Odd, per the court documents I linked too many of them switched to a company called
MonaVie (WIKI) and some other MLM's.
MonaVie is another MLM and Amway was filing legal actions against these individuals for various T&C violations and contract breaches, or so Amway claimed. These individuals claimed that Amway's legal actions against them where unenforceable and nonbinding.
In basis they claim that Amway was harassing them from working for someone else. They appear to have, at least attempted, to fight Amway in court (unlike some others that will remain nameless).
Unless, of course, you are suggesting that 'Tools' is not actually Amway, but MonaVie?
Well, thanks for the update there Ted Koppel.
Or, are you suggesting that when I posted, "I don't really care about Amway." I was not being truthful?
Please explain why I would need to know the difference to find individuals that are taking on Amway in court. Since these other people have a similar mindset to yourself I would think that it would be up to you and them to worry about such distinctions.
