No one. As far as I'm concerned, the entire industry can go to hell in a hand basket, including the people NikSam and okosh consider to be not guilty.

They definitely will, when the industry goes to hell they will have no reason to stick around.
Just a blow to a major processor as LR caused a roller-coaster of early HYIP collapses, some less experienced players did not yet learned to diversify their money in processors as well. The panic was in the air and still there at some level, the new HYIPs did not even last a cycle for a luck of investors.
I saw a huge amount of veteran HYIP players leaving the scene at that time.
