Hiya, ijitterbug
One of the problems with requiring "verifiable information" in the field of online fraud and fraudsters is exactly that.
"fraud" and "fraudsters" are involved.
It would be a rare event, indeed, for all the inner workings of a potential fraud to be available on the 'net, especially on a publicly accessible discussion forum
In fact, if all the details were known, it wouldn't be a fraud, would it ??
The sort of completely "verifiable" information you require is usually only found AFTER the event.
I.O.W. when and if the authorities have been inside the fraudulent operation, audited the records and presented their findings to a court.
Even then, up until the evidence has actually been in front of the court and a verdict delivered, outsiders have no way of knowing "the truth, the whole truth an nothing but the truth"
All anyone can do is present known "red flags" based on experience, then, as the logo above says:
YOU decide.
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing
