One of the major exposes of lies told by Don Quixote in his updates was the one where they had submitted their demand for administrative accounting and fiduciary responsibility to the Hague Court of Permanent Arbitration. While it is true they did submit their demand, what wasn't true was the almost 2 years of lies told by Don Quixote about how this court was taking action. I called them out on it and of course was roundly criticized and told I was a lousy researcher, didn't know what I was talking about, was lying, you know the drill.

Now it has been revealed that all of the updates about the actions the Hague Court of Permanent Arbitration was taking was a lie. The only thing they did do was file the demand. This is what the poster Unregistered revealed regarding this action, and I quote

"On September 27, 2015 a “Demand for Administrative Accounting and Fiduciary Responsibility” was filed with service per ‘Article 3 of the Permanent Court of Arbitration and The Hague Service Convention’ to 37 respondents including 19 high level German officials (see entire filing on www(dot)shortfingereddonald(dot)com and then click ‘The Hague’). All service was ignored."

I then posted all the updates Don Quixote had given about all the actions that were being taken by the Hague Court of Permanent Arbitration show casing the lies he told. So far not one defender of Don Quixote has replied to my post. Actually I do expect them to try and claim that I took him out of context, edited the content to make it look like he was lying, all the usual stuff they always try to claim when a lie is outed and proven a lie.

One of the things that has been puzzling has been all the sudden number of posters coming to defend Don Quixote on the SI Forum in the past 4 days. They have always been told not to even visit the site because what we post is all lies, distortion of the facts, taking Don Quixote out of context, twisting his words, or even editing out his words and inserting our words to make him look bad.

It is possible that finally we are getting through to the remaining faithful and the pleadings for money to support the first payee/Crystal Schultz is not going well. So they came to do all they could to discredit us to hopefully get people to donate and support her.

Of course we have had the resurgence of their are criminal investigations going on and the forum owners, myself and others, have a lot to fear for what we have posted on the forum. The implication is we are going to have civil charges filed against us. I guess they thought this would intimidate us to back off just as the news that Don Quixote was in New Zealand being treated for a serious heart condition was to make us stop "picking on him" while he was down. Before they revealed that bit of news, they tried to say that after all the years of my exposing his lies that he was no longer going to do updates. I had single handed stopped him from posting his updates. When that failed we then had the heart condition story. Since they all lie, you don't know if the heart condition was real or not, which is sad.

One of the interesting news to come out of the recent exchanges were these comments by an Unregistered poster, of course, and I quote:

"Under state law, she is providing paralegal services for herself and for others. She is more than qualified. She is paid to keep records for me and others for later use. I should add that she is not being paid for her paralegal services because she is providing these only for herself, but only for records retention services. She is very good at it. I should add again that we are keeping accurate records because we plan to file later civil suits and to go after those who caused all of this trouble."

Now stop and think about this for a moment. For more than 12 years, Don Quixote has been providing updates on how his small band of 500 or so followers have been trying to get the money they believe they are owed from their investment in SI paid to them. During this process, Don Quixote was providing updates about all the things that the first payee/Crystal was doing and her band of volunteers. During this period of time there have been over 105 filings of various types made with German Officials, German Courts, the UK Court, German Prosecutors, including appeals; and not one has been accepted and gone forward. NOT ONE. Yet this poster is claiming that they are going to go after all of us who have caused all of this problem. The poster is also implying they are an attorney. We have somehow been able to delay their discovery and payouts by exposing all of Don Quixote's lies in his updates. That is what this person is really saying.

There is a glimmer of hope that finally this charade will come to an end now that all this information has come out revealing the updates have been lies all along; which is what we have all been saying since they started.

What is ironic is that the poster making the claim that Crystal is working for them to provide record retention services so they can file civil lawsuits against those who have caused their problems; is actually paying her so they can file a civil lawsuit against her and John Doel (Don Quixote) as they are the only ones who have caused all these problems. Too funny!

After a short hiatus from posting Don Quixote decided to grace everyone with his latest update and I quote:

This particular lawyer in Minneapolis is not a prominent criminal lawyer, nor is he prominent in A prominent element of the legal profession, he is a lawyer that focuses upon the finances of start-up entities! He is not well known by any stretch of the imagination. Further, the lawyers that were being approached are on the east coast of USA whereas Minneapolis is in the upper midwest.

A connecting lawyer has been located in Arlington, Virgina. He fits the bill apparently. Has a strong heart so will last the distance. Is in lock down. Is so broke that he couldn’t leave his town or the Washington DC area and be able sit out the lock down in a region that is a lot less affected by Covid-19 coronavirus – like his work companions and other lawyers in the city.

So a ‘John Smith’ (confidant to the Rothschilds) is to use his diplomatic passport and meet up in a secure location and personally deliver the required instructions to the lawyer who considers that he knows First Payee’s lawyer. ‘John Smith’ will also set up the fee payment which will be paid directly to this lawyer. He is a partner in a big law firm nevertheless. Yes, he is 65 and you could call this his retirement swan song. He will wing it through like a good lawyer can do!
