No, I don't think it is already being done by countless others, because I've spent the past 9 years looking for them, and I should have bumped into them by now. There are a handful of people, such as the guys on page 1 of this forum, but they haven't been successful at least partly because they don't know what they're talking about, especially when it comes to the "unending chain" theory and ignoring the tool scam.

The Supreme Court never claimed Amway was legitimate, it was a lower court, unless you know of a case with the Supreme Court that I'm not familiar with.

There are also serious questions from serious people regarding that court ruling, particularly whether the FTC actually verified Amway's retail sales claims and the issue that the lawsuit never touched the RICO fraud tool scam.

I read the book, more than once, and it has a place when the other side is acting somewhat reasonable and honest, but it is a tool to manipulate people when used with people that don't meet those criteria, such as Amway.

This thread is DESIGNED to have people work together, and one would think those kinds of people could be found on an anti-MLM forum, but they aren't here. How much less likely is it I can find them in other places?

Could EagleOne work if nobody wanted to meet in person or on the phone?

When we get calls offering information we have to have them send us the information by Email or mail, or we can't use it. Most of our phone calls center around how we can help them recover money they have lost in the Ponzi, or how to file a complaint and with what agencies.

You have said that there have been people from here who have contacted you so which is what you wanted. Not everyone who comes here is interested in your cause. We have so many other higher priorities and MLM is not what we focus on anyway. We only get involved in MLM programs when we are asked by our law enforcement contacts to do so. Otherwise they are of no interest to us at all. No matter who they are. Billions are being stolen from fake investment programs that effect far more people than Amway does. Just one program had over 2 million members and stole over $1.2 billion dollars.
