Do you all know that I have felt so privileged at LRM granting me Real Scam membership that I am thinking of joining Fatso and Hunters Horse and putting myself forward as a distinguished professional in order to obtain membership as a distinguished professional in NADP. I am not sure if it costs much to join but perhaps a nose bag full of hay will suffice. ? I can't wait to get my badge.

All he ever posts is innuendo, implication, insinuations, lies, half-truths, takes things out of context, twists what I say, speculates; none of which are total honest facts. Only in his mind are they the total honest facts. Uncle Festa thinks that because he says it, it is the total honest facts.

Uncle Festa posted that I have had tax liens filed against me. It is a lie.

Uncle Festa posted that I was supplying scammers with the Email database from RS. It is a lie. No such thing ever happened except in his mind.

Uncle Festa has implied that I have done something illegal because Paul Schlegel has a link on his site for Michael Brown, and Paul and Eagle are joint owners of Swindles.org. No matter how distasteful what Michael Brown does in the eyes of many, Michael Brown is not doing anything illegal. I have not joined or participated in any of Michael Brown's programs in any way. Because Uncle Festa implies he is doing something illegal, therefore it is illegal. Thank you judge Uncle Festa. Care to point to the case law that proves it?

He also doesn't think he has to prove anything he says, but of course everyone else has to prove what they say. Hypocrisy on full display for all to see straight from his mouth.

Now we can add to his list of attacks with his latest against my wife and his claim of her ugly painted figurines. Guess he was looking at the ones she painted of him. What is truly funny is that my wife exhibits her ugly painted figurines at numerous artisan fairs and craft shows throughout southern California. She was won numerous awards for her ugly painted figurines, numerous best in show awards, and from collectors their top prize for quality and craftsmanship of her ugly painted figurines. So much for his taste in art. By the way, my wife said to tell you thanks for all the publicity. She is going to quote you on a banner she is going to display at the artisan fair showing next week. The judges are going to love it.

And now we come to his latest total honest facts trying to denigrate my being part of the National Association of Distinguished Professionals and claiming Hunters Horse is a member. It's a lie, but then what else is new with Uncle Festa. If he only knew who were members, he would crap his pants. I was sponsored into NADP as a gift to Eagle from a very generous supporter who is also a member.

But my favorite lie, and it was hard to pick just one because there are so many, is his claim that since Eagle is a nonprofit and accepts donations from people and companies who support our dual mission that it is stealing because the public can get the information for free; so they don't need to pay for it. Hmm, let's see. Not one link on our website requires a fee, not one article on our website requires a fee. In fact nothing on our website costs anyone anything to see. Of course he knows this is nothing more than a red-herring, because the people who support Eagle are supporting our mission statement. It's all fake concern just like all his other things he has said about me and Eagle.

The name of her company is Joanie's Collectibles. The awards were given to her for her artistry. You can't give a company an award for artistry when it doesn't create anything. Of course unless it is you who will now try to claim Joanie's Collectibles should get the award.

Actually it goes back further than that because you accused me, as well as LRM, of dirty tricks and editing posts at the old WWSN Forum back in 2005 or 2006. It was a lie then and it is a lie now. I never had any kind of authority at WWSN to do anything other than make posts.

Not at all. I know now as well as I knew then that neither you nor LRM had any authority at WWSN. It was max2war that altered posts. Remember him ? All I remember of you was that you posted as, I think, Lynn or LynnRE, you posted like a women, had a womans name and I thought you were one. I don't think I ever exchanged posts with you nor refer to you. I think you might be hard pushed to find any exchanges between us at TG or MMG until maybe late on certainly not as far back as 2005/2006. The first time I was aware of who you were was from info I picked up at Scam. com, MMG or TG and that was probably after WWSN imploded following the Tracy affair, Tex took over and kicked Brenda, Siani and me out.
