Time zone is Mountain Standard Time (MST). There is always a PDV with any server data, but, because of the time that takes one to refresh a page, click on the reply button and then submit, there is never going to be an exact match with what the BB script indicates.

Notice that the time stamp is 10:32 AM, GMT -5 my local time. Since SBM is in Texas (Central time US or GMT -6) she made the post at 9:32 AM, GMT -6 her local time.Mountain Time US is GMT -7.
That means that that post was made at 8:32 AM, your local time.
You state that the post was made at 11:32 PM. However, that is 15 hours after the post was actually made. Per your local time. (MST)Sorry, but with the new information that you have just provided (ie. that your time is MST US). Then the log file you provided is not just nine (9) minutes before the actually post. But is in fact some 15 hours off from when the post was actually made.
Of course there is a alternate expiation to the hypothesis I have just given above. That is that you (MMB) do not have your time settings set correctly on your computer or this forum.
Then again you could just be lying.
The time settings you appear to be using are GMT +8.

I don't know whom this individual is but they need to do an upgrade.
'Windows NT 6.0 is either 'Windows Vista', 'Windows Server 2008' (not 'Windows Server 2008 R2' {Revision 2}), or 'Windows Small Business Server 2008' (I don't think that this version is even supported by MircoSoft any longer).
They also need to change their 'FireFox (FF)' settings to 'Automatic Upgrade' as the newest version of FF is 10.0.2!
Version 9.0.1 was replaced in late November, early December 2011. So, that version is at least four months old.
Always, always keep your browser up to date.
A non-updated browser is a security risk.
