Hello Meshach,
I received your confirmation e-mail.
That means you are ready to take the job position am offering , I'm sure you'll understand I tend to have a very busy schedule at this point. Please note that this position is not office based for now because of my frequent travels and tight schedules, it's a part-time, work from home basis and the flexibility means that there will be busier weeks than others, so it's a little difficult judging the exact number of hours you'll be doing per week. If you can manage your time properly, this job may even give you some extra while you do something else on the side. As I have said, I'd want us to get a head start with things as soon as possible. I do have a pile up of work and a number of unattended chores which you can immediately assist me with and i hope we can meet up with the workload eventually.
Permit me to use the coming week to test your efficiency and diligence towards all this, also to work out your time schedule and fit it to mine. I really need to find the perfect person for this job, I'm confident you can take up the challenge and on the long run we should have a relatively sound working relationship between us. I am glad you are willing to work with me and i promise to be a good boss. I am also glad on the commitment in working. I have been checking my files and what i would want you to do for me this week is to run some errands out to some of the orphanage home, I do that every new month.
The funds will be in form of Pay Check and it will be issued to you including your 500Euro first week payment, am going to email the list of what to do to you as soon as i compile them all but it will be better to wait till you get the fund before i give you the list . You will make some arrangements by buying some stuff for the orphanage kids at any nearest store around .
I will get back to you with the task for next week. Please understand you will be paid for the first week immediately ( Pay Check ) as i have stated in my message above ,its important for me to have everything setup before i get back from my trip. Hope i am clear with that.
Hope to hear from you again.

"If its NEW it isn't REAL, and if its REAL it isn't NEW". Pinched that from some bloke on the web.
Other than that would love to hear about what you are looking at. Like how much will you or the people you recruit have to put in up front before you see any extra cash?

A DEFINITE scam, Meshwin.
Do NOT have anything to do with them.
Do NOT accept cheques or money orders from them and DEFINITELY DO NOT put anything they send you in your bank account
DO NOT purchase anything on their behalf
YOU will end up out of pocket and YOU will be forced to reimburse any money you receive and YOU will have a lot of explaining to do to the police
STAY AWAY

If you pause for a moment and think about the message, ask yourself the following questions:
1. Have you ever clicked a link for "Digital Goo Art Palace"? Have you googled it to see who they are?
2. Do you know and correspond with "Peggy Rhodes"
Now consider things in the message:
1 What professional person offers a " job position"? Usually it is either a job or a position.
2. What employer pays upfront with a digital currency(I presume Pay Check is a web-based money mill.)
3. In what country is this? The wording and sentence structure suggest it did not originate with a person that speaks native English.
Offhand I would say that red flags are waving all over the place on this, and I personally wouldn't touch it! JMHO
GOOD LUCK!
It seems like in this "industry" common sense is not all that common!

Hi all! I'm finally back after registered some months ago. I think there's an issue in registration form because its not automatic and you need to ask admin to activate it for you. Maybe its a good way to prevent spammers to join here in mass but it also make things harder to all newbies here :D

Welcome to the thread chighsmith31, looks like you nailed your first one out of the park.
For those looking for a work from home opportunity, a few words of caution bout sending money so you can mail letters from your house. IT IS ALWAYS A SCAM.

Here is my take on mailing crap from home. I could train a monkey to stuff envelopes. I have to assume for businesses that don't have access to a team of well trained chimps they do have cheap labor or mailing services near such a prestigious office. It would be nice if one of these shills could show up here and explain exactly why the company needs suckers to pay for a starter kit, all the postage, and time just to mail 500 letters from their house.

Re: Please Introduce Yourself Here
Hi there my name is JD and I live in Thailand, always on the lookout for extra income I found Desktop lightning in my inbox, must have shown an interest in it at some point during my surfing of the net. They recommended Insured profits, which I inadvertently agreed to try with a broker of their choice- haha stupid me - well you know how this story ends.... So now to avoid being scammed again out of my hard earned cash I joined this forum so I can check any scams before I become a stupid statistic again!

Re: Please Introduce Yourself Here
Hi Thgiwd.....the short answer is "no," but I'm sure more experienced and learned members of this site will chime in here. I believe one of our members has a Work at Home Blog, not sure of the link, sorry. I'm sure there are legitimate work at home sites but the only one I've come across so far personally is Amazon Mechanical Turk. I've tested it; it won't make you rich, but it is legit and you can make some spare pocket change legitimately and legally.
There are also some transcribing sites (if you do that sort of thing), but the pay is dismally low for what they want you to do and I would actually call it an outsourcing scam, but at least you're not selling anything. Best of luck to you!

Re: Please Introduce Yourself Here
Hi
I just found this site. I joined a program to make money for $250.00. I joined a guy named Dan Froelke. After I joined I never heard back from him. It really made me upset so I started googling him, I should have done that first but oh well. Anyway, I found this Brothers get prison sentence for $3 million direct-mail scam.(BUSINESS) - Star Tribune (Minneapolis, MN) | HighBeam Research and if you look further you can even find his mugshot.
Well I put a report on ripoff report. I couldn't believe it! He responded to the report acting like he was me apologizing for making the report!
Is this common? You report someone on a site like this and they just come on and pretend to be you apologizing?
The more information I look for on him the worse he seems!
I know he has to have done this to a lot of others!
I joined and paid him $250 and he was just gone!
I can't imagine he just picked me to screw over and everyone else he helps. And I know he has sold this to a lot of people because he has the financial pictures showing how much he is making.
Well, I wanted to just sound off I guess... When I saw that he went on to ripoff report and pretended to be me... I just couldn't believe it. I posted on that site that since he did that instead of just saying he was sorry and giving me my money back that I was going to tell my story more. So here it is again!
Dan Froelke should have just apologized and given me my money back!

These are definitely his:

Shall we make a thread about him like we did with Brad? I see he's responsible for 250overandover.com which has been a nuisance for me while researching gifters.

Re: Please Introduce Yourself Here
I vote yes, make a thread about him. He was so nasty to Shery in Ripoff Report (posing as her) I felt compelled to post there as well. I think he's worse than Brad.
