
Steeve Beaudin (was present):
* Forbidden to exercise any securities transactions.
* Forbidden to act as an investment advisor.
* Must close maxhyip.com website.
* Must pay a penalty of $5000 CAD.

P.S. To this day the MAXHYIP.com site is still active, which puts him in violation of this order.

But he has a disclaimer warning people they could be getting involved in illegal activities by participating in the programs he monitors. Why is Quebec so concerned with him making money off of other criminals?
