After more than 10 weeks of silence, Flash10 posted that the first payee's phone was being heavily monitored. Of course no details were provided as to what this is supposed to mean, but it sounded good. No one is allowed to question this statement or give a more deeper explanation of what this is supposed to mean.

Then yesterday Don Quixote broke his silence with a post only saying "the dialogue is flowing. Of course Don Quixote has said this every year since 2007, so we have now entered the 14th year of the dialogue flowing. One would think with all the dialogue flowing results would have happened by now. Again no one can question what this is supposed to mean, but of course the implication is that movement is happening with the payouts to finally be resolved and made.

But the real laugher was when Don Quixote made this comment about the new attorneys on the case as told by Don Quixote as only he can tell it, and I quote:

"The question asked of the lawyers contacted to undertake this simple assignment is: “Do you know this particular lawyer in Minneapolis?”

This particular lawyer in Minneapolis is not a prominent criminal lawyer, nor is he prominent in A prominent element of the legal profession, he is a lawyer that focuses upon the finances of start-up entities! He is not well known by any stretch of the imagination. Further, the lawyers that were being approached are on the east coast of USA whereas Minneapolis is in the upper midwest.

A connecting lawyer has been located in Arlington, Virgina. He fits the bill apparently. Has a strong heart so will last the distance. Is in lock down. Is so broke that he couldn’t leave his town or the Washington DC area and be able sit out the lock down in a region that is a lot less affected by Covid-19 coronavirus – like his work companions and other lawyers in the city.

So a ‘John Smith’ (confidant to the Rothschilds) is to use his diplomatic passport and meet up in a secure location and personally deliver the required instructions to the lawyer who considers that he knows First Payee’s lawyer. ‘John Smith’ will also set up the fee payment which will be paid directly to this lawyer. He is a partner in a big law firm nevertheless. Yes, he is 65 and you could call this his retirement swan song. He will wing it through like a good lawyer can do!

May this be the final leg in this drawn out saga."

Now stop and think about this for just a moment. According to Don Quixote, the SI saga is the biggest and most important event to ever happen in the history of investments in the financial markets in the world, and all they could find is a nondescript and broke attorney to handle this case. More importantly the story has been it is the government of Germany that is stopping the payments from happening. This means for you to hire two attorneys in the US, they would have to be International lawyers, which they aren't. You can't make this stuff up folks, unless of course you are Don Quixote, and he makes up stuff like this all the time. He has for 14+ years now and is a pro at it. And the insanity of the updates continue unabated.

Well, Don Quixote hasn't made an update, but Flash 10 made one. Here is what he said in his update, and I quote:

"The frontline is allowing counsel to adjust the throttle on timing. This suggests both further communication as well as an understanding of the legal positioning/posturing that needs to take place which will still lead to the fastest and smoothest course for the frontline to take. It also suggests a significant degree of confidence by the frontline in our counsel. FP and the frontline will still have all the heavy lifting to do, but it's nice to know they have broadened the team and the level of trust is high."

Anybody care to give their interpretation of what Flash 10 said? I don't think Flash 10 can even explain what he said. Just think, all those words and they mean absolutely nothing. Even the members are scratching their heads on this update. And Don Quixote remains silent, MIA, and my guess he is busy at work trying to figure out what he can say next that has a small amount of plausibility of sounding real. You can bet he won't give an update on the Petition filed with the Committee on Petitions of the European Parliament, how the courier is doing in getting the packages delivered, or how the new attorneys are doing on the case. It has to be something new to take people's minds off these important events so they won't ask embarrassing questions. But then anytime any member asks a real question that deserves to have a real answer are either shouted down, called all kinds of names, refused to have their question answered or banned. This way others won't be brave enough to ask for they know they will get the same treatment. And this is the cult of SI and Don Quixote's members.

Well, it has been 14 months since Crystal, the first payee, and Don Quixote filed their petitions to the Committee on Petitions of the European Parliament, and to the Committee on Petitions of the German Bundestag. As usual not one word about the status of these two filings. They did report that they were assigned a filing number, so we know they received them; but it doesn't take 14 months for them to reach a decision and announce it to Crystal and Don Quixote.

By the mere fact that there has been zero, zilch, zip, nil, nada, nothing reported means they tossed it in the proverbial round file where it belongs. Of course they will not tell the members this news as it is bad for recruiting Crystal's monthly payments, but the members should have been able to figure this out on their own that nothing has or will ever happen with these two petitions. They are no different than all the other petitions, complaints, and requests for administrative action that have gone nowhere.

One keeps hoping that one day the faithful will finally wake up and realize they've been had. A bitter pill to swallow but a pill they are going to have to swallow one day. This is without a doubt the longest running non-event "Event" ever in the history of Ponzi's. Nothing even remotely comes close.
