Real ad man here - saying hello

Hi all, I'm involved in media and online advertising, and have been for the past 15 years. I work at the top end working with blue chip companies and ad agencies, as well as the top publishers and ad networks (in the UK and around the world). I'm currently at the forefront of programmatic advertising and leading the charge for premium guaranteed media buys through an interface so as to connect premium publishers with premium advertisers in the same way that you would book a room with Airbnb or order a cab with Uber.

So..........I came across Banners Broker a few years ago, and knew it smelt fishy right away (I have a deep knowledge of ad networks; the companies in the space, and the teams that work at each of them). This led me to your friend and mine, Simon Stepsys, and then in to the world of MAP's.

I could not care less about MAP's. What I care about is the truth, and this MAP's bunch just confuse everybody with half-truths and vague wishy-washiness that sounds semi plausible.

The issue for them is that I 'get' online advertising, so can't have the wool pulled over my eyes.

Any online ad questions, just shout for me :)

    DD

Don, I would like to pose a two part question.

Let's say I wanted to set up an Ad Clicking Ponzi Scheme, to protect the innocent it will be called "MY DIGADZ TRAFFIC MONSOON PAYS"

    1. Are there existing ad networks (like google, but for the GRQ crowd) I could tap into that would kick me back money when my members clicked?

    2. Is there legal way from the outside someone could determine if one of these networks, assuming they even exist were being used?

Does the blind network need a seeing eye dog?
It seems like in this "industry" common sense is not all that common!
