There isn't much I can help you with in terms of online fraud. I could tell you quite a bit about the incredible level of corruption of power in the Southern U.S. and the abundance of cults which, if not kept in check, will lead to the disintegration of the country, but I don't think this is the right venue for this type of discussion.
