Sometimes, people ask me why, if Amway is operating illegally (and it is, and so are most MLMs, Amway is only the largest and most sophisticated), why haven't the regulators shut it down? I think the primary reason is the critics don't work together. And posting endlessly on a blog is NOT working together. Just think, there has only been ONE person on this entire anti-scam blog who has been willing to talk on the telephone! You better believe the MLMs work together, by propping up the DSA as their primary lobby at the national and state levels of government, and perhaps even local governments as necessary. Also, the MLMs give their own money to politicians to influence them. The so-called "critics" won't even pick up a phone to make a confidential call (I won't know your phone number, you won't know mine) and talk about how to get organized, let alone taking coordinated action. LOL
